More features for the PS4's 2.0 firmware have been announced and detailed with more on the way It was mentioned and slightly detailed back at E3 but it looks like the 2.0 update to the PS4's firmware is about to be released and it looks like there is a lot more to it than we thought. Some of these updates have been something I was hoping to have on my PlayStation since its launch back in 2013 but it looks like Sony has finally had the time to get around to them. The first trailer for Powers, the PSN TV adaption of the comic book, was shown at NYCC and we have it here for you Powers, the show, was announced at E3 during Sony's huge press event and it was received with mixed feelings from all. If you were lucky enough to be at NYCC over the weekend and were able to sit in on Sony's panel you may have been treated to seeing the first footage and trailer for the show. There have been a few stills floating around as of late but the trailer shows just how Powers is going to run for all of those PlayStation Plus subscribers out there. Sony has announced that it will be hosting a PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas, Nevada early in December 2014 Just in case you needed another reason to head to the playground of America it looks like Sony will be hosting a PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas, NV during the weekend of December 6th this year. Not much is known about this community event that is being hosted by the great people over at PlayStation but do you really need to know more than that to have an excuse to head out this way? Today, Nintendo announced new holiday bundles to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. release on the NES. Going "Mario-red," the new Wii and DSi XL will each have Mario games bundled in with them to complete the experience. Nintendo also unveiled the new Wii-mote with the Wii Motion Plus technology built into the original frame. So, the new PlayStation Plus has not even been out for a full day yet and already there is a new surprise to come along with it - even though the prize comes at a monthly cost. That surprise: Hulu is finally going to be playable on the PS3 and other consoles soon. Yea, the long awaited announcement for them to finally get off their high horse and let us all watch our free content on our consoles. Today Nintendo and the American Heart Association announced a partnership to get you off your couch and be active. Throwing around various statistics and knowing gamers, the two powerhouses look to empower gamers to become active, make time for exercise and enjoy getting fit. Along with the announcement comes the unveiling of a new website to inform users of how they can get involved at home using Nintendo products and across the country with AHA's Start! Heart Walks. Nintendo announced today that beginning on Sunday May 9th, all new Wii consoles will ship with a copy of Wii Sports Resort, a wiimote, a nunchuck and a Wii Motion Plus. You will also have a choice between the classic white or the brand new black color. Now six months after the release of Wii Sports Resort and the Wii Motion Plus, Nintendo has waited an appropriate amount of time to make sure the bundled peripheral had plenty of legs, netting them the largest bundle of cash they could muster. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was essentially a port from the Gamecube to the Wii with improved controls. Now, “New Play Control” Wii games like Pikmin and Mario Tennis now sell for the reduced price of $30 USD. Twilight Princess, being a launch title on Wii, sold for the full $50 USD price point. I do not regret spending the money; the game was extremely enjoyable and since I had not played it on the Gamecube, it was a fresh and exciting first Wii game for me. Less than a month ago, it was announced that the SNK Witch Touching series, Doki Doki Majo Shinpan would be getting a new title this summer (Read the article here). The new title Doki Majo Plus, which will be set on an island beach during summer break, has finally released new screens. With the new screens, comes news of more mini-games this time around. No clear specifics on what the mini-games will consist of, but be sure they will add more variety to the game than just battles and witch checking.  Battles will be getting an upgrade with a new powerful technique that won't require the user to use their magic. As Japanese import game fans know, the Doki Doki Majo Shinpan series was a bold new step in eroge games on the DS. SNK created the series and urged gamers to utilize the stylus to rub, poke, touch, kiss or wink at potential witches to reveal their "Witch mark". It's no wonder to anyone why this series has never seen the light of day outside of Japan.This summer SNK is bringing out a brand new adventure for the Doki Doki series, titled Doki Majo Plus. NINTENDO TO SET SUMMER '09 ABLAZE WITH WII MOTIONPLUS AND WII SPORTS RESORT Announced almost a year ago and suppose to have been out by the end of last year, Nintendo has finally set the date for when the world will be able to add an extra inch to their WiiMote.
