Dungeons & Dragons A new Dungeons & Dragons event will be taking place at SDCC this year for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves If you have ever truly fantasized about being able to hit up one of those fantastical taverns from any of your Dungeons & Dragons sessions and you will be out at this year's SDCC, then you might be getting a bit of that wish fulfillment going on. A new event and activation for the convention are going to try to bring some of that gaming experience alive to us all for those looking to take a load off. Nintendo Nintendo fans will have more to play out at SDCC with the Nintendo Road Trip making a stop at this year’s con One of the staples that we have had at SDCC over the years has been Nintendo showing up with all forms of games and giving the con-goers a nice little lounge to take a load off and enjoy some games. This staple is now making its way back by making a stop in San Diego during the current Road Trip event that is about to kick off at the end of the week. E3 E3 is currently planned to be back and in-person in 2023 to give fans all of the E3 fun they have missed over the years We are just about to hit the normal time of year where E3 would normally be taking place but since the pandemic shook things up and kept some things uncertain leading up, we have not seen one in-person since 2019. This year will also mark the first time in a while that we have not had anything for the convention even in a digital form. E3 E3 is not going to be in-person this year and this could lead to a possible end to E3 in general Those looking forward to see E3 in person this year are going to start getting sad now. Just as the headline states, this year we will not be seeing the event in person once again and thus leading to the third year the massive gaming event will no longer let us go hands-on with the titles. PSVR 2 During CES 2022, the PSVR 2 was officially moved from speculation to the next-gen tech that some thought the PSVR 2 would be Here we go as we all start to step into the next wave of the future with the announcement for the PlayStation VR2. Not the catchiest of names to have out there, but it did catch eyes out at CES 2022 with the official announcement that it is coming. No more will the PSVR 2 be listed as a possibility based on closed-door patents and murmurs. Horizon A whole new VR experience in the Horizon setting is on the way with the announcement for Horizon Call Of The Mountain It seems like we are getting some big announcements out of CES 2022 in the world of gaming and here we go with Horizon Call Of The Mountain popping things off. Just a month before the big release for Guerrilla Games' next installment to the IP, but this one will be coming later down the line and also with the help from Firesprite. Not only that, but this Horizon title will also be hitting the PS5 on the recently announced PSVR2 out of the event. Death Stranding A new release window for the Death Stranding Director’s Cut is set with Death Stranding aiming for Spring now PC gamers are now one step closer to getting to experience what the Death Stranding Director’s Cut is going to have for them here. Also being delivered out of CES 2022 of all places, but it looks like 505 Games is setting things down for the Kojima Productions game and not on the PS4 and PS5. Those that have been waiting patiently to experience what Death Stranding has to offer will be able to get just that in Spring of 2022. Comic-Con Things shifted up for this year's Comic-Con and here is a bit of a look at the Comic-Con Special Edition There is no denying that the last few years have been a little rough on conventions and events like E3 and Comic-Con International have been hit fairly hard out there. There have been many of the smaller conventions out there that have not been able to survive everything we have been going through since 2020. As many of the avid readers of the site will know, SDCC is one of the bigger ones we like to head out and cover for all of the various gaming needs and other attractions that bring a bit of gaming into our real world.
