Here's A Look At Some Of PlayStation Titles Coming In 2017…Maybe

PlayStation

A new video has been released showing off some PlayStation exclusive titles coming in 2017 and maybe some PlayStation titles that should have been listed

The year has just started and the video game releases will soon be upon us for all platforms from PlayStation to the many forms of PC. To start it all off it looks like a new video showing off some of the titles on their way to the PS4 and PS VR systems has dropped to show us what we can expect. Titles like Drawn To Death, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice are on the list with one of them already having a solid date listed and not just a general year. It's also not the full list of titles either as I am sure there will be more exclusives throughout the year for PlayStation but these seem to be the highlight.

Here's 23 of the titles that we can rest assured are coming to PlayStation this year. At least as of right now.

It should be really cut and dry on it all but it looks like the people over at PlayStation pulled the gun a bit too early on a few titles listed here. At least according to Shuhei Yoshida at least two of these titles were mistakenly added into the mix. That would be Dreams and Detroit: Become Human. The question was raised online about it as there wasn't even a release year originally for those titles and now it looks like there was. Yoshida went on to state that they were mistakenly added in to the video that has yet to be corrected online. We have to listen to the head of PlayStation right? Of course we do.

While it does seem likely that those two titles should be on their way in 2017 it looks like breathing room for them to skip the year or come well after has been granted by PlayStation here. It does seem like it would be a big mistake here as video editing requires a lot more thought and work than just a bit of text but as of right now we can take those two off the list here as confirmed for this year. I'm going to guess that E3 will place them back on the confirmed list with the PlayStation conference showing them off more, but we have to wait for it. It is interesting to see that God Of War wasn't here though given that it's been announced that the game is playable, in house at least, from start to end and in the process of getting out of its beta build here soon. At least that is my hope on things. That one will most likely be March of 2018 if I had to put money on it though.

Are you excited to see this list of PlayStation titles coming out this year or are you still holding out for other games? Do you think that we will still see those "mistakes" in 2017 even though they are no longer on the list here? What other titles are you looking for to hit even though they are going to be cross-platform in the long run? Let us know what you are thinking and hoping down in the comments and then discuss. For more on all of the games coming to the PlayStation, be sure to stick right here as we'll bring it all to you even if it is something that is backtracked on later.
