Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was an exciting week for video games now was it not? It started to feel like it was going to be all over the place and then it was, but it also brought with it a lot more on God Of War and Star Wars Battlefront II so we cannot really complain. Not only that, but there was all kinds of Resident Evil news for all of the consoles out there and the continued push for more on Wolfenstein II and The Evil Within 2. All kinds of twos this week but thankfully video games are well out of that terrible stage of existence now. Read More...

Cuphead We sit down and review Cuphead. A new take on the classic platformer and artistic styles. Here is our review of Cuphead Here we go as Cuphead has finally made it to its release. A title that has garnered so much praise, excitement, and then upset over how gamers out there played the bit that was out there early. All kinds of fun in the gaming community here, but now is the time that we all get to sit back and see what all the hullabaloo for the game from StudioMDHR is all about. Well besides being a platformer using the artistic style of 1930's cartoons and such. Read More...

Red Dead Redemption 2 The next big trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 is here and it gives us a look at the new gang that will be taking over in Red Dead Redemption 2 The hype has been built and many fans looking for more on Red Dead Redemption 2 have been waiting for it and now it is here. The next big trailer for the game has dropped to show off just a bit more and maybe give us a better understanding than what all of those rumors and conjecture online have brought. There really is a whole lot of that going on and I am sure it is going to ramp up even more now that we have a new look at Red Dead Redemption 2 here. It is almost like Rockstar Games has this formula planned out to keep the buzz going on by itself until Spring of 2018 when the game will finally come to the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

The Evil Within Another character we will face in The Evil Within 2 has been revealed to us and this one seems tied greatly to the full story of The Evil Within 2 It is time to add another creepy character to The Evil Within 2 as here we have Father Theodore showing his face and some motives in the grander scheme of things. Details on that have been withheld, as it would spoil the game's story and surprises, something that I am sure Tango Gameworks would not be too happy about if we did even if Bethesda sent over all of that information. In the end, no huge spoilers for The Evil Within 2 here and if you really wanted them, then you will have to wait until after October 13th when the game loads up on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Resident Evil 7 On the heels of the latest Resident Evil 7 Not A Hero trailer from TGS comes an extended bit of gameplay for this Resident Evil 7 DLC There have been so many fun things to have come out of TGS and one of the bigger things has been the Resident Evil 7 Not A Hero DLC gameplay. We had some official gameplay to come out of Capcom for the DLC to give us all a feel for what we will be tackling on December 12th. It looked like there was going to be some high-action added into Resident Evil 7 through this DLC, but we could not be completely certain as it could have just been the way the trailer was cut. Now that is no longer the case as we have some new footage for the DLC in action for us all to see just what it will be bringing to us and how action-packed it could be. Read More...

Left Alive No new details for Left Alive are out there, but there are a few new bits of art for Left Alive to go over after TGS Now that TGS is over, I know I was hoping to get to see or hear more for Left Alive as it looked interesting but had very little in way of details to go along with the announcement. The artistic direction that the game looks to have is top notch, but as it seems Square Enix's way as of late, there was not much in terms of how the game will play or even the genre type of gameplay that we will be experiencing directly. It looks easy to assume that we will have some Metal Gear style of play based on the people working on Left Alive and the announcement trailer that was placed out there, but nothing has been set down. Resident Evil New footage for Resident Evil: Revelations and Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is here to show off how the games will look on the Nintendo Switch We all knew it was going to happen and now we can see Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 coming to the Switch on November 30th of this year. Why would these titles not get the remaster and port treatment to give Capcom fans more to play and experience on the new system? Especially since both of these Resident Evil titles made a good jump to the PS4 and Xbox One with some new visuals and everything. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another amazing week of video games and everything in the bag. Even though it may have felt as if it was heavy handed toward a particular title, *cough* Call Of Duty: WWII *cough*, there was still a whole lot to cover. Then again, TGS was also going on so it makes perfect sense that there would be a lot of updates and news on all of the video games out there. Hells, we had a chance to see more for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC, then we had the Gold announcement for South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and even with Vampyr's delay we could not be brought down. Left Alive New title, Left Alive, has been officially announced and it looks like Left Alive aims to take us on a robotic apocalypse in the future…of sorts Unless you have been under a rock for the last few days, then you may have heard that Square Enix was teasing a new title called Left Alive out at TGS. They posted a teaser for the teaser video earlier on and gave a very small blurb about what is going on with the game. Not too much at all besides a few of the names behind the development and character design that will be working on Left Alive. Read More...

The Evil Within 2 Previews of The Evil Within 2 are out there and they show off quite a bit of The Evil Within 2 in terms of bosses and puzzles to expect More of The Evil Within 2 is here to be shown off as many of the larger outlets out there have been given yet another sample of the game just a few weeks before launch. Hells, they could already have the game in hand as Bethesda is launching it all on October 13th so it would make sense that Tango Gameworks is done and now the media train is rolling. No matter the case, all of these previews for The Evil Within 2 are there and also bringing us a whole lot of new gameplay to look at and break down. Read More...

Marvel Vs Capcom Gameplay for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite's Monster Hunter DLC is here and shows off just how the character could play when the DLC hits Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite Earlier in the week, we had a nice introduction to the rest of the DLC cast coming to Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite in due time. Word that Venom, Black Widow, Winter Soldier, and Monster Hunter would be rounding it all out came from Capcom and there were a few mixed feelings about all of that. Especially since there was nothing else given to help all of those playing Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite to get an idea on what the character could play like when finally opened up to the world. Call Of Duty Get introduces to a few more Allies in Call Of Duty: WWII as well as see just how authentic the team is trying to make this Call Of Duty title Just when you thought we had all of the Call Of Duty: WWII updates we were going to get for the week, Activision drops a few more. It is almost like they dropped the big story trailer and then realized that they left a whole lot out of the basic story that Sledgehammer Games has prepped and now they need to bring the rest of it all. Not really the case as it is all still promotion for Call Of Duty: WWII and reminders to pre-order the game on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC before November 3rd, but it can feel that way. Especially since we have another two characters to add into the grander scheme of the game and the conflict of the war we will be fighting. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Gameplay for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC, Not A Hero, is out there from TGS and it looks to bring Resident Evil 7 some of the action from prior titles We have been waiting so long for the Not A Hero DLC to come to Resident Evil 7 and all we have had so far has been little teases and images of what Chris will look like and that it is coming. At least if you made it all the way through the game or did not care about spoiling it online. Anyways, Capcom has not given much outside of the date to look for it to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Vampyr It looks like Vampyr has been given a delay due to a technical issue and now we can look for Vampyr to come to us sometime in Spring of 2018 Mark another title down for delay as Vampyr has been struck with just that and will be missing it release date that was supposed to be this year. There was never a specific date set down, but it looks like DontNod ran into an issue to the point that they had to push the release off to Spring of 2018. Another ambiguous date thrown out there for Vampyr, but it looks like we may have to wait as long as April of 2018 to finally see the game see the light of day on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I guess we can all focus on the fact that it has not been hit with a cancellation and just hope for the best. Read More...
