A new bit of gameplay for Midnight Ghost Hunt is here to entice us to join in on the Midnight Ghost Hunt Alpha test in July Last year at E3 there was an interesting title that caught many eyes in the way of Midnight Ghost Hunt. That would be the title there before you think this is not about what Vaulted Sky Games is working on. It caught my eye and the many others out there that have been looking to get some fun ghost hunting and haunting on through a multiplayer game. Those who have been keeping a solid eye on Midnight Ghost Hunt know that they have been running alpha tests ever since the first announcement to make sure the game keeps the same level of fun the trailer offered up in the first place. Gameplay for Evil Genius 2: World Domination is finally here so we can see the steps we will take to become the ultimate Evil Genius If you have been waiting for some solid gameplay for Evil Genius 2: World Domination, then you have come to the correct place now. Just about a year after the last time we had something like this to offer up, Rebellion has brought us all a solid look at the gameplay we can expect on the PC when it finally drops. Not only the gameplay but also the various steps we will have to go through to become the true Evil Genius that the game will aim us toward. It is right there in the title, so there should not be a huge surprise that is going to be the thing. Read More...

New gameplay for Metamorphosis is here to gaze upon with a nice new demo for Metamorphosis out there if you want to get your hands on the game Not too long ago, we had a nice little announcement for Metamorphosis as it poised to release for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC this year. Ovid Works went to work building more of the game with an idea of showing it to us all for E3, and we all know how that all turned out. At least for the most part. Read More...

Project Athia has been teased out there for us with little but speculation to go on for what Project Athia will ultimately become Here we go with another tease for a video game with little to go on with Project Athia getting the showing during the big PS5 reveal. It is a game that is coming to the PS5 and PC from Luminous Productions, so it is fitting to do so there. It is just a bit of a bummer that all we have is a teaser for it all with only a little to go on. To that effect, Project Athia is only a working title and nothing to be set in stone. Read More...

The collector’s edition for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is now revealed with a look at another classic character coming back in for Bloodlines 2 If you are like me, then you have been waiting to find out if there is going to be a collector's edition for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 when it launches for us. If you are clever, then you know that is what we are all here for given the headline and everything above. That is nice and all, but none of that goes into the details for this collector's edition and just what it looks like Hardsuit Labs is going to have in it. Read More...

Star Wars: Squadrons is revealed to be the next big title in the Star Wars line of games and aims to bring us some sweet space dogfighting action Here we go with the official announcement for Star Wars: Squadrons. This would be the next title in the franchise that EA and Motive Studios is pumping out there for us that has just been announced. Before you start groaning that we have another Star Wars to have to buy, this one might be giving fans of the franchise just what they have been looking for. That being the 5v5 space dogfighting action that we get to see in the films and have had a long gap in time since the last time we had it. Read More...

The next title in the Horizon Zero Dawn line is announced with Horizon Forbidden West taking us further west than we have been before Another of the big and exciting announcements for the PS5 here has to be Horizon Forbidden West that we are getting next year. It feels almost like a given for this one given how popular the first title and expansion were and it makes sense to push it forward for the next-gen system here. Guerrilla Games would have been missing a shot here in my opinion if they did not go that way. All of which is something we do not have to discuss as Horizon Forbidden West has been announced and looks to bring Aloy back into our lives. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We are finally getting back into some kind of form with all of these new announcements we had for all the video games out there. Hells, not even just the game but we had our first look at the PS5 just days ago and now can see what to expect. Even if there is no price point currently. Something that will matter at some point given all of the video games announced just for it. Read More...

The next big Spider-Man story for the video game universe is now set down with the announcement of Spider-Man: Miles Morales for the PS5 It felt like it was almost a given that we were going to see this on the PS5, but it is official that Spider-Man: Miles Morales is on its way to the console around the same time as launch. Well, that and it is officially announced from Insomniac Games to be another expansion for the PS4 title in the same universe. So, do not think we have a sequel on our hands but more of an expansion to it all with the focus on the Miles Morales Spider-Man and not the core one we knew from that game. Read More...

The next title in the Resident Evil franchise has been announced and the ever-rumored Resident Evil Village is going to be that title We can finally put most of those rumors to bed, as Resident Evil Village is officially announced and heading to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2021. This would be the eighth full title, even if the numbering is a bit obfuscated, to come to the franchise from Capcom and now we can see what part of those rumors were true or false. Having been able to play a very early slice of Resident Evil Village a while back, I am glad to see what has made it into the game and what might have been left on the floor. Read More...

The PlayStation 5 hardware is now out there to give us a taste of what the future might be with two different PlayStation 5 options Here we go with the official reveal for the PS5 after a nice long event that Sony just held for it all. The one thing that everyone has been waiting for, outside of the price, we now have and it looks like some of those PlayStation 5 rumors and images were kind of correct. As you can see, the PS5 is going to be going with the white color scheme and using a lot more contours to it all. All of which is something that gamers have been loving or hating given how human nature is. Read More...

Only about two years after Owlcat Games and Deep Silver brought it to the PC. A new rhythm-shooter, Metal: Hellsinger, is announced with Hellsinger mixing up the FPS and Rhythm genre to keep the blood pounding in our ears It is not like it has not been done before, but the rhythm genre and the FPS genre do not always seem like a go-to when thinking about a game, but here we are with the announcement for Metal: Hellsinger. This would be the next attempt at this style of game from The Outsiders and Funcom slated to hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC sometime next year. As the name kind of describes, Metal: Hellsinger is going to focus more on the heavy metal side of the music as we run ourselves through a hellish landscape slaying demons and devils to the beat of some amazing guitar licks and brutal screams.
