Incoming Phat Loot Weekend For Borderlands 2

If you own Borderlands 2 and have a Twitter account, then you should know by now that Randy Pitchford, president of Gearbox, and Gearbox Software tweet out Golden Key codes that can be redeemed using the "SHiFT" program on Borderlands 2. These codes last for about three hours and have a "once per account" use. Golden Keys are used to open a special golden loot chest in Sanctuary. The higher your level, the better the loot. Challenge Mode Armor Updates For Mist Of Pandaria

The new feature in World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria called "Challenge Mode Dungeons" offer some very cool Transmogable gear. Transmog aka Xmog is changing the look of your gear with another piece of gear while saving the same stats. So Gear A will look like gear B but still has the stats of gear A. But now Blizzard has announced that all of the Challenge Mode gear sets will have a "use" ability to them, giving each class a unique flare to their awesome new gear. Mists of Pandaria is World of Warcraft's fourth expansion since its beginning in 2004. Featuring over 1,800 achievements, a new race, a new class, a whole new continent to explore and much more. Mists of Pandaria was released back in September and I'm finally writing up a review for it, simply because I have experience enough of the expansion to finally give it a worthwhile review. I enjoyed the last Medal of Honor so much that I decided to give it a try. Once again I am finding it tough to tear myself away from the game even to write this. What I'd Like In Borderlands 3

Medal Of Honor: Warfighter Beta Announced

If you are anticipating the release Medal Of Honor: Warfighter and play on XBox 360 you are in luck. EA and Danger Close announced that a multiplayer beta is coming exclusively to the XBox 360 in early October. Downloading the beta will not only give players an early look but will also grant players 60 minutes of double XP when the game releases on October 23. EA also announced that if 3 million people download the beta they will release a special Linkin Park music video for their song Castle Of Glass. If the 3 million download milestone is not hit the video will be released five days later. Read More...

God of War: Ascension Gets Furious… I Mean Furies

So we've seen some of the basic enemies. We've seen the Elephantor. How about some enemies that are part of the ancient cultures that God Of War: Ascension is borrowing from. In this case the Furies or Erinyes depending which you go by. In this case though it looks like Santa Monica Studios is going with the three named Furies for Kratos to rip apart. As will be seen below the first to be shown is Megaera, the jealous one. I'm still trying to understand the spider-like look that has been given to her, especially when it would be easier to just include Arachne and call it a day. Read More...

Have you ever missed out on a hot new release game because you didn’t own the right console? It has probably happened to all of us one time or another due to a console exclusive. Console exclusives act as an ace in the hole for most companies when they market a console. This is a very common trend in the game industry that hurts not only the consumer but also the developers. By only releasing on one console its locks out the other half of gamers who only may own one console and limits the sale margin for said game. Cat Woman Joins The Cast Of Injustice: Gods Among Us

Well this was pretty much expected. Cat Woman has just been confirmed as a new playable character for Injustice: Gods Among Us and below is a video showcasing what she can do and take in the game. As is to be expected she is fast, agile and able to whip the other characters from DC universe into shape. That is if she is not trying to kill them with cheesy one-liners of the feline nature instead. I will say that I am a bit curious by the fact that she has an RPG as an attack in the game given all of the other things they could have used. Read More...

Mists Of Pandaria Trailer Finally Released

Today Blizzard has finally released the cinematic trailer for the upcoming expansion to World of Warcraft called "Mists of Pandaria." The cinematic features a lot of mist and some good old fashioned fighting. Not to mention a little naval battle that is pretty cool. Mists of Pandaria comes out September 25th, 2012.
