The Definitive Edition Has Finally Launched Out There For PO’ed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of May 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
PO’ed The launch of the PO’ed: Definitive Edition is here to let us all give PO’ed a new go out there in this world The 90s are coming back and we can have a taste of it all again with the PO’ed: Definitive Edition. Okay, maybe the era is not fully coming back but this title is now launched on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC with Nightdive Studios trying to give us all that little hit of nostalgia. All for a game that I am sure many do not even remember playing back in 1995. That is okay, though, as we now get to see PO’ed back in action and upscaled to look as good as it can on our tech that is almost thirty years further evolved. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of April 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
PO’ed Classic shooter PO’ed is on its way back to us with the latest announcement for the PO’ed: Definitive Edition Add yet another of those classic titles from the 90s coming back to us with Nightdive Studios churning them all out, as we have the announcement for the PO’ed: Definitive Edition. A title that was given to the world back in 1995 and is now heading back out this year on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. It is a title that I am sure many missed from before, but with the extra weirdness the original PO’ed offered up to the gaming community then, it is sure to be fully embraced by the modern crowds too. Mafia: Definitive Edition Is Welcoming Us Into The Life Of Rewards
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Mafia More gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition is here to give us even more to look at as the Mafia game is further evolved into the next-gen As if we did not have a load of gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition before, we are back with another little snippet of gameplay to take in. This time it comes from Hangar 13 directly and not video from someone else playing the game. Not that it would look any different as far as visuals go, but what we have here is more of the story and how some of those new technologies will help make the story of Mafia pop just a bit more. We will know more certainly on September 25th when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but from what we have here, it is looking more and more like a current-gen title if not a next-gen one. Everything Has Shaped Up Well For The Mafia: Definitive Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mafia New gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition is out there to take in to further surprise us on how Mafia is evolving to where it will be soon There is still a month until the Mafia: Definitive Edition will be out here for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC with September 25th still being that date. Given how well the other two remasters we have had out of Hangar 13 and 2K Games, this is one I have been excited for. More so when you start to think about what the developers originally wanted for Mafia but were limited by the time and hardware. Read More...

Mafia: Definitive Edition Brings Some New & Amazing Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mafia The first gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition is here to show how amazing this Mafia remake is going to look when it drops Get your eyes ready for something special, as we have a look at the first gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition here in all of its 4K glory. That is not an understatement here when you finally take in what Hangar 13 did to get the game up and running for the PS4, Xbox One, and then better for the PC. This is not just some resampling for things from the original Mafia title in 2002 but a full remake in many different ways. Something I was worried was not going to be the issue but 2K Games has put in all the funds to get this to be a true definitive edition of the title. Read More...

DmC: Definitive Edition Shows How Turbo Mode Isn't Cheating
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
We have a new comparison video for DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition's turbo mode which speeds up the whole game by 20% for those who want that option DmC: Definitive Edition has a turbo mode which is one of the updates for the edition and it is a gameplay modifier that can be turned on if one so chooses. Back in my day, that makes me sound old, turbo mode meant that the controller had an option to turn on so one could just hold down a button and the controller would rapid fire off the command to the system. For DmC: Definitive Edition it ramps up the overall speed of the game by 20% because this is something that apparently was missing in the original version of the game. Read More...

Ninja Theory heard that request and it is in the game. This is not a huge secret as it was listed in the additions for the DmC: Definitive Edition coming to the Xbox One and PS4 on March 10th. There were just very few details if it was going to be more than just another character playing through the same mode that was already in the game to start with. Read More...

It was somewhere in the mix of everything that Ninja Theory was showing us for the new edition of the game I swear. Read More...
