Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical Is Kicking Things Off Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Stray Gods The Stray Gods are now out there with the launch of Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical on all of the platforms Talk about a title that caught my eye back when Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical was first announced. It blends so many aspects of video games out there that I have grown to love on top of all of the Greek religion in the mix. This is why I am glad to see that Summerfall Studios has finally made it to the point to release the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. All so many more out there can experience the musical and choose-your-own-adventure gaming that Stray Gods should be bringing us all. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 1 Has Us Embrace The Chaos With New Characters
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Three more fighters are here for Mortal Kombat 1 and we get one more Mortal Kombat deep cut for another Kameo fighter The fighters are coming out in droves for Mortal Kombat 1 with three more banished into the realm and one more showing up as the next hot Kameo spot. Most of them also some deep dives into the games from NetherRealm Studios that some fans might see these as new characters if they do not have their lore all the way up to date. There have been a massive amount of characters in the run for Mortal Kombat, so that makes sense. Now, though, we get to see as Reptile is back, along with Ashrah, Havik, and Sareena. Read More...

Dust & Neon Will Be Blasting Onto A Few More Platforms Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Dust & Neon More platform releases for Dust & Neon have been announced to round out all of the main platforms Dust & Neon will hit Those trigger fingers should still be ready here for Dust & Neon, as the game is coming to even more platforms out there. It may have felt like this was one of those titles that Rogue Games would have hit all the platforms right out of the gate, but only hit the various PC stores and the Switch. Now, at least on August 17th, those looking to have fun with Dust & Neon on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will have that chance. That is when the game is set to come out blasting on the other platforms in full form and with a few more things that we might not have known were on the way already. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
PAYDAY New gameplay for PAYDAY 3 is here to make sure we know we are getting the same PAYDAY fun in a new bank setting The gameplay keeps on flowing out there for PAYDAY 3 to get us all hyped up for the September 21st release date for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. They are little chunks at a time but it is still showing us what Starbreeze Studios has been putting together for a while now. All with the latest giving us more of the base PAYDAY gameplay but in the Secure Capital Bank in the middle of New York City. The fictional version of it all made for the game and not something that we should think is based on any real bank out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Baldur’s Gate The PC launch for Baldur’s Gate 3 is here to get our various parties back out there in the mix of Baldur’s Gate As if you all needed the reminder that Baldur’s Gate 3 was launching on the PC today out there. Here we go, though, just in case you did not have it marked down and were ready to use that "excuse from work/school" that Larian Studios offered out there. The game is out there on the PC in full form after so many years of development and in the Early Access form of this. Download and get a jump on the fun of Baldur’s Gate 3 now while the PS5 gamers have to wait a whole month longer to see if it will make the leap over to the platform well. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 1 Gets Some Time Back Into Its Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of July 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat One more Mortal Kombat character is back in the mix for Mortal Kombat 1 with Geras getting a debut Just when we thought we were going to have a lull for Mortal Kombat 1, a new fighter comes onto the scene with a smashing new trailer to behold. A new fighter for this entry but one that NetherRealm Studios has already given to us before. Here we go with Geras coming back from Mortal Kombat 11 to show more of what he is made of as well as make sure Lui Kang is keeping the peace as was dictated in some off-screen conversation. That is the long and short of what we have in the story here for this before the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC on September 19th. Read More...

Gori: Cuddly Carnage Gives Us More For The Cat ‘N’ Slash Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of July 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Gori Gori is back to show off a bit more for the upcoming Gori: Cuddly Carnage that will be leaping from some comic panels The carnage is building and building more for Gori: Cuddly Carnage with a new bit to take in for the game. A new bit that shows off how Angry Demon Studio will be embracing some comic book storytelling style for the game. Not to mention a solid way to transition from some fun looks at how Gori will be hacking and slashing through this new and weird world. That is going to be what sells this title more, given how the internet usually goes about it all. Read More...

Orin Will Be Out There Terrifying Us All In Baldur’s Gate 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of July 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Baldur’s Gate Head behind the scenes again for Baldur’s Gate 3 as we see how the third villain of Baldur’s Gate 3 came to life With the evils and launch of Baldur’s Gate 3 almost upon us, at least for the PC version of the game, it would be nice to get one more look at another of the main villains we will have to contend with in the game. This is also the thought from Larian Studios with one more behind-the-scenes video for us to look at just before August 3rd for the PC launch and well before the September 6th PS5 launch. All of which is to highlight Orin the Red as performed by Maggie Robertson. Read More...

