God Of War A new look at the God Of War demo out of E3 has been release where a few of the God Of War developers explain more on the game than we saw live Last week the world was given a great surprise in terms of the new God Of War being shown off at E3. A lot of questions obviously popped up due to all of this but Santa Monica Studios was very tight lipped about every aspect of the game that we couldn't physically see in the demo. Believe me I tried and the closest little extra I got for God Of War was the fact that they are not ignoring anything from his past but are doing a solid continuation. Mafia 3 The pre-order bonuses for Mafia 3 have finally been fully fleshed out this is just what we will be getting for Mafia 3 if we pre-order or by the CE Maybe you remember or maybe you don't but back when Mafia 3's collector's editions was announced we also caught word on the fact that there would be a pre-order bonus. At the time though 2K Games had yet to define out what would be coming in the "Family Kick-Back" DLC and Hangar 13 was just as quiet about that too. Final Fantasy XV Right off all of the Final Fantasy XV E3 coverage we have a whole new batch of screenshots for Final Fantasy XV to gaze upon outside of everything else We certainly have been overrun by videos and gameplay for Final Fantasy XV as of late; especially with all of the E3 coverage and showings. Even with the very lackluster, in my opinion, showing that Square Enix had during the Microsoft conference to show how streamline the combat was. It sure didn't look that way to me nor was the new Final Fantasy XV VR experience all too exciting when shown off for the PlayStation. Read More...

Spider-Man During E3 it was revealed that Spider-Man was getting yet another title in the mix but this won't be a Spider-Man game tied into anything but the general lore Another one of the huge surprises out of E3 was the announcement of a new Spider-Man game coming into the mix. Maybe not a huge surprise given the agreement between Sony and Marvel for the IP but the bigger one would be that Insomniac Games is doing the building and that it will not be linked into the new film at all. In fact, this Spider-Man title will be a completely standalone title and unsurprisingly available for the PS4 sometime in the future. How long into the future is of course a good question as this is still a working title for the game but it would make sense to use the synergy of the new film; so maybe July of 2017… Of course as this is just an announcement and a tease for the new Spider-Man title, information for the game is still sparse. The Walking Dead The first teaser trailer for The Walking Dead's third season has been revealed and it looks like The Walking Dead is jumping forward in time but keeping fan favorites If you were able to pay full attention to everything out of E3 then this may be old news to you but for those who were overloaded with news, then you may have missed that The Walking Dead season three is slated to start up sometime this Fall. Not only that but we have a nice little trailer out of Telltale Games and a few little tidbits on the game directly. Given the success of The Walking Dead in general it shouldn't have been that big of a shocker to see the third season coming but in this season it looks like the surprises are more in the game than that it is coming. Styx While at E3 I was able to see Styx: Shards Of Darkness in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Styx: Shards Of Darkness One of the other smaller titles on the floor at E3 that I was excited for was Styx: Shards Of Darkness. This would be the sequel to one of the smaller cult classic titles that Cyanide Studios gave us back in 2014. It is a fun little stealth action title that builds off the story of Styx: Master Of Shadows and from the looks of things builds off the expanded power of the Unreal Engine that they just didn't have before. Vampyr While at E3 I was able to see Vampyr in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Vampyr In a nice dark room on the E3 floor we were able to spy upon Vampyr in action. For those who still haven't followed along, this is the new title from Dontnod that places us in the middle of the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918 in the role of a doctor who has recently been turned into a vampire. We've had a lot of news on Vampyr so far so hopefully you are up to date but if not then here are our first impressions of the game in action before all of the rest of the information from Focus Home Interactive drops between now and when it launches on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC next year. Call Of Duty While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare If there has been one title at E3 that had strong feelings on both sides of the coin it had to be Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It had a lot of shade cast on it back when Infinity Ward first announced that it was coming on November 4th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Watch Dogs 2 While at E3 I was able to see Watch Dogs 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Watch Dogs 2 One of the worst kept secrets of E3, Watch Dogs 2, was fully revealed and then shown off again on the show floor. Thankfully instead of trying to play cover up on all of it Ubisoft chose to embrace the reveal and gave us our first, second, third, and even fourth look at the game during their press conference and then when the door officially opened for the day. Watch Dogs 2 definitely was the talk of the show and thankfully I was able to sit down and get a closer look at the demos and gameplay offered up to us all. Deus Ex While at E3 I was able to see Deus Ex: Mankind Divided in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Another huge title I know I was personally looking forward to during my voyage to E3 was Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Ever since the first time Eidos-Montreal fist announced it a while back I was stoked and ready to see how far they progressed the rebooted franchise given the greatness of Human Revolution. Thankfully Square Enix had Deus Ex: Mankind Divided in the mix of titles they were showing off and I was able to spy a nice long video demo of the game. Skylanders While at E3 I was able to see Skylanders Imaginators in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Skylanders Imaginators Just as with every year since the franchise's start we have Skylanders Imaginators as the new addition to the franchise. We had the announcement that Toys For Bob is working on bringing us something new for the franchise and genre but at E3 Activision had a nice showing of the game from a bit of behind the scenes. We were allowed to see Skylanders Imaginators while out on the floor and also had a nice description of what will be coming to this franchise to make us shell out even more cash for the game and toys. Agents Of Mayhem While at E3 I was able to see Agents Of Mayhem in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Agents Of Mayhem With Agents Of Mayhem getting the full announcement just before E3 I was a little shocked to see that the game was available to play at the show. It looks like Volition had kept this little gem under-wraps so well that they have at least a solid playable demo and during my visit to see what Deep Silver had to show off I was able to sit down and play Agents Of Mayhem quite a bit. In fact I was able to run through the demo almost twice using one of the characters yet to be announced with the initial push. Here's my take on LEGO Dimensions When I first stepped into the very cushiony area to check out what was coming to LEGO Dimensions I was half expecting it to be something akin to all of the other toys-to-life genre titles in the way of a new disc and new toys to purchase. South Park While at E3 I was able to see South Park: The Fractured But Whole in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole This has been marked down as one of my most anticipated titles of E3 and I was able to go behind the curtain and see South Park: The Fractured But Whole as they wanted to show us. Of course this being Ubisoft there was all the glamour mixed around it all to make everything more impressive than their little black room for the last title in the franchise. Here's my take on Mafia 3 Here we go with one of the larger titles that 2K Games was pimping out at E3 and now we have a solid look at Mafia 3 in terms of world and gameplay. Gameplay that was shown off by none other than the devs over at Hangar 13 in the mix of a time jump back to the era that the game takes place in. Of course there is a whole lot more to go into for Mafia 3, as with all of the other games out there, but this is the best look we have until October 7th when it finally lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
