Who wants to get teased? Well you don't get the option to decline now as Deep Silver, of Dead Island and Risen fame, are doing so until August 7th for their upcoming game Sacred World. Well at least that is the assumption that can be made based on a tweet sent out by the company and the teaser site sacred-world.com. Epic Mickey 2 Accidently Announced... Not Just For The Wii

Talk about an oops moment. Looks like Disney let slip, and then quickly removed, an announcement for Epic Mickey 2 in a recent newsletter sent out. While this isn't the first "rumor" that there was a sequel in the works, this is definitely more proof that the title is in the works for all of you out there who enjoyed Epic Mickey. 2112 Finally Coming To Rock Band

That's right ladies and gentlemen - Rush's twenty minute long epic "2112" is finally coming to Rock Band. The masterpiece will be available for download on December 31st. PS3 and XBox 360 users will have the option to either purchase and play each song separately or get the whole twenty minute "eargasm" as one song. Top 5 Items Pushed Into 2012

As 2011 comes to a close, it's easy to point out that once again the games industry has had an incredible year of releases. So many in fact, it would be simple to say that games pushed in to 2012 are okay because we already have so much to play. While I do not necessarily disagree with that statement, I think about the games already slated for next year that I want to play - i.e. BioShock Infinite, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Tomb Raider and XCOM - and I'm wondering when I will find the time to get into the things that were pushed back from 2011. Michael Bay Directed Need For Speed: The Run Commercial

I don't know how but I managed to stumble across a television commercial for a game series I forgot existed, the Need For Speed franchise. This one is about the latest one, Need For Speed: The Run. The commercial hit like one for a large Hollywood blockbuster. If it weren't for the CGI people you would have a hard time convincing me that this was for a video game. Mortal Kombat No Longer The Dream You Want

So this threw me for kind of a loop at Comic Con. The fourth, and possibly final, DLC character announced for Mortal Kombat is Freddy Krueger. Not the rumored Green Lantern or some other comic super hero but the master of nightmares. E3 2011 Impressions: Torchlight II

When I stumbled upon Torchlight during 2009’s E3, I knew I had found something special. Of all the games I came away wowed by during that show, Torchlight was definitely one that stood out in my mind after the buzz wore off. Mass Effect 3 Delayed

Did you hear that? The loud grown that just flooded the world as all of the Mass Effect fans just heard that Mass Effect 3 is going to be delayed until 2012. Yea, it sucks for the fans, but with how the game looks to be shaping up, I am completely sure that the wait will be well worth it. That is supposed to be the case when they push things back isn't it? Rainbow Farting Unicorn, Yea That Was Said...

A new video has been posted on YouTube celebrity Freddie Wong's page, featuring a very gaseous little unicorn. Although at first it seems to be a normal humorous YouTube video, the credits point us in another direction. The video starts off with Freddie surfing the internet and getting a pop-up add claiming he has won something. Being slightly more curious than normal, he clicks on the ad and suddenly there are screeches in and out of existence dropping off what sounds like a heavy package. Nintendo's New HD Console

According to some anonymous sources with knowledge of Nintendo's Project Cafe the new HD console will go for anywhere between $350 USD and $400 USD and could be launched as early as this October. Although speculations say it could be released as late as next year to allow more consoles, software and games to be prepared for launch. I say having the console release next year would be a wise decision. Having more units and games for a launch date is a smart choice. Read More...

Could We Be Seeing Modern Warfare 3 At GDC?

So we are either going to get a look at the next billion dollar game from Activision or one of the best pranks run on fans of the Modern Warfare franchise. A new site, findmakarov.com, has begun to be passed around the net. It doesn't feature anything stating Modern Warfare 3 on it but it does have a countdown with the franchise know font face. Not to mention the site name does link back to the "villain" of Modern Warfare 2. In all actuality, this is most likely a nice little tease for what Activision is going to show off at GDC. Torchlight To Light Up XBLA

It's official, Torchlight is coming to XBox Live Arcade and it's completely changing the way you play the Torchlight series. Runic Games announced it's popular RPG, Torchlight will be released with the upcoming House Party series on XBLA. Before we get into this further, there are currently no talks of putting the game on PSN. Torchlight II Teaser Causing Salivation

With the crazy amount of news coming out of Gamescom this year, even a little teaser trailer of the recently announced Torchlight 2 is generating plenty of buzz. Besides showing some outdoor environments, there really isn't a whole lot shown here, but the teaser did absolutely everything it needed to accomplish - raise the level of excitement and anticipation. Runic Games Announces Torchlight II

Today via Twitter, Runic Games announced the highly anticipated sequel to last year's hit action-RPG, Torchlight. While only a teaser website today, Torchlight II looks to bring everything that made the original successful, build upon it and enable co-op game play. New classes to play, new TorchEd modification editor and a new user interface are just a few of the features already listed for Torchlight II. Did I mention Co-Op multiplayer?
