The release date for Starship Troopers: Terran Command is now a few more months out for fans wanting more Starship Troopers in life
The wait is going to continue for everyone looking forward to Starship Troopers: Terran Command to hit the PC. Originally, the game was slated to hit us all on March 31st, but it looks as if The Artistocrats and Slitherine will need a bit more time to make sure the game is ready for us. Thankfully, as dictated by the teams, this will also be the final date for Starship Troopers: Terran Command so we should not expect any more delays for it. That date is now set down as June 16th for us all now, so we just need to wait a few more months for it all. I know I am grateful that we are not looking at another year or so instead.
With all of that said, the reason for Starship Troopers: Terran Command getting shifted out by a few months is about as you would expect. The team is just trying to polish up the game a bit more to make sure it is offering us all the experience we want with as few bugs in the mix as well. Well, bugs in terms of the programming and not the bugs that we will be killing off with our Starship Troopers out there. It would be insanely weird if they removed all of those out. For now it is just to make sure that we are not hit with the release and then have to wait to download a lot of hotfixes and patches to be able to enjoy the game to its fullest.

Important - Starship Troopers: Terran Command Will Be Released On June 16
Today we are making an important announcement related to the release date: Starship Troopers: Terran Command won't be releasing on March 31st as previously announced.
The new and definitive launch date will be June 16 2022.
We know many will find this announcement disappointing and we apologize. We truly feel that a few extra months of further polish and bug fixing will make a significant difference.
We intend to deliver a finished and polished game, and it is very important for us that you are able to fully enjoy the game from day 1, without any issue spoiling your fun or without having to wait for future patches or hotfixes.
The game is now content complete and all remaining development time will be entirely focused on refining what already exists. We can't wait to reveal more, and we plan to show you a lot in the months leading up to the launch in June.
Did you have your heart set on playing with the Starship Troopers again by the end of the month or will you be okay with the extended wait now? Do you expect that we will not see a day-one patch drop for the title when it comes or will that still be the case now that it is set in stone? Would it be weird if they did remove all of the bugs in the game, including the ones we are supposed to be killing off?
