Westworld A new mobile game based on the fun of Westworld will be hitting our devices soon so we can try to build a better Westworld than in the show I knew it was only a matter of time before we had a video game based on the recent version of Westworld. While it may not be exactly what I was hoping for out of Behaviour and Warner Bros., it is a game and it will take us deeper into the franchise's world and lore from the comfort of our phones or tablets. Crazy Machines A new VR title is coming with Crazy Machines VR, as it will have us building Crazy Machines to solve physics puzzles in virtual space If you are looking for a bit more on the lighter side of gaming and a weird new title for your VR fun, then we now have Crazy Machines VR on its way to us. It is a new puzzle game from FAKT Software that uses the fun of Rube Goldberg machines to solve said puzzles and all in the virtual space for the PS VR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. Tomb Raider Just in time for the new Tomb Raider film to hit theaters, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and coming this year for all platforms It looks like we can put most of the rumors to rest as Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and let loose on the world. At least in the most teaser of ways as Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix are still holding off on the full reveal of the game until April 27th. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Time to put another week of video games in the bag and look back at what happened this week. It was a pretty big one for a few franchises out there as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and The Division 2 where given the announcements and the hype for Far Cry 5 is hitting some heights. Call Of Duty It has been officially announced that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is coming and it also looks like it will ‘revolutionize’ the Call Of Duty franchise We all knew it was coming and now we have official word that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is going to be this year's installment into the franchise. Given that Treyarch gave us the last one three years ago and that is how Activision seems to cycle the developers on the franchise, it makes perfect sense that we are heading back into the Black Ops world. The interesting part of this announcement though is the fact that we will be getting this year's Call Of Duty title a bit earlier than normal as it is already locked in for an October 12th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Far Cry 5 The Season Pass content for Far Cry 5 has been further detailed and it looks like there is even more for Far Cry 5 post-launch with Far Cry Arcade If you have been hovering on that pre-order for Far Cry 5 based on what you could be getting in the Season Pass and post-launch content, then it is time to take note and get ready to choose. We now have further details on all of it from Ubisoft to help you figure out if you just want to the core experience, that and all of the extra DLC, or all of it with the free add-ons to come and keep you playing the game. I guess you could add that into the core aspect of Far Cry 5 as there will be a lot of free post-launch content, but there are gamers out there who will put the game down after they make it through the core version and then never pick it back up. Life Is Strange The Farewell episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is here and gives us another look at this game and how things were before Life Is Strange proper Today marks the day that Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's "bonus" episode is here and ready for digestion on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
