We Might Kill Some Chaos In Stranger Of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new Final Fantasy game was announced during this year’s E3 with Stranger Of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin I hope you are ready for some new kind of chaos in your life, as that is what Stranger Of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin seems to be bringing into it all for us. This would be one of the unnamed titles that Square Enix had to show off during E3 this year and it was definitely one of the more questionable ones. It also happens to be one of those titles that were rumored out there with it being a Soulslike title inspired by Final Fantasy and not any kind of sequel or spin-off that the name might suggest. Given that the trailer here is all about our team of three heading out to kill of chaos and end some nonsense, it has made more of it out there than could have been expected. Read More...

Back 4 Blood Will Be Offering Up Some PvP In A Familiar Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood Back 4 Blood will have a PvP mode mixed in for us all to take the horrors of Back 4 Blood on the attack Given the team working on Back 4 Blood, it was easy to assume that we could be seeing some form of PvP in the mix at some point. When it came to other titles from Turtle Rock, it took a bit and came post-launch. It looks like we are not going to have to wait further than October 12th for that to hit Back 4 Blood, though, as it was announced during E3 that we will be seeing a PvP mode in the mix of it all then. That would be the launch date for the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Read More...

Chase More Ghosts This July With The Release Of Chernobylite
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of June 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Chernobylite New gameplay for Chernobylite is here to tease us as we get a solid release date set down for Chernobylite as well Last we heard from Chernobylite was that the game was going to be hitting us all this July at some point. We speculated that this would most likely be near the end of the month given how loose The Farm 51 was with the release window. Now, hot out of E3 this year, we have that final date to look forward to for those looking to play Chernobylite on the PC from whichever vendor they are looking to go with. The PS4 and Xbox One players will have to wait a bit longer. Read More...

Redfall Will Have Us Biting Back In The New IP Coming Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Redfall A new open-world co-op title, Redfall, was announced at E3 and Redfall will have us out there hunting down all manner of vampire During E3 this year, we have had a plethora of new titles announced, with many being new IPs, and here we go with one more by the way of Redfall. This would be the next huge title that Arkane Austin have been working on over the past bit of time and they are aiming to bring us a new FPS title to explore and slay in. A new FPS title that is also an open-world with co-op as we hunt down some genetically modified vampires out there. I hope you read all of that correctly, as this is the basic for Redfall that we have here as we get ready to wait for Summer of 2022 for it to actually hit the Xbox Series X and PC. Read More...

New Details Have Been Shared Out There For The Overly-Hyped Starfield
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Starfield Starfield has been given a few more details and we know when the slated release date is for Starfield in the coming year The wait for something new surrounding Starfield is finally over and we have a bit more to look at for the game that has had everyone talking since E3 of 2018. Yes, it has been quite a while since we had that news from Bethesda Game Studios and now we are happy to see if the hype that was built way back then was worth holding over until now. I mean, it is not as if gamers have been overly hyped about a game announced with little to look at before. We just get to know that Starfield is coming from a well-respected studio and for the Xbox Series X and PC. Read More...

Atomic Heart Bends Some More Reality With Another Questioning Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Atomic Heart Atomic Heart took part of the stage during E3 this year with some new gameplay for Atomic Heart to boggle some minds out there It would not be a good E3 again if we did not get an update for the alt-reality title Atomic Heart out of it, and we did get just that. A nice little chunk of gameplay for the game and a little more from Mundfish on what the story of the game could revolve around. In a minor way of things and with some new gameplay that does not exactly explain much, but it is something to look at and see how Atomic Heart could potentially look on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC when it does come at us. Given that it is now slated as a Day One release on Xbox Game Pass, I have a feeling that day might not be too far off. Read More...

