Fragmented Minds The release date for SCP: Fragmented Minds in Early Access is set and we have a little tease of chapter one for SCP: Fragmented Minds If you were looking to get in on the horrors of SCP: Fragmented Minds a bit earlier than expected, then know that you can jump in on January 27th on the PC. Not in a full way, as HST Game Studios is only bringing us all an Early Access for the game on that date, but it is still something to get us all going and ready for the IP to flesh things out a bit more. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is time to wrap this week of video games up just as you should be doing for all of your Christmas and other holiday gifts out there right now. As long as you are one of those out there who have been buying into the season and not just focused on things like the new Turok: Origins, Split Fiction, and Borderlands 4 that are on the way in the next year. Borderlands A new look at Borderlands 4 is finally here and it looks like a lot of the old Borderlands fun with a lot of new things to enjoy We had a fun teaser to let us all know that Borderlands 4 was on the way a little while back, and what a way to end out the year with us getting our first good look at the game. Gearbox and 2K still have a lot more work to go into it all before it can hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but it does look like things have progressed quite a bit in the mix of things. Lost Records Another look at Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is here before the year ends and we get closer to the abyss of Lost Records It looks as if the Abyss is calling us ever closer as we get closer to the full launch of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. The release is still slated for a split date of February 18th and March 18th in 2025 so the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC gamers out there can have the game split in half. At least it is not like how DON’T NOD use to do it, but that is a topic for a different time. Cabin Factory The release date for The Cabin Factory is set down and we will all get to inspect some new things within The Cabin Factory The cabin in the woods trope is a horror icon and used in so many stories, and now with The Cabin Factory, we kind of get to see how that comes to be in various ways. That is, this is a new PC game from International Cat Studios and Future Friends Games that will put us in the role of one of the inspectors for normal cabins who might also have to investigate some of those horror ones too. Empire Of The Ants The launch of Empire Of The Ants is almost here and we get a look at some of the various modes of Empire Of The Ants The armies are growing and ready to march out there as we get ready for the launch of Empire Of The Ants. This is that fun-looking RTS title that we saw coming from Tower Five and Microids not too long ago and giving us all the 3D treatment on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Transformers The battle for the Transformers is out there with the launch of Transformers: Galactic Trials landing now In the mix of all of the horror video games and Halloween fun it can be easy to miss the other fun out there as we have for Transformers: Galactic Trials. The rogue-lite title that 3DClouds and Outright Games have been working on in the IP up until now. Up until now does not indicate that they have canned the game, but more that here we go with the Autobots and Decepticons launching out there for us to enjoy on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Zoochosis The launch of Zoochosis is here for Steam for those who want to head into the horrors the zoo of Zoochosis will hold for us all Even though we had to wait just a little longer to finally get it, Zoochosis is finally out there to haunt us all on PC via Steam. A horror title that is not only going to dig into the body horror of various animals that we are trying to keep alive and well, but Clapperheads seemed to have mixed in a few others into the mix. Dollhouse A new delay for Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror is out there and we will have to wait until early 2025 to enter this Dollhouse It looks as if there is going to be two fewer nightmarish worlds out there this Halloween with Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror now getting a delay into 2025 for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game. The PC version is still being worked out, but for now, we are going to focus in on the versions SOEDESCO has for us. Zoochosis A delay has hit Zoochosis with the game getting a new release date for us all to dive into the upcoming Zoochosis The wait for Zoochosis continues as it looks as if we have a delay we are going to have to deal with for the game. Originally, it was slated to drop on September 23rd to give us all of the new horrors out there. Clapperheads just did not think the game was ready for that date, so now we are going to have to wait until September 30th to see what Zoochosis is going to toss onto the PC out there. Transformers Meet the various Transformers that we will be able to play around with when Transformers: Galactic Trials launches out there The bots are all rolling out for Transformers: Galactic Trials with a new look at the different characters we are going to get to play with in the game when it lands on October 11th. A nice and limited roster of characters from 3DClouds and Outright Games for this one, but one that should keep many fans happy with their selection. Lost Records The gameplay for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is out there along with the dates we will be seeing the two different tapes for the Lost Records Get ready to head back to the 90s next year as we get the two different "tapes" for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage out there. Yes, it looks like we are getting another title split up from DON’T NOD to give us a well-rounded story of things out there. Not a terrible thing, usually, but it is always a weird thing when you find out that you cannot play the full game in one go. Given the narrative structure for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, though, we will give it all a pass as Tape 1 drops on February 18th, 2025, and Tape 2 will be joining on March 18th, 2025, for those who are playing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
