by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 11th of March 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
The Boys Enter into the world of The Boys with the gameplay for The Boys: Trigger Warning, which is on the way to VR very soon The fight against all of the Supes out there is coming to a virtual experience, with the upcoming title The Boys: Trigger Warning. Something that I know a lot of people haven't been aware of, even though it is the first real time the IP has made its way into the video game space. All with ARVORE building the virtual space, all based on the TV show, bringing in some of the acting talent to help out, and placing us all in the virtual world to experience it all. Yes, this is a VR title to give us that experience, and just before the final season of The Boys starts to play out. Read More...

Directive 8020 Offers Up A Full Look At The Crew We Will Get To Know
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of March 2026 - 08:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 A new developer diary for Directive 8020 is here, and it highlights more of the crew that we will get to play in Directive 8020 We have met some of the cast before now when it comes to Directive 8020, but only a select few. Not just a select few, but it was more of a broad stroke when it came to getting to know them. It looks as if Supermassive Games is ready to go one step further and give us a full dive into what it took to bring the characters to life, and a feel for all of the crew we are going to be playing with. Not to mention, it looks like the narrative structure in Directive 8020 might have a few extra twists and turns than we have experienced in any of the past titles in The Dark Pictures. Read More...

A New Stroll Is On The Way To The Switch 2 With The Midnight Walk
by Jana Lass [ Tuesday, 3rd of March 2026 - 10:00 PM ]
The Midnight Walk A Switch 2 release for The Midnight Walk is on the way to allow many more gamers the chance to play The Midnight Walk It's been on other consoles, and then it hit the VR space, and now The Midnight Walk is on the way to the Switch 2. The claymation title that MoonHood put together for us last year, is on the way so more can play it with Fast Travel Games getting it all ready to land again. Back in a 2D screen space, but also able to hop from the big screen to the small screen for easy movement. I guess that works out well for a title called The Midnight Walk that we will be able to also take it for a walk at midnight if we so want to. Read More...

Directive 8020 Offers A Better Look At The Character Played By Lashana Lynch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of March 2026 - 06:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 Meet the pilot we will follow in Directive 8020 with a new look at the character and interview with the performer bringing them to life in Directive 8020 It feels like with each new video we get for Directive 8020, we get to know more about the characters and the world. Even before Supermassive Games had to delay the release of it until May 12th. Given that it might have been a while since we first met Brianna Young, the pilot of the spaceship we will be surviving in, it might be time to get to know the character again. Who better to give us all of that information than the person who is bringing the character to life in Directive 8020? Read More...

The Occultist Shows Us All How The Godstone Will Be Its Own Character
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of February 2026 - 08:00 PM ]
Occultist Learn a bit more about The Occultist and the location that will be its own character as we explore with The Occultist It is not uncommon that stories aim to make the location we are experiencing as a character to itself, and that is what it looks like that will be happening in The Occultist when we get to experience it. This time, though, it looks like DALOAR is using the game's location as a way to draw us in and also give us more of the nightmares we can expect to experience in The Occultist. That is what the recent developer diary and gameplay for the game are telling us. Read More...

Directive 8020 Filters Out More Of The Deluxe Edition Extras We Will Get
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of February 2026 - 06:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 Directive 8020 will be getting some gameplay filters to play with, along with a few more extras in the Deluxe Edition of Directive 8020 If you were looking for more reasons to pick up the Deluxe Edition of Directive 8020 when it lands on May 12th, then you are little more in luck. It seems as if Supermassive Games is still slow-rolling out all of those updates to us, and now we have some extra gameplay filters we will be able to experience the whole game with. I am never quite sure why these are big things for gamers, but if you need to see the full experience of Directive 8020 in a classic VHS mode while running the game on your PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC, then there will be an option for just that. Fallout More Fallout is out there with the launch of the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition on the Switch 2 The fun of the end of the world just keeps on coming, with the launch of the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition on the Switch 2. It feels like Bethesda missed the mark only slightly with this release and the hype around the show out there, but that does not change the fact that we can now play the title on all of the platforms out there. This one gives the Switch 2 gamers the full experience right up front with all of the DLC and other updates that came to Fallout 4 over time. Even if it is a little late to the party, it is still a solid way for new and old fans to get fully immersed in the universe. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of February 2026 - 06:00 PM ]
Cthulhu Get ready to investigate more of the Cthulhu mythos, with the new gameplay mechanic on the way with Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss It seems that if it falls into this mythology, there is going to be some investigation out there, and Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss is diving right into that in the game. It just seems to be human nature, or something that always has to go down when cosmic horrors are out there, and Big Bad Wolf is making sure that investigation is at the core of it all. Now, we get to see how that gameplay mechanic will unfold in Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss when it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 16th. Read More...

House Of The Dead Head back into the House Of The Dead again, with the launch of The House Of The Dead 2: Remake Infect’Edition The doors have opened up further for those looking to have the next bit of fun with The House Of The Dead 2: Remake. The Infect’Edition has finally made it out there for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S to give us all more to shoot and survive. Not to mention, it gives us more to experience with what Megapixel Studio has been working on to bring this fun IP out of the old arcades and into our homes again. I know I've lost so many quarters to the classic versions of The House Of The Dead, and now I can just drop one lump sum and make it all the way through the story as I so see fit. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of February 2026 - 06:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 New pre-order bonuses for Directive 8020 are out there, along with an official release date for Directive 8020 It looks like we have a lot more fun for Directive 8020 on the way to us all if we are opting to pre-order the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC. Well, fun might not be the best word to use there, unless you are huge on modding your character's fits and looks long the way. It seems that Supermassive Games has some new things in the mix that link us right back into The Dark Pictures if we so choose to throw down the money for Directive 8020 before May 12th.
