We had a longer look at Resident Evil HD Remaster earlier this week but now we have a new look at some of the features and extras that will be coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC port of the game. Unfortunately like the previous trailer everything is spoken in Japanese so if you don't speak/read the language you will have to go on just what you see. Since 90% of the information we get in our daily lives is all visual then you don't have to feel like you are missing out too much here.
Have a look and just in case you miss it, I'll recap the tidbits that I was able to glean from this new trailer and list what we can look forward to be added to this version of Resident Evil HD. Although some may just be repeats from the versions of yore.
Resident Evil HD Remaster — Second Trailer
Now I don't know it is a pre-order bonus or anything but it looks like we will be getting the Resident Evil 5 skins of Chris and Jill as options in Resident Evil HD Remaster. It also looks like those pesky Wesker files are getting the inclusion as well. Of course this is all on top of being able to play Resident Evil HD Remaster in widescreen or standard definition on the fly as well as all of the updated textures and models for the game. Also, at least in Japan, it looks like there will be a collector's edition that comes bundled with a map of the mansion and an art book to highlight everything we've grown to love.
If anything I think this is all a good look at what we can expect outside of Japan for Resident Evil HD Remaster. Granted we can't be sure until we get a good look at all of this data or an update from Capcom but it makes complete and utter sense. Then again it wouldn't be the first time that the company's native lands received an exclusive that all the westerners missed out on. I doubt that will be the case when we see Resident Evil HD Remaster over here sometime after the Japanese get the game on November 27th this year.
