I will say that I am a bit curious by the fact that she has an RPG as an attack in the game given all of the other things they could have used. I mean, this is more of a Harley Quinn type of thing and not really Cat Woman's. Maybe I am missing something here or maybe it is a way to make her able to stand up to the godlike characters already in the game. She is kind of a mortal amongst gods in a way.
