by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of June 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Crytek USA Corp. has announced their debut title HUNT: Horrors Of The Gilded Age coming to PC and consoles It is really shaping up to be very few new IPs announced at E3 as HUNT: Horrors Of The Gilded Age joins the list and this time it is from Crytek. They are both developing and publishing this title as well. The idea behind HUNT: Horrors Of The Gilded Age is that you and your merry band of hunters in the 1800's are out to keep the world free of all of the myths and folklore hiding in the world. You know all the things that 'normies' don't see or want to see. Read More...

Batman: Arkham Knight Has Been Pushed Back But Look At The Batmobile
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Have a look at the new 'Battle Mode' for Batman: Arkham Knight's Batmobile and be sad that the game has been delayed until 2015 sometime Looks like we get to add Batman: Arkham Knight to the list of delayed games with something exclusive to show at E3 here next week. In this case it is the new "Battle Mode" for the Batmobile and all of the insanity that is packed inside of armored beast. Oh, and also there are a few new in-game shots for the game that shows off Batman's ride a bit more as well as Batman doing what he does best; kicking ass and chewing gum except Batman doesn't like gum… Or was it Batman doesn't like guns? I could have sworn that was the case but it looks like the new Batmobile has helped the Caped Crusader over that hatred and into love with them in Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

As Suspected… Mortal Kombat X Is Now Officially Announced
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The countdown is over and Mortal Kombat X has been officially announced with a trailer and a few bits on gameplay After weeks of teasing and many "leaks" it looks like we got what was "promised" as Mortal Kombat X has now been fully announced. It even has a nice pre-rendered trailer to go along with it. At least it is assumed to be pre-rendered but the fact that it looks to be using the Unreal Engine 4 as a base and planned for the PS4, XB1, and PC as well as the "last gen" consoles, it might not be out of the realm of possibilities for it to be real time footage. Doubtful, but possible. Read More...

Peek Behind The Shroud Of Murdered: Soul Suspect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary has been released for Murdered: Soul Suspect giving a bit of perspective on the dev's ideas Just in time to wrap up the PR train before launch, we have a new developer diary for Murdered: Soul Suspect. Part one of four if the YouTube descriptions are on par. This time around we still don't get much more that hasn't been discussed main times over in the past year. It could be that this is part one and the rest of the ideas that were used are still being saved until after launch but don't expect to hear anything that a basic web search could give you for Murdered: Soul Suspect. Don't fret though, while there isn't anything new in the way of behind the scenes for Murdered: Soul Suspect we do happen to have another 25 minute block of gameplay that picks up where the last bit left off. Have A Better Look At The Updated Family Life In Metro Redux
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A new set of screen shots for Metro Redux have been released showing off the amazing upgrades for Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light A little over a week ago we got details for Metro Redux with a nice trailer showing off Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light running at 60 FPS. As I am sure we will most likely be seeing some hands on time with the collection at E3 coming up here it is not too surprising that we are getting a few new screen shots from the upcoming re-releases. There is no telling if these are PC, XB1, or PS4 shots but they do look damned pretty. Have a look and maybe you can tell the scenes from which title that is included in Metro Redux. Read More...

Let's Get Teased For Quantum Break As There Is Nothing More Until Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Remedy Entertainment has given us a tease for Quantum Break with nothing more coming until Gamescom in August So everyone seems to be announcing everything just before E3 or, in the case of Quantum Break, telling us that there will be nothing new until a later date. In the case of Quantum Break that would happen to be Gamescom in August this year. Not too far off but for us State-side that means that most of us will have to be remote to see what Remedy has up their sleeves for us for the game. On the plus side we do have a bit of a tease for what will be shown off for Quantum Break in August. Read More...

The Next Hitman Title Won't Be At E3 But We Have Some Art None The Less
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Looks like the next Hitman will be absent from E3 but rest assured that the team is working hard to give us what we want I am really getting tired of all this good news and bad news stuff and it looks like the next Hitman title is another culprit here. The bad news here is that there is nothing new for the next title in the franchise to show off at E3 here in a few weeks. No new trailer. No new gameplay mechanics. Read More...

The Evil Within Has Been Delayed To The Month Of Horror
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
The Evil Within has been delayed until October 21st but we have some new things to look at and be frightful for. Well here is a bit of bad news and good news for The Evil Within. The bad news is that we are all going to have to wait another two extra months to get our hands on this fright filled game from Bethesda and Tango Gameworks. I have been so looking forward to this title since I first hand my mind broken by the gameplay footage that has been shown. Now the wait is going to be a bit longer to make sure that The Evil Within is completely polished and ready for our gamer minds to devour. Read More...

This Is Supposedly Everything You Need To Know For Murdered: Soul Suspect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
There is a new 101 trailer for Murdered: Soul Suspect to get us all up to speed for the game's launch. Just as Destiny did earlier this week, we have a new 101 trailer for Murdered: Soul Suspect to show us all everything we need to know before we delve into the world of Salem and Ronan's story. Unlike the prior though, this 'everything we need to know' style trailer is probably a bit more spot on as we are under two weeks from launch for Murdered: Soul Suspect. We also haven't been given as much as we have been here either so there is also that great surprise of things. I'll let you enjoy the Murdered: Soul Suspect 101 trailer before moving on with my oh-so-fun commentary that you are really here for. Read More...

Four New Characters Have Been Revealed For Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
There are now four new characters for Evolve but the same four classes. Just in case you thought the first set of hunters for Evolve were boring, Turtle Rock has brought us four new characters for the game. One for each class with their own new personalities and different abilities, skills, and weapons in the game. I'll be honest here too; each of these new characters seems a lot cooler than the basic four that came with the original announcement for Evolve. Here is a quick rundown for the four new characters. Metro Redux Is Now Completely Announced With All The Perks
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Metro Redux, as well as HD versions of 2033 and Last Light, have been 100% announced with all of their details. Late in March this year there were rumors abound about Metro Redux coming to the next gen consoles. This would be a HD version of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light all together for the PS4, XB1, and PC. It was so well rumored that Deep Silver and 4A Games even released a statement about the 'leaked' information stating that there is way more to it all than was being talked about. As of right now, we have all those details and they are just as amazing as we were told they would be. Read More...

Here Are Some More Haunting Screens For Murdered: Soul Suspect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
New screen shots have been released for Murdered: Soul Suspect via the game's social media handles. Here they are so you don't have to hunt for them. We are only a few weeks away from the release of Murdered: Soul Suspect now. It is a little unnerving that we have yet to get a good chunk of any gameplay that doesn't resolve around the opening of the game. I'll assume that is just to help keep the mystery of the story a bit more but it would be nice to see what happens as Ronan learns to be more like a ghost. Or at least a clay spinning scene randomly thrown in just to pay homage and such. Read More...
