It was a long wait, but it was worth it if the latest trailer has anything to say about it. The Sinking City Another trailer for The Sinking City is out and delves further into the insanity we may encounter in The Sinking City when it launches If you have not caught on by now, The Sinking City is going to be a Lovecraft-inspired title that will dive right into the mythos that has been created there. Call Of Duty The first Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 multiplayer beta weekend kicks off this week with the other chances to get in on the Call Of Duty beta list too If you pre-ordered Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 already and were wondering when you could get in on your "beta" for the game, that time would be starting this weekend on August 3rd. That is at least if you pre-ordered or planned on playing on the PS4 as Activision's partnership with PlayStation will be holding the first "beta" for the weekend with Xbox One and PC gamers having to wait until August 10th to get in on this "beta". Darksiders A new video for Darksiders III is here to show us how Fury gets her flame from in the usual Darksiders manner We have seen a bit of Fury's Flame Form in the past for Darksiders III, but now it seems like it is time to spoil how she earns it in the game and it plays out much like you think. Spider-Man Another bit of story is out there for the upcoming Spider-Man game and we have a look at the last of the pre-order Spider-Man suits from SDCC Just as many of us thought, Spider-Man for the PS4 was one of the big games out at SDCC that Marvel was out there showing off. It was not the only one, but that will be our focus on things right now as Insomniac Games’ version of the franchise will be landing here on September 7th and the other games looked at are out already or further out than that. All of that said, it looks like there will be even more characters than we thought in Spider-Man when it launches in all of the heroes, allies, villains, and anti-hero categories. Welcome to Paititi, a place that will be home to all kinds of trade and exploration when not going through the main story that Eidos-Montréal has for us. Call Of Duty More story is here for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4's Zombies mode as well as a look at the new collector's edition for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 that is coming The zombies are running free with more here for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and we have more of the story to dig into all thanks to SDCC that just wrapped. We have had a bit of the story and look at how Treyarch is modifying the mode for this game, but here we go with a whole lot more to see for it all. It may not be anything in terms of new gameplay for this Call Of Duty, but seeing as it has not changed up much for a while as it is still a first-person shooter, that is not a huge surprise. Darksiders New gameplay for Darksiders III is here to show us another boss fight that we will have to take on when Wrath comes calling in Darksiders III There is still a bit of time before Darksiders III hits us on November 27th which means there is still a lot of time to have a look at more of the bosses that Gunfire Games has put together for us. We have seen Sloth so far in the past from THQ Nordic, and now we have a look at Wrath in the game and we can mark off one more of the sins we will see in action. I do hope that we do not get them all spoiled for us before Darksiders III finally hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but it is new gameplay to look at as well as some of the first of the voice work we will get to hear in the game. Fear The Wolves The Early Access for Fear The Wolves has been pushed back a bit as the closed beta for Fear The Wolves found a few things that needed work If you were looking forward to the Early Access for Fear The Wolves to hit our PCs, then you will need to take a seat as it looks like it has been pushed back just a bit. It has been pushed back from July 18th to sometime this Summer as Vostok Games wanted to put some extra work into the game before Focus Home Interactive dropped it out there for order or purchase. It does not sound like there is anything completely wrong with Fear The Wolves, but the closed beta that recently concluded did have some things that were not up to their wants and needs so it was pushed. South Park The next DLC for South Park: The Fractured But Whole now has a release date and we will be getting more of the South Park added into the mix The next DLC for South Park: The Fractured But Whole is almost here after a fairly long wait. We have gone to Casa Bonita and taken on the Danger Room from Timmy, now Ubisoft will be sending us all off to Lake Tardicaca to join Mint-Berry Crunch in finding out what happened to a group of counselors who have gone missing. All in the usual South Park style of things and with the same cast of characters one would assume to be along for the ride here. Blizzard Blizzard Entertainment will be out at SDCC 2018 with all kinds of events and Blizzard collectibles for you to add to your lists Continuing forth with all of the game developers and publishers showing up at SDCC this year, Blizzard is also back and bringing with it the fun of Overwatch and Hearthstone. It may not be as it was last year with The Lich King taking over for a bit, but it will be here to bring us more of their titles in the way of panels and collectibles some will be able to pick up if they are out there. Shadow Of War The latest update to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it has removed the market as well as adding many upgrades for Shadow Of War The day has finally come as Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will now be losing its marketplace and thus its microtransactions that caused players all kinds of complaint in the past. Square Enix Not to be left out of SDCC, Square Enix is bringing all kinds of games and events to make sure you have been able to experience all Square Enix has to offer Just as the many year's past, Square Enix will be back at SDCC this year and bringing with them all of the games that we have been keeping an eye on and hoping to play sooner rather than later. Sadly, it does not look like they are bringing much in the way of Final Fantasy, but they are truly pushing Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and Kingdom Hearts III just as they did out at E3. Not the biggest of surprises given the proximity to the release dates and SDCC being a huge fan event for Square Enix to get the games in front of more eyes than just through other people's thoughts and opinions.