Immortals Of Aveum Gets Very Cinematic Out At SDCC This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of July 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Immortals See more of the Immortals showing off their acting chops in the latest from Immortals Of Aveum out of SDCC 2023 Hollywood may have been more or less non-present at SDCC this year, but it looks as if Immortals Of Aveum had to step up and give us something cinematic to look at. That is a poor attempt to slide right into the new bits of the game that Ascendant Studios brought to the world out there during the event. They needed something to get us all excited for the August 22nd release of Immortals Of Aveum on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Not only that but also to let some of the actors that have shown off some of their chops in the video game format. Read More...

More Characters Are In Our Blood Out Of SDCC For Mortal Kombat 1
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of July 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat More characters for Mortal Kombat 1 have been announced out of SDCC along with more guest characters coming in for Mortal Kombat 1 In general, SDCC does not feel like the place where new information for Mortal Kombat 1 would have been dropped out there, but gods did we have a massive drop of information out there this year. Quite a bit of stuff that feels like NetherRealm Studios would have given us if the more traditional video game conventions would have been happening, but had to wait until they could pack a room with fans. Not only that, but to make sure we were all excited for that September 19th release of Mortal Kombat 1 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...

Get Your Art Heist On With The Latest Gameplay For PAYDAY 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of July 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
PAYDAY Stealth gameplay is here for PAYDAY 3 with a look at how it will play out in this upcoming PAYDAY title The gameplay keeps flowing out there for PAYDAY 3 with the latest showing off how the stealth will work in the game. Not that the game is usually known for going all-in on the stealth, from my experience, but it is something that Starbreeze Studios is working on for the game. This is why we are looking at it now before playing it all live on September 21st on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It would be a little odd to hop into the PAYDAY 3 lobby and not know we would be going about things in this way. Read More...

KIBORG Is Punching Its Way To Us With Some New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of July 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
KIBORG New gameplay for KIBORG is here to help us all with the announcement that KIBORG is coming for us You have to love it when fun little titles fly under the radar only for us to catch them with gameplay, just as we have here for KIBORG. This would be the next big title from Sobaka Studio that will be coming to market at some point that will have us in the role of a massive, shapeshifting, machine. At least, that is what we can tell based on the little bit we have to go on for KIBORG so far. Thankfully, that all comes from some gameplay and a basic description so we know it has to be close on the money for what we should experience at the end of the day. Read More...

Stray Souls Is Bringing In Some Big Guns With Akira Yamaoka
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of July 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Stray Souls We have a release window for Stray Souls now along with the announcement that Akira Yamaoka will help score Stray Souls Two new announcements are here for Stray Souls fresh out of the ID@Xbox showcase. One of them is about what we would be expecting from the game and the other is a fun little thing that is going on with Jukai Studio and a legend in the industry. Well, a legend that some out there might know when it comes to composing music and scoring in our video games. We will start with the first, though, as it looks like Versus Evil is ready to let us all know that Stray Souls will be hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this Fall. Read More...

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle Is Sneaking A Peek Out To Some Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of July 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Daymare A demo for Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is on the way to some gamers so they can see how Daymare has shaped up We like to bring you as much gameplay as possible when it comes to titles and we have been doing that here for Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle for a while now. Gameplay videos are fun and all, but they never truly give you the feeling of how the game will handle when it is in your hands. I am guessing that Invader Studios is feeling the same with the impending full release of Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle on August 30th for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That is most likely why that during the Xbox Summer Game Fest (there are too many of these "fests") we are going to be able to give the game a play for ourselves. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of July 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Horror Stories Horror Stories are going to be a bit more abound here soon with Horror Stories: Harvest Hunt hitting Early Access The joke out there currently is that we are in a time of horror now that the usual Summer holidays are over, and it is only made more legitimate by an announcement like this for Horror Stories: Harvest Hunt. This is the upcoming stealth survival horror title that Villainous Games Studio has been working on for the PC.
