A new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows has been released to show off the main goblin doing what he does best Last month we were able to re-watch the E3 gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows and it looks to be the perfect Thief-like game to me. Now we have a nice little extra look at a bit of gameplay and a bit more on the story that will be taking place during the game. It isn't all that much more but it is something for what I am seeing as a sleeper hit coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this upcoming September. The release trailer and dates for the fourth episode of The Walking Dead's second season have been announced As I stated yesterday, we now have the trailer and release dates for the next episode for The Walking Dead from Telltale. Also as I speculated all of these dates are next week scattered about based on the platform or region of the planet you live in. This means that all of you playing via Steam or on your PS3s in the NA region can look forward to downloading the new episode on July 22nd. A few new screenshots have been released for The Walking Dead and it shows some rather dire scenes We have a few new screenshots for the next episode of The Walking Dead and it looks like there are going to be a few more deaths to affect us all. That is at least if we take that away from one of these new screenshots here. In this specific instance it looks like Kenny may be back on the market in the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead. A new gameplay trailer for There Came An Echo shows off the voice commands in the War Room mode of the game Who needs the Kinect or the PS Camera when you can control every aspect of a game with your voice like in There Came An Echo? Yes, this feature has been in many other titles in the past and it has been met with great criticism and hatred but why not try it again? It was talked about for There Came An Echo before but we have yet to see anything in the way of actual voice command working for the game. The film adaptation for Heavenly Sword will be released on September 2nd for all to enjoy Back in February we had our last look at the CGI film version of Heavenly Sword. Today we are greeted with a new trailer that explains a bit more of the story for those of you who have yet to play the game. For those of you who have played the game though you can also enjoy seeing how they are making changes to make watching it just as fun as playing Heavenly Sword when it first released. Tomb Raider: The Ten Thousand Immortals the prequel novel to Rise Of The Tomb Raider and sequel to the Tomb Raider reboot has been announced If you had a lot of burning question at the end of the Tomb Raider reboot and what led to the events in the trailer for Rise Of The Tomb Raider then you may be in luck. DK Publishing has announced that there will be a new novel that bridges between both games called Tomb Raider: The Ten Thousand Immortals. It is slated to come out this October so that will help all of us huge fans pass the time between the games as I am sure we are still a way off from the next game version of the franchise. The trailer for The Wolf Among Us' season finale has been released with the dates for us to bring the story to its conclusion Here we go with the ending of the first season of The Wolf Among Us. We have a new trailer for the episode and this time there is no waiting for the release dates as it looks like Telltale just figured that they should release everything all at the same time unlike the many times before. It does seem a bit odd that this episode is coming out before the next episode for The Walking Dead but at least we can see what happens in Fabletown now that 'war' has been declared by the better characters against the weaker. The Walking Dead Escape is coming back to San Diego Comic Con for a third year and is allowing us gamers to try to survive a zombie apocalypse game in real life If there has been one thing that has caught my love over the last few years at San Diego Comic Con it has to be The Walking Dead Escape. If you haven't seen or heard of it or seen it you can see my 2013 run and my 2012 run or you can just look around online as the event is still touring around the country giving all of us gamers a chance to test our mettle in a real live zombie apocalypse of sorts. If you are just one of those lazy people here I'll recap what the event is all about. In a nut shell they people who put on the event take over an arena, mall, or large building structure and do it and its surroundings up as if it was a location from The Walking Dead show or comic. HEXO+, a Kickstarted camera accessory, has been funded and it looks like it is making that Razer April Fools' joke happen If you remember back in April, Razer made a joke about a drone that would film all of your life events and even make you feel like you were in a video game. That was the joke but it looks like with the HEXO+ Kickstarter almost reaching its last stretch goal with 15 days to go, we are getting just that device. While the HEXO+ wasn't originally designed for that purpose the first two stretch goals would allow for just that; a live video playback on your phone and the ability to set up specific angles. With the E3 demo for Styx: Master Of Shadows being released we can see how it can be a better Thief game than Thief turned out to be Here we go with Styx: Master Of Shadows, yet another little gem I missed out on at E3 due to time constraints. Luckily, like many other titles, the demos and gameplay didn't stay at the convention for long and now we get a nice 14 minute look at the gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows. This title has only recently made it onto my Gamedar and that makes me a little sad. Just by watching this gameplay demo alone would have been enough before to get my interest going but I am only one being and my attentions are already drawn all over. Read More...
