A new battle royale, OPEN, is teased with the title getting us ready to open the Metaverse in another way out there

It was only a matter of time before someone tried to bring The Readyverse to life and that just happens to be what OPEN is aiming to do. That and a whole lot more when Readyverse Studios is able to get this new battle royale title out on the PC and next-gen consoles. All while using the metaverse gaming experience and other technologies to give us a taste of that sweet dystopian future we are all waiting for. Unless OPEN turns out to be one of those experiences that will truly set the stage for gaming's future and bring us all a bit closer while heading out and trying to digitally kill each other.

All of that sounds like the basics of a video game story, but it is the world we live in now with OPEN giving us that escape into a battle royale system using web3 tech. A system that will give us all a taste of the Ready Player One nostalgia feels while also giving us various other biomes and modes to play with in the game. While not much else is known for OPEN, beyond the following teaser, it is stated that some of these other modes could be on the tactical side as well as the vehicle side. It is all in the announcement stage of things but we can still get all of those warm nostalgia feelings going as we gear up to see what will be on the way if this title fully comes to light.

It was only a matter of time before someone put a title like OPEN together so we could head out into a virtual space and play with all of the "member berries" from the past. Not like we have not had other titles that have tried this already, but not many head into the Metaverse space to do all of this. With the recent push of all of the goofy hardware out there so corporations can further control our time and money, this feels like it is only the next part of a plan. Almost as if we are not learning the lessons of the past or the works of fiction out there and making things our reality. I guess we will just have to wait and see if OPEN is going to be that future we want or the future we are told that we want.