A Plague Tale: Requiem Will Be Infesting Us All Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale The official announcement for the A Plague Tale sequel is here with A Plague Tale: Requiem getting the showcase during E3 All of the speculation can be put aside from the rumors we had before, as E3 has now offered us the official announcement for A Plague Tale: Requiem. This would be that sequel that we heard Asobo Studio might have been working on back in 2019 for an amazing puzzle-platforming title that was a sleeping hit back in the day. It looks like Focus Home Interactive took notice of A Plague Tale and went all-in to give us that true sequel to it all. Also to give it to us all on the PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC. The Fate Of The Free-Thinking World Is In That Hands Of Psychonauts 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of June 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Psychonauts The release date for Psychonauts 2 is set down for this August and there is much more of the Psychonauts to take in along the way After quite a bit of waiting, we now have a release date for Psychonauts 2 for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC gamers out there. Those PS4 gamers are going to have to keep waiting, as this was the only thing announced during this year's E3 when Double Fine took the spotlight for a bit to give us what we all are looking for at this point. None of this is a huge surprise after the buyout that happened shortly after Psychonauts 2 became a successful project backed over on FIG. It is just a bit of a letdown that we will have to see it go the timed exclusive route for now. Read More...

The Outer Worlds 2 Is Announced In The Most Spectacular Way At E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
The Outer Worlds The Outer Worlds saga will continue with the announcement for The Outer Worlds 2 during this year's virtual E3 events The headline here kind of says it all, as The Outer Worlds 2 is officially going to be a title in the future after getting added into the mix of the other Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC games we had during the Xbox event for E3 this year. Obsidian Entertainment made another huge splash with this new IP the first time around, so it was more or less expected to see that they would be bringing us all more for it. I know I sunk a whole lot of time into The Outer Worlds before and am interested to see where it all goes from there. Read More...

Minds Will Shatter Within Vampire: The Masquerade — Swansong
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Vampire New gameplay for Vampire: The Masquerade — Swansong is here from E3 and we get a look at another Vampire in the mix of it all Things are getting a little more insane for Vampire: The Masquerade — Swansong after the latest trailer we have for the game fresh out of E3 this year. Partially in the way that we are still waiting for that release date or window but also in the way that Big Bad Wolf is adding in another character for us to play with. This one being Leysha, a Malkavian, and those that are anywhere up on their Vampire: The Masquerade lore will know where this is going. This would be the clan of vampires that have their minds and sanity shattered by the transformation into the new form. Read More...

The Zekes Are Rushing Back Out With World War Z: Aftermath
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of June 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
World War Z The reveal for World War Z: Aftermath is here out of E3 to drag our bodies back into the horrors of the World War Z IP Those pesky dead just will not stay that way, as we head back out in the recently revealed World War Z: Aftermath out of E3. This is the next expansion to the title that Saber Interactive gave us on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC not too long ago. It will also be hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X through backward compatibility and later as a full release. You do not even need to own the original World War Z title to get access to it all, although owning it does bring the cost of this expansion quite a bit. Read More...

Hear The Story Of The White Lady Again For Martha Is Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of June 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Martha Is Dead More of the story within Martha Is Dead is out here now as we gear up for Martha Is Dead to launch sometime after E3 Things are still creeping out for some smaller titles in the mix of all of the big news out there at E3 and here we go with a bit more for Martha Is Dead. Just a bit more, as it sounds like a bit more of the story we have heard already but not to the point where it feels like LKA could be putting too much out there. Just in the perfect way it should with Wired Productions still poised to get us all Martha Is Dead sometime in the coming year on our PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The date being something that would have been nice to get but we will certainly take what we can get. Read More...

We Will Finally Get To Back To Pandora With Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora
by Julia Schoebel [ Monday, 14th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Avatar The first look at Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora is here from E3 to take us back into the fantastic world of Avatar in a virtual form The long tease is finally over, as we now have the announce and reveal for Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora coming out to us on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. This would be the title that that Ubisoft announced way back in 2017 and now we will be able to see the game hit us all in 2022. There is no specific date to look at for it, but we at least get to know that we will see something truly new for the Avatar IP out there besides a lot of talk and speculation. We can still do that, as Massive Entertainment only gave us a small bit of footage that we do have here. Read More...
