Red Dead Redemption 2
It looks like Red Dead Redemption 2 will now release in 2018 but we do have some new Red Dead Redemption 2 screenshots to gaze at
We all hate delays but sometimes it is for the better and hopefully that will be the case here for Red Dead Redemption 2 as it has now been hit with a delay. Even though there wasn't a release date specifically set for the game, Rockstar Games did state that they were aiming to get the game out on the PS4 and Xbox One by this Fall. Now the wait will be a little bit longer as Red Dead Redemption 2 will not be coming to us until sometime in Spring of 2018. Not the biggest of delays, but it is a delay that has a lot of people upset as the wait has been pretty long for this game so far. At least the game hasn't been canceled so there is at least that to keep you happy.
That would be the bit of sad news for Red Dead Redemption 2, but along with it comes a whole lot of new screenshots for the game to impress and keep us going until the next big reveal for the game. Some of which shows off just how amazing the game's environments and world will look when everything is said and done. Which is why it is also weird to hear about the delay as it is generally the art and style that can be the drag for a game like this. Of course that points it all to bigger gameplay bugs than visuals being the issue for Red Dead Redemption 2, but none the less you can't rush something that you want to be perfect. It totally looks like that is the aim here for the game at this point.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Is Now Coming Spring 2018
Red Dead Redemption 2 is now set to launch Spring 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This outlaw epic set across the vast and unforgiving American heartland will be the first Rockstar Games title created from the ground up for the latest generation of console hardware, and some extra time is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans.
We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer. In the meantime, please enjoy this selection of new screenshots from the world of Red Dead Redemption 2.
Are you okay with the delay of Red Dead Redemption 2 or are you upset that the wait will be a few months longer? Do you think this could be to add in an online multiplayer aspect that we have yet to hear about or will it be to crush bugs that are plaguing the game in its current state? How pretty do you think the game's world is going to be at the end of the day and do these images do it great justice? Let us know your thoughts on all of this and more down in the comments and then discuss. For more on Red Dead Redemption 2 in any form, be sure to stay right here on the site. As Rockstar Games offers it all up, we will bring it here to you. Hopefully a lot more soon.
