Some new gameplay footage for Resident Evil Revelations 2 has surfaced and it shows off the menu system as well as the controller scheme We've seen Resident Evil Revelations 2 in action already but until now there was no context on how everything was being driven and controlled. It was easy to assume the basic for the game as Capcom doesn't deviate from the basics all too much. I mean why would you change Up on the Left Stick from moving the character forward and all that? It would make no sense unless you were making a title specifically to mess with the norm and let's face it, Resident Evil Revelations 2 is not a game that looks to be deviating from the norm but giving us more of the Resident Evil franchise in our faces. Sony PlayStation has announced that Bloodborne has been delayed back to March of 2015 If you were looking forward to playing Bloodborne on February 6th then it is time for you to get let down. It looks like the game has now been delayed in making its PS4 debut until March 24th of 2015. Just under two month extra that you will have to wait, that's all. Could be a lot worse like six months or a year so you might want to calm down on the canceling of the pre-orders and all. The news about Bloodborne's delay comes from the PlayStation Blog where no real reason why has been given as to the delay. Read More...

Here is a new trailer for Far Cry 4 from Ubisoft and Red Storm to show us everything that we need to know for the game's launch It looks like these "everything you need to know" videos from Ubisoft are all the rage still so here we have one for Far Cry 4. We all need a reminder as to why we need to be picking up Far Cry 4 and giving it a spin because all of the previous videos and information handed out like candy just wasn't enough. I'm so glad that we are getting treated like we have the truncated version of a gold fish's memory. Like under a week kind of truncated here. Read More...

Have a good look at The Order: 1886's collector's edition as we wait even more for the February launch date We all knew that there was a collector's edition for The Order: 1886 coming and now we have a nice and close look at the contents of said edition. No, I'm not talking about the Premium Edition of The Order: 1886 that will run you about $150 that was announced months ago. This is the more cost effective version for the frugal gamer that has a little bit of disposable income and not a whole lot. This new edition will only run us about $80 USD but still comes with some pretty cool features and bonuses to entice those willing to take the extra risk. Read More...

We Sit Down And Review #killallzombies. How does this PS4 isometric shooter hold up? Does it use Twitch to its full extent? There are many developers out there trying to make something unique using zombies and Beatshapers is trying just that with #killallzombies. #killallzombies being an isometric shooter that ties into your personal Twitch or YouTube stream to allow others to not only watch but to interact with the game directly. It is a fast paced, zombie killing title but is it worth your time and money? Let me give you a break down in our review of #killallzombies. Read More...

It has just been announced from Avalanche Studios and Square Enix that we are getting Just Cause 3 in 2015 Time to dust off all of those Just Cause jokes and puns as we are getting Just Cause 3. In the wake of the next Game Informer cover being shown off it looks like Square Enix and Avalanche Studios have decided to make the announcement of Just Cause 3 live to quell speculation. Not only quell the speculation but to let us all know that Just Cause 3 is coming in 2015 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC all because we loved Just Cause 2 so much. Isn't that swell? Read More...

A new stealth gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been released from Deep Silver and Fatshark Games as we lead up to the release date Escape Dead Island releases next week on November 18th for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Just like the following gameplay clip for the game that date kind of snuck up on us didn't it? It did for me as I could have sworn that we just had the announcement for the game and first looks only a few months ago. Way to creep up on us there and give us all a nice creeper title to give us another bit of fun over the video game launch two weeks. Read More...

IGN Has Shown Off The New Support For Evolve Named Cabot And He Looks More Supportive Than The Others Last week we had our most recent hunter for Evolve shown off in the wake of the PS4 and Xbox One beta. This week we get another new hunter in the support class named Cabot. He's a rail gun shooting, death ray wielding, orbital cloud calling new addition to the mix who also looks to be way more in the support class than any of the others that have already been announced by 2K Games and Turtle Rock Studios to date. Here's a quick breakdown of what Cabot brings to Evolve and how I came to my thought on him. We all know that the support for Evolve is there to buff and also put the hurt on the monster as you hunt it down. Read More...

Geoff Keighley has announced that it is time for The Game Awards show, another awards show just for video games I was thinking the other day "Why don't we have another awards show for video games?" Looks like someone was reading my mind as it looks like we have The Game Awards just announced by Geoff Keighley coming our way to celebrate the video game industry. If the VGX and other award shows of the past weren't proof enough that most gamers out there don't care for an awards show then I don't know what else will. Although to be honest after hearing a bit more on The Game Awards show some doubts could be put aside as it doesn't sound like one network's way to grab some quick cash using our beloved subculture. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with another huge week for video games. We had Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare get released and another huge kick off to Blizzcon in the form of Overwatch getting an announcement. This was also just the start of the huge AAA title rush at that and we have so much more to look forward in the world of video games. Most of which should be hitting all of our systems in the next week or so. At least that is the major push for things currently as that is what most of the news, videos, and images are all about. Fresh out of Blizzcon 2014 Blizzard has announced Overwatch their first fully new IP in 17 years It has been about 17 years since Blizzard has moved away from any title that wasn't Diablo, Warcraft, or StarCraft based so it was quite a shock to here that they are working on a new title named Overwatch. This is a team based, first person shooter which is another interesting deviation for the company but not one that isn't going to be welcomed with open arms. I'm not even a huge Blizzard fan who spends all of my time and money on their games and I'll admit what we've seen so far for Overwatch has piqued my interest and garnered my watchful eye. If you are still lost on how to unlock the Zombies in Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare here's a nice little guide It has been confirmed that we are getting a zombie mode in Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare via future DLC from Activision and Sledgehammer Games but do you really want to wait until then? Of course you don't. Especially since it wouldn't be part of the Season Pass DLC but be a standalone thing for Advanced Warfare. Hopefully you knew all that before you read this so if you wanted the zombie killing action you didn't get primed in other ways. Read More...

A new web experience for Assassin's Creed Rogue will let you see how some of the iconic kills in the franchise were viewed from the other side I think words have yet to be able to explain how excited I am for Assassin's Creed Rogue. It will be the first real time that we get to see things from the perceived villains of the franchise: The Templar. Hopefully we will get to see why they are taking all the steps that they have over the years that have "required" the Creed to have been formed. Granted in Assassin's Creed Rogue we are only going to be seeing the side of events that took place around the timeline of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag but it is something more than nothing. Square Enix has revealed the contents of the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX collector's edition and it has quite a few amazing items It has just been revealed that there is going to be an exclusive Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX collector's edition as well as what we can expect to see when the collection of Kingdom Hearts games hits the PS3 here on December 2nd. I'll be honest when I am looking at the full list and the accompanying trailer for this collector's edition I am kind of a bit shocked that the whole thing is only selling for $99.99 USD.
