The Enhancements Are Here For The PC Version Of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of November 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Hellblade Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has its new enhancements for the PC version of Hellblade to have you walk through the madness once more The enhancements keep coming for the various versions of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and here we go with the latest for the PC version. One that I thought would have been out there for a while now given how Ninja Theory builds things, but I guess the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S needed to be prioritized over this one. I guess this makes sense given all of the mergers and buyouts that have happened, but it still seems odd. Something that only compounds the fact we will never see this Hellblade give the PS4 the same treatment to give those PS5 gamers a full chance to experience what the game has to offer up. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of August 2021 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is over now and we can all focus a bit more on our video games that we have had sitting at home this whole time. At least for those that work a "normal" work schedule out there. No matter the case, we had a solid week with so many things for the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy game out there and video games like Evil Genius 2 heading to the consoles now. It was also an oddly filled week with more VR titles like Blair Witch and Synth Riders heading out there for us all to enjoy if we have the hardware. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That wraps up more of the news and updates for this week and all of the other video games we had out of this year's E3. We barely had a chance to get to all of them, but we did get to make a dent into the over 180 titles that did get the highlight during the event. Video games such as Hellblade 2, Psychonauts 2, and S.T. Read More...

The Saga Is Still In The Works For Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Hellblade A new update for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is here out of E3 to let us know how the next Hellblade is shaping up Another title that felt like it was missing in all of the big to do around this year's digital E3 was Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2. Given all of the Xbox Series X titles that were getting pumped out there, it felt a little off that Ninja Theory did not have much to offer up. That was until a bit after the fact where we were able to get a small update on how Hellblade 2 is shaping up. Even if it is still in an insanely early form of it all, we are going to be getting updates as we saw with the last title to let us know just how things are going. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was a huge week for video games and gamers in general. Sure, we had The Game Awards with all of its announcements, but we also had the big bombshell that a new BioShock is on the way. Oh, and Hellblade 2 is actually going to be a thing on the newly shown off Xbox Series X system. More video games had their announcement too with Resident Evil 3 being a real thing and then the reviews for Ancestors and Terminator. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of December 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Hellblade A follow up to the acclaimed Hellbade is coming as we just had the announcement of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 at The Game Awards It looks like we not only have one of the first Xbox Series X titles announced, but also a follow up to one of the more interesting titles of 2017 as Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is coming now. One of the bigger and more surprising announcements during The Game Awards for myself as Ninja Theory is bringing this amazing IP back for us. Even if it does seem to be limited to the specific console now. Read More...

Hellblade A new update for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice comes out next week and it will add in a VR option to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice for those who are interested Just when you thought that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice had hit all of the platforms it could handle, we are here to add one more to that list. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of March 2018 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more solid week of video games in the bag. I really need to find a better way to wrap this all up each week. Nonetheless, it has been another fun week with pretty much all highs for the week. We had a whole lot of new information for God Of War and we had a chance to see that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is making the leap over to the Xbox One now. We also had a nice big gameplay dump for Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden that showed us just how awesome that game is shaping up to be. Read More...

How Well Will Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Look On The Xbox One
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of March 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Hellblade A new trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is here to show us all just how well Hellblade will look once it makes its way onto the Xbox One Earlier this week we had word that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was finally making the jump over to the Xbox One on April 11th. It had spent so much time as a PC and PS4 only title that Ninja Theory wanted to make sure all gamers out there could experience the story and game. Unless you are only on a Switch then you will need to hope that this Hellblade release garners even more attention and praise so it can be brought over there too. I am not sure how well that would work, but it is never outside of the realm of possibilities. Read More...

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Making Its Way Over To The Xbox Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of March 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Hellblade It looks like Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is no longer a console exclusive as Xbox gamers will be able to experience Hellblade here in April Good news for those Xbox One gamers out there who wanted a chance to experience the fun of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. The game is making the jump over to your platform here on April 11th so you can see what they hype is all about. It will no longer be the domain of the PC and PS4 gamers out there so all can get a real showing of how Ninja Theory is pushing the industry forward in not only tech but also in how certain stories can be told and aid society. I know Hellblade has helped me to understand what others go through with some of these ailments as well as help others understand my own issues. Read More...

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Is Performing Better Than Many Expected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Hellblade In the first three months Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has outperformed than the team expected and Hellblade shows little sign of stopping Word has officially broken that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has crossed the five-hundred thousand sold mark and is well into making a solid profit for Ninja Theory's small team. This is not news that we normally cover here on the site, but this is kind of a bigger deal for gaming in general and not just the coffers of this one developer. It is a sign that even a small team of about twenty can make a title that can meet and then exceed expectations in a short amount of time and not require a whole lot of "fluff" to do so. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/31/17 — 8/4/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of August 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games in the bag and there was still so much we didn't get to. Even with it only being SDCC and Animazement being the big conventions that just happened there seems to still be a whole lot of new information and updates out there. More so with Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Agents Of Mayhem, and Observer all just about to release next week and massive info dumps for all of those video games adding on to all of the other things. There is still much more we have to bring you from the conventions that will pick up next week as long as things don't go completely off the rails out there for it all. Read More...

Have A Tease Of The Psychosis We'll Experience In Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of July 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Hellblade We now have a small tease at one of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice's features coming with the game that will focus on Hellblade's psychosis & how it was used in game By now we all know that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is going to have some deep-rooted ideas and looks at "insanity" and psychosis in the game. The titular character suffers from some of it and Ninja Theory has been pretty open about talking to many scholars and those who suffer from similar ailments to make sure they are able to represent the whole thing properly. Hopefully you've been following along with all of the developer updates for Hellblade and this isn't new news for you. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/24/17 — 7/28/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of July 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was totally a recovery week in video games for us over here and the industry in whole. Two of the bigger cons for the industry have now wrapped and we have a few more off in the near future and here we site continuing the coverage out of both of those major events. That's not to say that is all we have to cover for video games as we did get to see a whole lot more for Hellblade this week as we head toward the release date for that, but of course there was still a lot from Call Of Duty, Wolfenstein II, and Marvel Vs Capcom fresh out of SDCC and there is still plenty more to come. This is always the best time of year for video games in terms of news and updates. Read More...
