In a dispute which has been raging on for the past couple of days, Activision Blizzard Inc. was ordered by a California court to turn over it's game code and custom turntables for it's new DJ game "DJ hero" back to Genius Studios. Genius Studios was working on a game known only as Scratch: the Ultimate DJ, and was working with California 7 studios to finish the product. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 For some reason Marvel would rather slowly tease us all with a slow release of playable characters for the next ultimate alliance game. Very slowly it would seem. Almost one a month from the count that I have seen. At least outside of the original outburst of characters that were assumed to carry over from the first game. “The Quest Continues in Fall 2009…” This was the phrase that teased a coming sequel following the end of Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty. Today we know exactly what those words mean. Okay so maybe we don’t know exactly, but at least there’s a title. Insomniac Games unveiled the logo for their upcoming R&C title Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time. Though there aren’t any details at this time, I’d say it’s safe to assume we’ll see A Crack in Time tie in with the previous two R&C games. Well it seems Utah is not as conservative after all. Utah Governor Jon Huntsman (r) has vetoes video games and movie retail restriction bill. Telltale Games has a formula for success and this time they have added a British compound to their already stellar lineup of point-and-click, episodic games (Sam&Max, Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People).  Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Adventures begins its four episode run today with “Fright of the Bumblebees.”  Wallace and Gromit are the main characters of a British animated series developed by Nick Price of Aardman Animations.  Using stop-motion clay animation, the series depicts Wallace, an absent-minded inventor, and his silent, faithful companion Gromit. For American Xbox 360 owners, and European PS3 owners, June 30th is going to bring a gem to the arcade scene of Live and PSN. It's OutRun Online, an online speed-fest based on OutRun 2006, with 15 courses, and support of online head-to-head play for six players. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou1fJ6CoRcIOutRun has long since been a favorite of mine and I would say it, arguably, influenced many other games in the genre with its approach to racing.             A little over a year ago, Midway and Epic Games released the highly anticipated Unreal Tournament III. The game, which was awesome to begin with, was made even better by the release of a free map pack. Now, even with the financial problems Midway is suffering from, another free downloadable pack is coming to the PC and PS3 versions of the game. The really exciting thing is just in the huge amount of content that’s available. Every now and again, I'll look for a title that may have fallen through the cracks or that I know is new to some and familiar to others. More often than not it'll be a title that either caused my head to implode or really seemed to fall below the radar.Noby Noby Boy is a little title for the PS3 by Keita Takahashi, the creator of the Katamari Damacy series.
