Darksiders 2

The release trailer for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition has been released and now we can see all those upgraded Darksiders 2 visuals in action

Next week is the big week as the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition is going to be released and I couldn't be more excited for this. Up until now we have yet to see any solid gameplay with the updates that Gunfire Games has been able to make to Darksiders 2 so far but now we have a nice long trailer showing off all of those said updates and to get us even more hyped for it to hit the PS4 and Xbox One on October 27^th. Such an amazing franchise and I hope the first Darksiders gets the same treatment and we get the ever-sought-after Darksiders 3.

Anyways, up until now we have mainly had only screenshots to see for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition so this is a nice little treat here. That and for those new to Darksiders 2 it gives you all a great look at what you missed out on before and will be experiencing now that Nordic Games is bringing the game to the next gen systems. I just wish there was any kind of word on the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition bringing along the physical Death Masks and/or tombstone promotions that came around when the game was first released. That would be amazing too.

I'll have to say that I think my memory is either getting spacey lately or there are some truly new looking areas in the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition as in the above trailer I am seeing quite a bit of the environment I don't remember seeing the first time around in the game. I played Darksiders 2 for quite some time and was pretty sure I saw everything the first time around but maybe I missed some things or the updates are just that drastic. Either way though that definitely adds to the excitement to play Darksiders 2 in this edition as now I feel like I missed a few things.
