The Forgotten City Is Now Aiming For A Winter 2020 Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
The Forgotten City The release window for The Forgotten City is now pushed out to Winter of next year but we have a new trailer to see for The Forgotten City It looks like all the time travel of The Forgotten City did not get the game out to us all sooner as it looks like it will be hitting the Xbox One and PC some time in the Winter of 2020. Yes, that would be about a year out from where we are now and that means more waiting but also more time for Modern Storyteller to put things together perfectly for this title. Sure, that sounds like a small excuse on my end of it all but I will take a polished version of The Forgotten City over a shoddy one that we all gripe about until the end of time. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Warcraft The final release date for Warcraft III: Reforged is now set for January with all of the Warcraft III features we have been waiting for Those looking to get in on Warcraft III: Reforged can stop looking and start waiting, as the release date is now set down for January 28th. I know fans were hoping to get their hands on it before the end of the year, but it looks like it took a bit longer for Blizzard to get everything ironed out for it and then game is now coming when it is ready. It has been a bit of a wait since it was first revealed back in 2018, but now we will be able to get our Warcraft III on no matter the version of the game you have loaded on your PC. Yes, that means that there will be cross-version play mixed in here for those that do not want to pick up the newer version of it all. Read More...

Cloud Strife Is Back In Rare Form For Final Fantasy VII Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of December 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here out of The Game Awards and shows us more for Final Fantasy VII’s main man It was a bit of a surprise but not truly, as we had a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake out of The Game Awards this year. It felt like the right place for it to be since we have not had a good trailer from Square Enix for the game in a good clip of time. With March 3rd rolling up a lot faster than many can believe, we need to see more and experience what the first part of this version of Final Fantasy VII will hold for us on the PS4. Do remember that this is going to be given out in parts and not the full game in one spot, sadly. Read More...

Our First Real Look At The Joker For Mortal Kombat 11 Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of December 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Have a little tease of the Joker for Mortal Kombat 11 just before the time when he will officially join the roster for Mortal Kombat 11 next year There was never any confusion on if the Joker was going to head over to Mortal Kombat 11 at some point as he has been part of the DLC list for a while now. Not many seemed to be overly thrilled about it, but it was one of the characters that it seemed NetherRealm Studios has been amped about for a while so he was included while others were left out. Now, fresh from The Game Awards, we have our first little tease of the character to take in. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy An updated cover for Final Fantasy VII Remake shows that other platforms may get a chance to experience Final Fantasy VII in 2021 I know there were a few of you out there that were not too happy to hear that Final Fantasy VII Remake was only going to be heading to the PS4 when it launches on March 3rd next year. More so given that Square Enix has been trying to place all of their games on as many platforms as possible as of late. With that said, get ready for some semi-good news as it does look like Final Fantasy VII Remake could be heading to other platforms in the future. Read More...

Babylon’s Fall New gameplay for Babylon’s Fall is here to give us all a feel for what we can expect from Babylon’s Fall before next year Talk about another surprise during the State Of Play here as we now have a bit more gameplay out there for Babylon’s Fall. This would be that title that was announced back in 2018 during the Square Enix presentation that Platinum Games is working on and now shown off again for the PS4 and PC today. With another longer wait set as more for Babylon’s Fall will not be given out until the Summer of 2020. This, of course, makes one wonder why we even had anything now, but we will all take what we can when it comes to a bunch of knights fighting each other with “spectral swords. Read More...
