The TGS trailer for The Evil Within has been released by Bethesda and Tango Gameworks and it is looking even more insane It looks like we have a new trailer for The Evil Within straight out of the Tokyo Game Show and it actually manages to make the game look more intense than it already did. I didn't think this was going to be possible given how amazingly freakish the game looks and sounds already but this new trailer is cut so perfectly that I can see the goal for Silent Hills coming to life here in The Evil Within. The How Will You Survive Video Series Continues For Alien Isolation Showing Off Why You Don't Hide In The Air Vents You would think by now that it would be common knowledge not to hide in air vent in Alien Isolation or in any horror situation for that matter. Looks like we will have to wait a bit longer to play WWE 2K15 on the PS4 and Xbox One WWE 2K15 for the PS4 and the Xbox One has been delayed to November 18th instead of its original planed date of October 28th. It looks as though this delay only affects those platforms as the PS3 and the Xbox 360 versions of the game are still slated for October 28th. 2K Games has not revealed the reason for the delay as of yet but perhaps the current gen version needs some polish for some of the features not present in the last gen versions? The new release date is a bit concerning because this puts the game against some huge releases in November such as Grand Theft Auto V, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4, and Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. A new gameplay video for Far Cry 4 shows us all the fun things we are going to get to do with Elephants during the game I am a huge fan of getting new fun facts every day and it looks like Far Cry 4 is filled with them. A new gameplay mode for Skylanders Trap Team has been announced called the Kaos Doom Challenge and plays like a tower defense Just in case giving us the ability to use and play as the villains in Skylanders Trap Team wasn't enough, it looks like we are getting yet another mode to play the game in. No longer do we have just a fun little platformer game but now we are looking at a "tower defense" of sorts making its way into the game in the form of the Kaos Doom Challenge. There is something about that word and Kaos that I can't just seem to put my finger on…* Anyways, this new gameplay mode for Skylanders Trap Team looks to pit players and all of their Skylanders in a 100 wave of "doom" where enemies will be flooding the arena to take you down. The new release date for Dying Light has been announced and it is sooner than we all thought it might be I don't know about you but I was really let down that I wouldn't be able to play Dying Light this October. When it was delayed I could do nothing but question "why?" when the game looked polished enough when I saw it at all the past conventions. None the less it was claimed that Dying Light wasn't going to be hitting the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC until February of 2015. The Forza Rewards Program is coming the same time that Forza Horizon 2 launches Forza Horizon 2 is a few weeks away from release and is racing out on September 30th on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Playground Games and Microsoft has announced a new loyalty program starting with Forza Horizon 2. The Forza Rewards Program rewards players monthly based on how much they play any Forza game in the series since Forza 2. Players will be gifted cars and in game money based on their advancement and playtime. The first batch of cars available when the game launches are listed below along with their tier level required if you are on tier 6 you will be gifted all the cars when the game launches on September 30th. The How Will You Survive video series continues for Alien Isolation showing off why guns don't solve everything in the game If you've been out of the loop then you may have missed that Sega and Creative Assembly have a nice little video series slowly coming out for Alien Isolation. The idea behind it all is how to survive in the world that the game takes place in. It is also a nice look at how not to play Alien Isolation as the actions taken by the player in these videos seem to always lead to the titular alien hunting them down and doing very bad things to them. Yesterday it was announced that Resident Evil Revelations 2 was going to be an episodic title to lead up to a physical release on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. There were also a few screen shots for the game in the mix but now we get to see them all in working order. New details and screen shots for Resident Evil Revelations 2 have been released from Capcom and it looks like another episodic adventure So Resident Evil Revelations 2 was announced and a few bits of information about the game were spilled through various means but it looks like the horse's mouth, Capcom, has given us more than expected for this upcoming title. The biggest of all being that Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be continuing the episodic structure that we have all come to see in our zombie games. A new Bethesda Underground video has been released showing off just how they got some of those gruesome sound effects for The Evil Within We already know that The Evil Within is going to have some amazing voice talents but there is so much more to the audio for a game like this than just famous voice overs. Flesh being torn, brains being stabbed, bones being crushed, and limbs being ripped also make the fear factor of a survival horror title. Alien Isolation has gone gold and with that announcement Sega and Creative Assembly have given us a new trailer for the game It's always a good day when we can say that a game has gone gold and there are no more delays, which happens to be just the case for Alien Isolation. So far the alpha and beta builds of the game have handled amazingly as well as brought the horror back to the franchise. This is one of the few titles I am still looking forward to for the rest of this year so the golden announcement will make this October 7th such an amazing day. Ubisoft has just announced a new collection of titles for the Assassin's Creed franchise titled the Birth Of A New World - The American Saga launch before the newer titles Just in case you didn't think you were going to get enough Assassin's Creed this year with Unity and Rogue launching in November it looks like there is another set of titles coming just weeks before the one-two punch of those titles. All on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC at that. This new addition to the franchise is Assassin's Creed: Birth Of A New World — The American Saga although it really isn't a fully new addition to the universe but a way to get caught up on all the lore and events leading up to Rogue/Unity.
