Final Fall Drives Us All Mad With A Bit More Of The Graphic Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of May 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Final Fall New gameplay for Final Fall is out there as Final Fall aims to further tell a tale of schizophrenia in the world When we bring up that a video game is touching on some kind of madness, usually that has to deal with something Lovecraftian, but for Final Fall that is not the case. It is going to be dealing with some of that, but more in the actual mental health aspect of things if it is all done well on the PC. Given that we are heading into the month of that kind of awareness out there, it feels about right to jump into some gameplay for Final Fall and see how it is all going down. Although, as a bit of a heads up, this is going to be a title and gameplay that dives into some dark and triggering imagery. Read More...

Starship Troopers: Terran Command Blends Its Music Deeper Into The Fight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of December 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Starship Troopers Have a better feel for Starship Troopers: Terran Command with a bit of new technology to make our Starship Troopers feel a bit more badass Work is still flowing out there for Starship Troopers: Terran Command, even if it feels like it has been a good clip since we had something solid for the game. That is always a mixed bag, as it does indicate that The Artistocrats and Slitherine are hard at work on the game over cutting fun little promos to remind us the game is still coming. It just also means that unless you are paying close attention to all things Starship Troopers, you might forget it is heading to the PC soon. Read More...

Starship Troopers: Terran Command Announced, Would You Like To Know More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of December 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Starship Troopers A new RTS title set in the Starship Troopers universe is coming as we have the announcement for Starship Troopers: Terran Command Here we go with a game that should have been made years ago, as Starship Troopers: Terran Command is announced and heading to us on our PC sometime in 2020. Most of you might not even know what the franchise is as it has not really been in the mainstream since the 90s but that has not stopped Slitherine from tapping The Artistocrats from putting their RTS skills to work. Not that we have not seen games in the same vein of Starship Troopers since then, but now we have one that is specifically placed in the franchise and building off the story and events of the first film. Where Is The Teamwork When You Need It?
by Kenton Winkfield [ Tuesday, 19th of March 2013 - 06:59 PM ]
In a world full of Halos and Call of Dutys where players can be a one man army and carry their entire team to victory, how is it games like Army of Two, Medal of Honor: Warfighter, or even Battlefield manage to have such a large player base? The amount of people who group together isn't as large as it would seem. People, like me, don't have friends to play these games with because our friends either don't buy the game or trade it in shortly after it's released. So now I run into team based games alone and I'm forced to group up with people who either don't have a microphone or sit in a party with their friends who are playing different games. Read More...

A Date With Capcom At CES
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of January 2011 - 05:20 PM ]
CES is generally not known for the game developers rocking out their new products and IPs. That is what E3 is for and we all know that. Capcom likes to break the mold and show up in force every year just to spread a bit more of the word on all of their upcoming titles. In this case, the titles were Marvel vs. Capcom 3, MotoGP 10/11, Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and Okamiden - all of which I was able to put hands on. Let the impressions begin! Read More...
