The next DLC for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is on the way, and we will have just a bit more to experience in Bloodlines 2
The night seems to be coming to an end with what was promised for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, as the next announced DLC is about to land. That would be The Flower & The Flame DLC that The Chinese Room announced way back when they took over the project. Something to give us a look at another of the vampires in the city and what they had going on. I say that in the past tense, as this does look to be a prequel story to get us up to speed on what the Toreador Primogen was up to before the events of Bloodlines 2. Those who have played the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC will know how it all turns out, but on June 10th, we'll all get to see how the plans went into motion. Also, maybe, a few others that were set up and caused other things in the bigger story…
Just as we saw with the last DLC for Bloodlines 2, this one will not only give us a new character to follow along with, but a few new gameplay mechanics, combat, outfit for Phyre, and all of that extra story that some have been craving. The interesting part is that Ysabella will have a unique morality system built into the gameplay that will change how others react. Not only that, but also how Ysabella will be dealing with the monster inside, if it is like the morality system that Vampire: The Masquerade has in general. It is hard to tell, but maybe this will mean that we can have more gameplay in the future for Bloodlines 2 if the team is trying to drop in massive gameplay elements into it all with DLC. That might be a bit hopeful, but it would be nice to see, especially as those who have played the core game will be able to note that this is not going to change the way things play out for Ysabella. just give a better understanding of the reasons why everything happened.
