by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Chaos On Wheels An Early Access for Chaos On Wheels is on the way this October for those looking to give Chaos On Wheels a try It feels like vehicle combat is going to be all the rage this year with the announcement that Chaos On Wheels is on the way to an Early Access state this October. Maybe you have heard of this title and maybe you have not, but this is the next title that Acodeon Gaming is bringing to the PC that will mount some guns to some cars and let us go to town shooting each other. Now, on October 19th at least, many out there will be able to see just what Chaos On Wheels has to offer up to the genre and if it will be more than just a shot at a style of game that we all loved and has had a very small resurgence lately. If you know, you know… In Chaos On Wheels, we are going to be driving around various wastes as we drive, drift, and jump into some amazing stunts while also pumping off a few rounds into the various other drivers out there. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of January 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
Project Haven More gameplay for Project Haven is here and this one takes us along for a nice walkthrough of how Project Haven will play We have even more gameplay to take in for Project Haven after the short little wait and this new bit has Code Three Fifty One walking us through some of the mechanics out there. Not just something that we had before when the project first hopped onto the scene, but a little more in the way of how things could function when it launches on the PC later this year. Project Haven is starting to look to be a bit more than just another squad tactics title that we have had a little bit of a handle on before. Read More...

Join A New Squad In The Streets Of The Upcoming Project Haven
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of December 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Project Haven The developers of Project Haven are here to show us more of the gameplay we can expect in Project Haven at launch It is time to get more of our squad tactical gaming on with a new and huge showing for Project Haven out here. This would the PC title that Code Three Fifty One has been working on to take us into some of the darkness left on Earth in 2022. Not that we can expect any of that with how humanity is, but something that Project Haven is picking up on given the way humanity generally is. All in the form of a new title that will have our crew out there surviving and bringing down many of the terrible humans in the one to four player title here. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/9/18 — 7/13/18
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of July 2018 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games in the books now. As usual, there was a lot to look at and take in, but a rather slow week in general. Granted, we did have the big news for Darksiders III here with a load of new gameplay and one of the coolest collector's editions I have seen for many video games in a while. We also had a nice look at the upcoming Spyro trilogy that is on its way as well as some updates for Far Cry 5 and the delay of Code Vein again. Maybe we should not have ended on that note. Code Vein Has Been Pushed Back Until 2019 Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of July 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Code Vein The release date for Code Vein has been pushed out until 2019 now after feedback from fans and media during the displaying of Code Vein at events Here we go with an odd turn for Code Vein as it looks like that September 28th release date will no longer be the case here. After waiting so long to give a release date and showing the game off at multiple events so far, Bandai Namco is now pushing the game out to a 2019 release date. What date in 2019? That is still to be figured out as it now only has a release year and no more solid date. Read More...

Code Vein Has Some New Gameplay Out Of This Year's Anime Expo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Code Vein If you wanted more gameplay for Code Vein, then you'll be happy to know that Code Vein just received a bit more fresh from this year's Anime Expo Not long ago we had the announcement of Code Vein to be heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2018. It flew under a whole lot of radars out there, including ours, but now that the Anime Expo has kicked off and just about to wrap for this year, it looks like Bandai Namco took the opportunity to show off a bit more gameplay for the game out there. It makes sense as Code Vein is being labeled an Anime version of a Dark Souls title. The gameplay sure highlights that as well as the basic art and story that has already been seen since the first announcement. Read More...

Try To Stay Safe And Dry As Narcosis Set In Here Real Soon
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 20th of March 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Narcosis A new trailer for Narcosis has released for all to look at as we wait for Narcosis to launch on its many platforms in a little over a week It's been one long trip but it looks like we are almost there as Narcosis finally launches on March 28th here. What once started as a student project has budded up into the debut of Honor Code's first title for the Xbox One, PC, and Oculus. Not too shabby at all and that is apparently not all of the platforms for Narcosis as it is still listed as coming to "other platforms" but by now a good portion of us all know how that can be. It can be rough to get things through verification for those who don't know. Read More...

We were able to sit down and dig into the game a bit and now we are ready to give out thoughts. Read More...

If you need a recap on all the franchise worlds Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will be beginning together again then you need to see these new trailers for the game(s) Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is out next week here just in case you have forgotten. Yes it is yet another HD remaster in the wave of all of the others but in this case it is a great mixture of many titles and worlds that gamers and Disney fans have grown to love over the years. This was of course the case when all of the titles in the mix first came out but Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is looking to rekindle that love as well as reach a new audience who may have missed out on the titles due to platform restrictions and/or age gap in their gaming career. Here's Your First Taste Of Narcosis
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
New screenshots and video for Narcosis have been released giving us all a taste of what the game is all about Before we dig into the new visuals for Narcosis let's break down what the game is all about…like the Hokey Pokey. Narcosis is a "survival story set in the hostile depths of the Pacific Ocean." Pretty much you take the role of an industrial diver who is stranded in the depths of the ocean after some kind of accident and you need to get to the surface before your oxygen – and sanity – give out. That was lifted right from the Narcosis site though and not me paraphrasing or (un)sensationalizing the copy at all. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Square Enix has revealed the contents of the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX collector's edition and it has quite a few amazing items It has just been revealed that there is going to be an exclusive Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX collector's edition as well as what we can expect to see when the collection of Kingdom Hearts games hits the PS3 here on December 2nd. I'll be honest when I am looking at the full list and the accompanying trailer for this collector's edition I am kind of a bit shocked that the whole thing is only selling for $99.99 USD. Maybe that isn't enough for us all to know what happened before the portion of the story we are getting in Kingdom Hearts HD 2. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of July 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A new video for Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX has been released and shows off the differences between the SD and new HD versions of all the games Sometimes it takes nice little videos like the following Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX one to show how far we have advanced in the gaming world over the years. It's been only nine years since Kingdom Hearts II was released and I remember losing my brain when I saw how spectacular those looked back then. Now we get to see all of the hard work that has been put into upgrading the second wave of titles for the new collection from Disney and Square Enix. The video will show a considerable upgrade to all of the titles in the mix for Kingdom Hearts 2. Read More...
