New characters and descriptions have popped up for Mad Max during Game Informer's huge coverage of the game Just in case you've been missing out, it is Mad Max month over at Game Informer so they can try and capitalize off the hype for the new film that is coming out in a little over a month. None of the information there is for the film but for the new game coming from Avalanche Studios. At least it would feel like it was new information if it was anything that the developer hasn't already told us or shown the world before. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week in video game news can totally be summed up with delays and Mortal Kombat X. Hells, even Mortal Kombat X had a delay announcement for the last gen systems. Nothing like what happened to Uncharted 4 and Homefront being delayed until 2016 but at least nothing was cancelled. This of course is all to go along with the showing off of two titles coming out here soon; Battlefield Hardline and Bloodborne. The people over at Techland are proud to have brought you Dying Light and the new hard mode as well a taste of the future for Dying Light Dying Light is coming up on its two month release birthday and unlike many other titles out there is still going strong from the user's side as well as the developer's side. This of course being the continual hunt for new things in Dying Light on the user's end and the constant updates and DLC plans on Techland's end. The second episode for Tales From The Borderlands has a release date and a new trailer showing off some of the action we can all look forward to It's been some time since we had the last episode of Tales From The Borderlands hit our gaming machines. I guess it would be the first episode and there has been almost a 5 month gap in between which sadly looks like it is placing Tales From The Borderlands on the same level as releases for The Wolf Among Us. Maybe I am being a bit harsh here but this is one of my favorite titles from Telltale as of late and didn't want to have to wait until March 17th for the second episode. The new Ultimate Survival Bundle DLC for Dying Light is coming out and it adds some cool weapons and character outfits What game wouldn't be made better by adding in ninjas? Dying Light already has all of the zombies and basic maneuvering of ninjas so it makes sense and they are coming in the next DLC bundle on March 10th. Yes, this is part of the Ultimate Survivor Bundle that is part of the Season Pass or available for $5 if you so want to choose. Warner Bros. and Avalanche Studios have confirmed that Mad Max is still coming for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this September For all of you out there hoping for anything new for Mad Max from Warner Bros. and Avalanche Studios we have some good new and we have some bad news. Since it is how we roll here on the site we'll start with the bad news. It looks like Mad Max will no longer be releasing on the PS3 and Xbox 360 systems. There is no word as to why but seeing as Game Informer is getting an exclusive month of looks at Mad Max I am sure we will find out why Avalanche Studios has dropped those systems from the list and focused on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. A new fan short film for Dying Light has been dropped off in the world today to show what life could be like if Dying Light's events were to happen It's been almost a month since Dying Light released on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. All of the DLC in the Season Pass for Dying Light has been detailed with a few release windows added so you know who you spent the money Dying Light has been out and the tires have been kicked a bit more by the gaming community. Techland has addressed a few issues and are even trying to help the modding community with altering the game further for the PC. Not for those pesky PS4 and Xbox One players though but that is the troubles console players have to take. Dying Light Easter Eggs have been popping up all over the internet since its launch last week and here are some of the better ones Dying Light is full of all kinds of missions and things to experience. I played quite a bit of the game so we could bring you a great review to read and use as a deciding factor if you should give the game a play. In the process of it all though as I had to focus elsewhere I missed out on a lot of really cool little Easter Eggs that Techland placed in the mix of the core game. I feel bad and now need to replay Dying Light to go and find what else I may have missed but you don't have to as I've collected a couple of the cooler Easter Eggs that could go missed if you don't have all the time in the world to search the game's world or the internet.
