by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games What a week we have had in video games here huh? We had Fallout 4 officially announced. We had XCOM 2officially announced. We had a whole lot of Batman: Arkham Knight news and videos. We even were able to get a whole bunch more on some new video game characters in the way of Overwatch and Drawn To Death. All of those characters have yet to be seen in a video games as of yet so they are all knew to us and deserving of the time. I expect cosplaying to come soon now as we have a larger list of video game character to choose from. Read More...

Discover The Legends Within Rise Of The Tomb Raider With A Tease
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new teaser trailer for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been released to get us all pumped up for what Microsoft will be showing for the game at E3 All last week we were teased with something new for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and here we have it. It's…another tease for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. All along the same veins as the DOOM tease we had from Bethesda a few weeks ago, it looks like Crystal Dynamics has given us pretty much the same thing. Only in this case the tease doesn't look to show any gameplay for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and is all hype to make sure we are all going to be watching the Microsoft press conference at E3. As if we wouldn't be already to see what else will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/25/15 — 5/29/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week seemed to fly right by but that doesn't mean there wasn't a whole lot to cover in the world of video games by any means. We had a bunch of release date announcements for SOMA, Until Dawn and Wander. We had some new games announced in the way of Perception and What Remains Of Edith Finch. Then a whole mess of new video and information for Batman: Arkham Knight. Like I said, short week but way too much going on in the world of video games. Read More...

Welcome To Noctis, The Free City, Of Technomancer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Technomancer have been released to give us all a small taste before the big E3 showcasing of Technomancer Technomancer was announced a little while back with only a few screenshots and a description to go off. Spiders Games have yet to make any time that I have been able to write home about but Technomancer still looked to have a bit of promise. At least more than I felt that Bound By Flame delivered on but still being burned by that title, pun intended, I overlooked Technomancer in favor of other titles. It's kind of how the video games industry goes when it comes to things like this. Read More...

Looks Like Resident Evil 0 HD REmaster Is Rumor No More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
It has been confirmed that Resident Evil 0 HD REmaster is coming and being produced by much of the original team who made Resident Evil 0 Do you remember way back near the end of last year when a few screenshots popped up and brought the rumor that Resident Evil 0 HD REmaster was on the way? Pepperidge Farm remembers and so should you as it turns out that the "leaked" image was none other than real. Yes, it has been confirmed that Resident Evil 0 HD REmaster is in the pipes and coming out in early 2016 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Looks like that cover up that Capcom didn't try to had for was all for naught as we kind of new it was coming and now we have a better grasp and knowledge that Resident Evil 0 HD REmaster is indeed a thing. This Week In Video Games 5/18/15 — 5/22/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Thus we wrap yet another week in video game news and updates. Nothing to insane outside of our first look at DOOM and a bit more proof that Fallout 4 is just around the corner. Just around the corner hopefully being E3 but this is the world of video games and we all know how that all works. It never works like we have planned or thought. If only we could all be Batman like is shown in the recent Arkham Knight videos and then we would all be able to know and see what is coming well in advance. Read More...

Have A Look At The DOOM 4 That Already Mets Its Doom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Footage of an unreleased version of DOOM 4 has surfaced online so we can all see the direction DOOM is not going to be taking Yesterday we had a taste of what is coming for DOOM for us all but what about that DOOM 4 that we are not going to be getting? Yes, there apparently is a version of the game that Bethesda and id Software didn't want because it didn't have the "spirit" of the DOOM franchise. In this version we won't be seeing there is a military force on Earth that appears to be pushing back the forces of Hell. Kind of a deviation as even the poorly received film on the franchise stayed a bit closer to the original story than this sounded to be. Read More...

Get Ready For Our DOOM At E3 With A Nice Little Tease
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The first bit of gameplay for DOOM has been released to tease a world gameplay reveal at Bethesda's E3 event in June We've all been waiting patiently for something more on the upcoming DOOM title from id Software and Bethesda. Very patiently given that there were pre-order bonuses that gave us access to the DOOM beta when it goes live. We have yet to see a thing for the game but at least we all were sure it was still on its way. Today though it looks like the wait…now has a defined end date at Bethesda's E3 event when we should be seeing DOOM in action most likely on the PC version but possibly on the PS4 or Xbox One version. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. There were a lot of dinosaur games and LEGO games brought up this week. I'm talking ARK: Survival Evolved, LEGO Jurassic World, and LEGO Dimensions respectfully here. Oh and that new Assassin's Creed game for the year: Syndicate. That's also if we want to ignore all the new stuff for The Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight too. Read More...

Activision and FreeStyleGames has released the first set of tracks coming to Guitar Hero Live and it's not all to surprising So we've seen the idea behind Guitar Hero Live and what Activision and FreeStyleGames has in the pipeline for us but we all really want to know which rock stars we are going to be pretending to be in the virtual world. Yes the announcement event did give us a couple but we know that there is supposed to be a huge catalog of licenses artists and songs for us to play through. Good news here though as it looks like we can expect updated for Guitar Hero Live track list on a weekly basis and the first 24 artists/songs have been released for us to look at and question. This Week In Video Games 5/4/15 — 5/8/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Someone crank up the Queen as another week in video game news as bit the dust. Wow that was kind of a lame way to start out with but at least we have a whole lot of awesome video game new and updates for you to make up for it. Granted it is very Batman: Arkham Knight and The Wither 3 heavy when it is all boiled down but at least we had a nice look at the new controllers for Rock Band 4. Not to mention all of the excitement of Nintendo setting up some great themed areas at Universal Parks across the globe. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 4/27/15 — 5/1/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Time for more witting, or not-so-witting, banter to wrap up another week of news for video games here. We had a cancellation, a delay, and more sad news in general but at least we were able to see Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Batman: Arkham Knight received a bit more. Not only that but we have more rumors showing us that Watch Dogs 2 could be along the way here soon and then we had a look at a great looking horror title in Night Terrors. Most would say that is a big old game of "nope" but I say bring it on. Read More...

Night Terrors Could Become Your Reality… In Your Own Home
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of April 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new Augmented Reality Game, Night Terrors, is trying to raise funds to try and bring real but fake terror into our homes Earlier this week we had the devastation that Silent Hills was canceled so let's get back on a horror highlight with Night Terrors. This would be an augmented reality game that is looking to hit the levels of terror that the prior title mentioned was claiming as well. The big kicker here is that Night Terrors won't be using virtual world interactions to bring the terror. Instead it is slated to get you up and moving about your own home where the ghosts and demons are actually lurking. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 4/20/15 — 4/24/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of April 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week down and another week closer to having all of those video games that we keep talking about here. Or the DLC of said video games. You get the deal here. We had yet another productive week in video games and all of the news and updates we could have wanted. Granted we have the big Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 reveal coming over the weekend even though all of the 'leaks' and teases may have spoiled a bit of it all. We can ignore all of that and look towards Mad Max and whatever Marvel and Telltale have chambered for us in 2017. Read More...
