Just Like The Gameplay, Escape Dead Island Is Sneaking Up On Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
A new stealth gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been released from Deep Silver and Fatshark Games as we lead up to the release date Escape Dead Island releases next week on November 18th for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Just like the following gameplay clip for the game that date kind of snuck up on us didn't it? It did for me as I could have sworn that we just had the announcement for the game and first looks only a few months ago. Way to creep up on us there and give us all a nice creeper title to give us another bit of fun over the video game launch two weeks. Read More...

The Game Awards Have Been Announced Because We Need Another One…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Geoff Keighley has announced that it is time for The Game Awards show, another awards show just for video games I was thinking the other day "Why don't we have another awards show for video games?" Looks like someone was reading my mind as it looks like we have The Game Awards just announced by Geoff Keighley coming our way to celebrate the video game industry. If the VGX and other award shows of the past weren't proof enough that most gamers out there don't care for an awards show then I don't know what else will. Although to be honest after hearing a bit more on The Game Awards show some doubts could be put aside as it doesn't sound like one network's way to grab some quick cash using our beloved subculture. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
If you are still lost on how to unlock the Zombies in Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare here's a nice little guide It has been confirmed that we are getting a zombie mode in Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare via future DLC from Activision and Sledgehammer Games but do you really want to wait until then? Of course you don't. Especially since it wouldn't be part of the Season Pass DLC but be a standalone thing for Advanced Warfare. Hopefully you knew all that before you read this so if you wanted the zombie killing action you didn't get primed in other ways. Read More...

It's Time To Question The Creed In Assassin's Creed Rogue
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
A new web experience for Assassin's Creed Rogue will let you see how some of the iconic kills in the franchise were viewed from the other side I think words have yet to be able to explain how excited I am for Assassin's Creed Rogue. It will be the first real time that we get to see things from the perceived villains of the franchise: The Templar. Hopefully we will get to see why they are taking all the steps that they have over the years that have "required" the Creed to have been formed. Granted in Assassin's Creed Rogue we are only going to be seeing the side of events that took place around the timeline of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag but it is something more than nothing. How Will All Of Your Choices In Dragon Age: Inquisition Play Out?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Another look at Dragon Age: Inquisition as BioWare and EA show off just how all of your choices will/could have game changing consequences We're so close to having Dragon Age: Inquisition to experience and alter the game's world to our whims. That is what a good Dragon Age game is all about right? Being able to change and alter the game's world and narrative as some kind of overseeing god? Did you not know that was part of Dragon Age: Inquisition? I hope so as you are reading on the topic right now and would most likely be lost by now or by watching the below trailer showing off how all of you choices will affect Dragon Age: Inquisition. Check Out More Of The 150+ Characters Of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new developer diary and more characters are shown off for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the latest video released for our amusement If you thought that the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice was cramming in an obscene amount of characters then you just have not been keeping up with LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. It really does seem the DC way now-a-days to cram as many of their IPs into one product and see which hits home with fans so they can then exploit that one. Then again it is no strange news that we are up there with TT Games' LEGO Batman 3 as that was kind of the goal without changing the game's title to be LEGO DC Universe or LEGO Justice League. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
The first of three Dead Island comic books is now available for download from Dark Horse Comics and Deep Silver Drop what you are doing right now as the Dead Island comic is now available for everyone to read. Just in time for Escape Dead Island's launch we now have the first of three comics to help bridge some of the story between all of the games as we move into Dead Island 2 next year. So if you are a huge Dead Island you should have already stopped reading the comic and not what I have here. If you are still reading my words then maybe you don't know that the Dead Island comic is 100% free and available for reading on the iOS or Android systems… And that is where I lost everyone… If you are still here and need more of a reason to spend the time reading the new comic book then you are also in luck as we have the first few pages of the Dead Island comic for you to look at and help better make up your mind. Story Time: Far Cry 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
We have our first good glimpse at the story for Far Cry 4 and a few explanations why we are murdering up the mountain If you haven't been following along with much of Far Cry 4 outside of the fun looking game mechanics and killing that will take place in the game on November 18th then you might be a bit behind on why all said killing is going on. Yes it is well known that there is some guy named Pagan Min shitting all over Kyrat and all that jazz but why? Also why should we care is another great question to ask when digging into Far Cry 4. Have A Crisper Look At Resident Evil: Revelations 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We have some new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 gameplay footage that shows off a bit more on the characters and enemies of the game We've had some early and odd looks at Resident Evil: Revelations 2 so far and if you are like me you want to see a bit more to be able to pass the proper judgment before shelling out the cash. While Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is set to be episodic in nature, there is nothing worse than getting partially involved only to see the game tank part way through. The only bonus is that you don't have to pay for the whole thing up front and can slowly pay for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 on the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC as you wish. Read More...

Have A Nice Halloween Clip From Escape Dead Island
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been given to us all and there are some bizarre looking zombies here If you haven't been able to catch the livestream events for Escape Dead Island nor make the trade shows in the UK then you most likely haven't seen much in the way of gameplay. I was rather blown away with what I saw during SDCC but that doesn't really help you get a grasp on Escape Dead Island for when it launches on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 18th. You crave visuals and live play don't you? Well we have some new gameplay for you to check out for Escape Dead Island and it is a bit that we have yet to see for the game to date. Read More...

We have a look at the multiplayer of Far Cry 4 and the factions vying for control of Kyrat Now that we are getting all of the single player updates for Far Cry 4 we should look for an update for the multiplayer aspect of the game. At least one of them which is just what we have explained a bit in the most recent trailer for Far Cry 4. It even has a bit more on the lore of Kyrat and Pagan Min for all of those story fiends out there. You know, because there are so many of us out there. Read More...

Unfortunately like the previous trailer everything is spoken in Japanese so if you don't speak/read the language you will have to go on just what you see. Since 90% of the information we get in our daily lives is all visual then you don't have to feel like you are missing out too much here. Read More...
