Mortal Kombat Has A New Challenge For You

Man we should have seen this coming. The "Test Your Might" mini-games of Mortal Kombat fame are coming with the new games launch. Only this time they are way more detailed and quite a few more than I remember. Like almost 299 more challenges than I remember from previous versions of the franchise I have played. I clearly remember only the block breaking challenges of the old arcade versions so please excuse if I don't know of any others. Modern Warfare 3 May Have Been A Hoax, But Battlefield 3 Is Not

Could We Be Seeing Modern Warfare 3 At GDC?

So we are either going to get a look at the next billion dollar game from Activision or one of the best pranks run on fans of the Modern Warfare franchise. A new site, findmakarov.com, has begun to be passed around the net. It doesn't feature anything stating Modern Warfare 3 on it but it does have a countdown with the franchise know font face. This new trailer shows off some extremely beautiful landscapes of destruction as well as some promising action scenes. All set to the tune of an original song titled “Burning Jacob’s Ladder” by singer Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees, Queens of the Stone Age, Gutter Twins). So No Co-Op In Batman: Arkham City

Well we can put the rumors the Batman: Arkham City co-op video that found its way to the internet started. In a recent interview Sefton Hill from of Rocksteady Studios gave there will be no co-op play in Arkham City. It will be a single player game only. This kind of makes me extremely happy. Especially with the reasons being that they didn't want to take anyone from the team off the work on single player to deliver a rushed co-op mode. Green Lantern Hunts Down Those Pesky Manhunters

So just like the Transformers Game, Green Lantern is getting the same treatment with a video game tie-in. A game nicely titled Green Lantern: Green Lantern: Rise Of The Manhunters and looks to be as tied to the film in every way but overall story. At least the below trailer would lead me to believe that it takes place somewhere mid-way or after the story the upcoming film will have. Here check it out.
