by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of September 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new video from BioWare and EA show off all the customization options we will get in Dragon Age: Inquisition including epic beards I guess customization in our games is something we really want in games and the latest Dragon Age: Inquisition video shows that off to a great extent. This of course is title that should have a crazy customization tool as BioWare and EA know we all want to be our own little snowflake even if no one may ever sees it. Not to mention that Dragon Age is an RPG franchise so it makes sense that we are going to be able to make our character look how we want to feel while playing Dragon Age: Inquisition. That is our prerogative isn't it? Read More…

Customization Is What We Have Wanted In Assassin's Creed Unity
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of September 2014 - 05:04 PM ]
A new video for Assassin's Creed Unity has been released and it shows off quite a bit of the customization and skills we will have when it comes to Arno Apparently co-op and customization is what we all have been wanting when it comes to Assassin's Creed Unity. That is at least what Ubisoft is focusing on in the latest "walk-through" video that has been released for ACU. I could have sworn that we all wanted a great core game with an amazing story that was started in Assassin's Creed with cool features that show off the era that the game is taking place in. Maybe I am out of touch with the core gamers who play nothing but Assassin's Creed titles and are the ones that are the driving force for Assassin's Creed Unity being made? Read More…

The Evil Within Is Making Every Last Bullet Count
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of September 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A new walk-though video for The Evil Within has been released showing you all of the tips and trick you'll need to use to survive As was to be assumed with The Evil Within only weeks out from launch, it looks like we have a "how to survive guide" to show us all the key features we will need to rely on to make it from start to finish. I'm not too sure on why this seems to be the standard with games and their launches as of late but it just is. The bonus here though is that this video shows off a load of new gameplay for The Evil Within to go along with all the helpful tips. Read More…

Controlling the Crowd & Hiding Won't Help In Alien Isolation
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of September 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The How Will You Survive Video Series Continues For Alien Isolation Showing Off How hiding and crowd control won't help you survive the game Looks like we have a few more ways on how to not play Alien Isolation here for our viewing pleasure to burn out the week we have until launch. This time around Creative Assembly and Sega are pin pointing that there really is nowhere safe on the Nostromos. Not only that but we will have to herd humans and androids alike to make sure that Amanda makes it out of there alive. This of course is not new information for Alien Isolation but it is a new look at the challenges and gameplay we will come to expect. Read More…

In the coming weeks I have a feeling that we are going to have loads more for you on the site to help you decide if you need to spend the time and money on specific titles or not. Read More…

Let's Go Inside The Mind And Art Of The Evil Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of September 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Two new behind the scenes looks at The Evil Within have been released to show off the art and gameplay direction that the game has taken from start to finish Today is wrapping up to be a 'behind the scenes' kind of day now with The Evil Within adding two more videos to show off what has gone into making the game. The larger difference here is that most of it is through interviews with Shinji and the development team instead of just showing off what is going on with the game's engine and design directions. None the less we all get a nice and interesting look at how the team over at Tango Gameworks is going to be trying to drive fear into all of our hearts here on October 14th. Read More…

A plethora of new 'behind the scenes' videos for Styx: Master Of Shadows have been released as well as the game's Release Date If you've been reading over the last few weeks you will have seen much on Styx: Master Of Shadows from Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive. If you've been reading a lot longer than that then you also know that I am a fan of seeing how our beloved games are actually made. Well it looks like we are all in for a treat here as we have not one, not two, or three, but four new behind the scenes videos for Styx: Master Of Shadows. Yea, there is a whole lot here to see what went into their PS4, Xbox One, and PC title. Read More…

Time To Get To Know Pagan Min Of Far Cry 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of September 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Far Cry 4 has been released by Ubisoft to show of a bit more of the personality of Pagan Min from the game Villains are always the most interesting characters and Pagan Min of Far Cry 4 is quickly shaping up to be that way. Especially since the recent trailer for the game that highlights a bit more of how the character acts and possible motivations has been released. In the past we've had a bit on the character including all the fun controversy that surrounded the original announcement but I think what we have here could just put a pin in making him one of the most interesting in a while. Just about up there with Negan of The Walking Dead comic books if you ask me. Read More…

Review: Forza Horizon 2
by Greg Tatterfield [ Thursday, 25th of September 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
We sit down and play Microsoft's newest entry in their long running racing series Forza Horizon 2. Is it worth talking it out for a cruise? Hated Forza Horizon 2 features a huge open world that's larger than the original. The large expansive open world isn't the problem. The problem lies with the fast travel system. Like the first game fast traveling to the festival is free but fast traveling to any of the hubs across the map will cost you over 9,000 precious credits that are used to upgrade and purchase new cars. This means driving everywhere or burn through your credits by fast traveling. Read More…

Review: Destiny
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of September 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Destiny. Does the game live up to the hype or is it an MMO that can be missed? Now that we've had time to sit down and ingest Destiny we should be able to critique the overall game for you; and now we have. Destiny was super hyped up and shown off at every convention since it was first unveiled and promised so much to the fans of the developer (Bungie) and publisher (Activision). Both companies have a wealth of experience under their belts so it should be rather simple to figure out how well their plan for Destiny panned out. If you are one of the few who have not already flocked out to pick up Destiny or purchased it on day one, here is our video review to help with your decision. Read More…
