Final Fantasy XV The first episode of DLC for Final Fantasy XV has been given a date and it looks like Final Fantasy XV is also getting more exclusive and free DLC as well The Final Fantasy 30th anniversary celebration has kicked off and with that it looks like we have some new updates for Final Fantasy XV in terms of all of the DLC that is supposed to be coming here. Not only will we be seeing some new minor bits here soon, but it looks like Square Enix was ready to give us the date for when to expect the first "episode" DLC for Gladio in the game. Resident Evil 7 The first batch of DLC for Resident Evil 7 has launched today on the PS4 and we have our first look at how it expands Resident Evil 7's gameplay and experience Resident Evil 7 has only been out for a week and so far it is proving that the team has what it takes to bring the franchise back to its roots and to carry on well after this installment. Now we get to see just how well as the first batch of DLC for the game has just dropped for the PS4 as Capcom and PlayStation are in bed together for now. Call Of Duty The first DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is just about to launch and now we can see some of the new Call Of Duty multiplayer in action just before Last week we had a nice look at some of what would be coming to Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare in the first DLC pack Sabotage all in the way of some new additions coming to the Zombies Mode. Now just a day before it launches on the PS4 we have a nice little look at some of the multiplayer maps that Infinity Ward will be giving us in the pack as well. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site One more week of video games in the bag and yet again we had a whole lot to talk about here. So many great announcements and updates where had as well as a few new games getting their official launch or heading into a form of beta or another. Of course there was a whole lot for Resident Evil 7 this week due to all of this but that is not to discount the Injustice 2 news and the fact that we are all gearing up for the Conan Exiles early access next week. Resident Evil The Resident Evil Escape Experience has announced a national tour to bring the real-world Resident Evil experience to even more fans out there While we hoped about it earlier in the week and the first time we were able to see Resident Evil get an escape room type of experience, it looks like those hopes and dreams are being fulfilled here as it has just been announced that there will now be a national tour. At least a North American national tour for it all as Capcom has not mentioned about taking it on the road outside of the States. None the less, it looks like there will be six more opportunities for gamers to try and get that real Resident Evil feel in a real escape room. Read More...

The Surge A new trailer for The Surge has popped up and this one aims to show us just what caused The Surge that we will be dealing with; at least the aftermath of Here we go with a better look at The Surge just before the big showcasing that is slated for next week. Well at least a better view at the general story that is being set up here by Deck 13 as this seems to be a bit more of a cinematic trailer than anything that shows off some new gameplay. Seeing as story is an important role in an action-RPG, I guess it is good that The Surge is looking to have a solid one for us to explore and in turn survive. Dystopian futures are some of the worst ones out there and we all may need a bit more training on this as of now so I guess it's good that it will be here in May for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC for us all to ingest. Avengers A new partnership has been announced and we are getting a new Avengers game from Marvel & Square Enix that will tell an original Avengers story in the vast universe There were some nice teases over the last few days on a new announcement coming from Marvel and Square Enix with a lot of speculation aimed at a "Marvel World" being in Kingdom Hearts III being the big news. It looks like all of that is completely wrong as now we know that it was all to announce the two giant's partnership and that we will be getting a full on video game for The Avengers sometime in the near-ish future. 2018 seems to be the year thrown around here but that doesn't stop it the excitement as there will be a nice big and flashy new Avengers game to be played out there in the mix of all of the other Marvel titles also on the way this year and the next. Call Of Duty A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's next Zombies DLC has shown up so we can see how to rave Call Of Duty style with said zombies Hopefully in the mix of all of the other games launching and getting updates here you haven't forgotten about Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and the DLC that still needs to get out there for the game. The next big batch of it all is landing, on the PS4 at least, on January 31st here from Infinity Ward and of course that means that the Zombies mode will be getting another huge batch of content too. Resident Evil 7 The DLC for Resident Evil 7 now has some solid details and release dates even though Resident Evil 7 has just launched worldwide now Well, today is the day and Resident Evil 7 has launched out there in the world which would normally just mean that all we would get is a nice little update and a launch trailer to look at for those who were still holding out for the game. Final Fantasy XV The limited time Final Fantasy XV event, Moogle Chocobo Carnival, starts next week and we can see what it adds to Final Fantasy XV if you get the pack By now you have most likely picked up Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack in either Free form or as part of the Season Pass for the game. It seemed odd to have been released so far back and with only a few bits of the content ready for us out of the box but Square Enix put it out there and it is still available for all to download in which ever form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Mixed in were a few new outfits for the characters of Final Fantasy XV and other minor bits but the bulk of it was listed as coming at a later date when the in-game event kicked off in the way of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. Call Of Cthulhu A new trailer for Call Of Cthulhu has released and we get to see how far Pierce, Call Of Cthulhu's protagonist, will dive into madness Here we go with yet another interesting trailer for the upcoming Call Of Cthulhu game coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime this year. We've had a few good viewings of the game so far but here we get to see the level of madness that Cyanide Studios is crafting for us here in the game as well as a bit more of the story we will help unfold. Not only that, but as Call Of Cthulhu's character generally go insane no matter the medium you play it in, we also get to see what I am guessing is some of harsher stuff that the game's protagonist will go through as he investigates the weirdness going on in the game's world. Necromunda Another Warhammer title is in the works with Necromunda: Underhive Wars and it aims to tackle the Necromunda game in a tactical RPG setting Maybe you were sitting around and thinking that we needed another Warhammer 40,000 game out there after the success of Mordheim and that it also need to be set in the Necromunda setting of the classic game. It isn't just you as it looks like Rogue Factor was doing that too and so was Focus Home Interactive as they are working together to bring us yet another title in the universe just as described. Yes, now we have Necromunda: Underhive Wars here to be announced for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on its way due to all that success and also to bring another version of the universe off of the table and into a digital world setting. Resident Evil 7 The season pass for Resident Evil 7 has been given a bit more detail for those who want more Resident Evil 7 before the end of the year With only a few more days until Resident Evil 7, we have a lot of excitement and fear to get in check. January 24th is just around the corner and we've seen a whole lot more for the game from Capcom and there is of course still a whole lot more we are only going to get when the game lands. It also looks like three is a whole lot more coming to Resident Evil 7 after it launches and into the rest of the year.
