Earlier this year we got a trailer and a few details about the second season of Mortal Kombat: Legacy. I was not overly impressed. Now the time has come and we have the full season available to watch. I have and am still not impressed at all. Again this feels like a simple milking of the franchise and nothing more. It could be just me, but I'm pretty sure we would all love to see an amazing silver screen adaptation of BioShock. I'd like to think that we haven't yet because of worry that fans would not accept it unless it is top notch. So what do we get in the interim? Again in my travels across the lush open world of YouTube I have come across a golden gem; A short little film by Andrewfilms of how awesome it would be to play Metal Slug via Augmented reality. Surprisingly, there are many out there who are not aware of the Tekken live action film. Not surprisingly, I would consider those people fairly lucky. What's really interesting is that the movie supposedly dropped in the US, LAST NOVEMBER. Does anyone remember this? Essentially, the story was as such: "In the year of 2039, after World Wars destroy much of civilization as we know it, territories are no longer run by governments, but by corporations; the mightiest of which is the Mishima Zaibatsu. Saw Game By Halloween 2009 So as most of you are aware of, there is a film series called Saw. They are up to number V (that's 5 in Roman Numerals) now. With more in the works. Looks like the Dragonball film has been delayed Comingsoon.net reports that the upcoming movie version of the anime-video game franchise Dragonball has been delayed. The worst video game film maker, Uwe Boll, challenges the great Uwe Boll lives in some alternate universe and I don't know whether to laugh or to pity him. But since he's making a ton more money than me making crappy movies, I'll laugh at him. Uwe has put Postal up against Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull on May 23rd of this year. Most people wouldn't be crazy enough to go up against Indy, but horror website Bloody Disgusting got a quote from him in an email where he thinks he's going to take down Spielberg: "On the Indiana Jones weekend - May 23 - we will go out and destroy Indiana Jones in the Box Office!
