Explore More Of The Biomes & World Of Solis In Just Cause 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Just Cause New footage of Just Cause 4 is here to take us through the fictional world of Just Cause 4 and give a better understanding of how we will use and abuse it It feels odd to say that it looks like things in Just Cause 4 are going to be getting crazier as that is more or less what the game and franchise is all about. That said, it looks like things are going to get crazier as we have a good look at just how the world and environments that Avalanche Studios have constructed will play into all of that. I am not only talking about the crazy weather, but also just the landscapes in Just Cause 4. Read More...

Here Is More On The Visual Storytelling We Will Have With The Sinking City
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Sinking City The latest developer diary for The Sinking City is here to walk us through some of their tricks to tell the story of The Sinking City using visuals Get ready for even more creepiness as we have a whole new look at The Sinking City from Frogwares here and they are diving into how they are telling some of story with just visuals. Well, more accentuating and setting a theme as well as telling a story as they will still be using the same designs and methods we all know and mostly love in video games. They are just going into a few of the more subtle things here to help accentuate the loss of sanity we are going to experience in The Sinking City. Read More...

You Will Feel The Pain Of Cervantes In SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur Cervantes is here to join the roster of SoulCalibur VI adding another SoulCalibur veteran to the ever-growing list of fighters for the game Fans of Cervantes from all of the past titles can rest assured that the character will be back for SoulCalibur VI now. I say this because we finally have the reveal trailer for the character here from Bandai Namco to show how the character has evolved and changed since we last saw. Especially since he was taken down and sent to Hell in previous SoulCalibur titles. At least as we are going here with the current lore and how the character is being brought back to join in the fight on October 19th when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Left Alive Shows Off More Of The Ravages Of War
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 11th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Left Alive A new trailer for Left Alive is here just before TGS to show us just how war rages on in the world of Left Alive with the protagonists It has been quite a bit of time since we last heard anything about Left Alive and I had almost forgotten all about this new title from Square Enix. Given that the last major update we had for the game was also during TGS last year, it does feel like it fell to the side of things to make way for other titles in their wheelhouse. No matter what is going on over there, we do have a new look at Left Alive to remind us that the game is coming and that we can expect to see it on the PS4 and PC in 2019 at some point. I hope that also means we will see something truly out of TGS for it besides this small trailer we have now. Read More...

Death Won’t Come Easily In Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Sekiro A new trailer for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is here to take us through a few new looks for Sekiro as well as some of the verticality we can expect While we may have to wait a bit for this year's TGS to fully kick off, we do not need to wait to see something new for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice that will be shown off out there. That is right; we have a new trailer to look at for this title from FromSoftware that caught a lot of attention out at E3 this year. I am guessing you figured that out as you clicked in here anyways and are most likely looking for more on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice instead of just random tidbits like that. Read More...

There was a whole lot for that game this week, which was not surprising, but there was also a lot of other titles highlighted out there. Other video games like Hitman 2 and Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Those and we had a chance to see that Kingdoms Of Amalur may be getting a new addition to the franchise. Read More...

Call Of Cthulhu Will Invade Your Mind With An Hour Of New Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Cthulhu During a recent livestream, the first hour of Call Of Cthulhu was shown off to the world to helps get a deeper feel for Call Of Cthulhu Get ready to kind of spoil the first hour of Call Of Cthulhu as we have pretty much that to look at here. It is all in the a current beta form and according to those over at Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive, not exactly what we will have in the final game. There is still a lot of time before Call Of Cthulhu hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC if you want to look at just over a month as a lot of time. October 30th is still the launch date for it all so I am not sure how much more they can change between now and then, but that is assuming the following demo is taken from a build that is as recent as to what will be pressed to discs. It’s Time For The Good, The Bad, And The Augmented In The Surge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Surge The next DLC for The Surge is here to look at and it looks like we are going to have a western in our Sci-Fi of a RPG in The Surge It looks like the DLC train for The Surge has not stopped as we have a new bit coming at us now with The Good, The Bad, And The Augmented. While Deck 13 is working on the next title in the franchise, it does look like there was some time to put us all in a Wild West themed version of the game here to add to the Sci-Fi fun we have been having so far. That seems like a weird sentence to write, but given some of our entertainment currently, this can fit into The Surge I guess. We will know for certain on October 2nd when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC though. Read More...

Fly Through One More Look At The Web-Swinging Of Spider-Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man One more video for Spider-Man is here to cover all of the ways that the team feels they perfected the web-swinging in the upcoming Spider-Man The reviews for Spider-Man have been pouring out there and so far it looks like a lot of our concerns can be placed aside. That is if you want to trust their words on the game so far and not keep losing your mind off missing puddles and such. No matter how you want to slice it right now, it looks like we have one more look at the web-swinging system that Insomniac Games has built to help us ignore some of those concerns and get ready for September 7th here. Hopefully, you have pre-ordered your copy of Spider-Man so you are fully ready to dive in with your PS4. Read More...

You Will Have To Get Into The Assassin’s Mindset For Hitman 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Hitman A new ‘How To Hitman’ video is here to show us how to get into the assassin’s mindset and use the new features of Hitman 2 to our advantage More for Hitman 2 has stalked its way out into the open to give us another look at some of the updates coming to the game to place us in that assassin's mindset we will need to always be in when we are playing. At least in the fictional way as I am sure that IO Interactive is not trying to raise a whole lot of contract killers out there. It is already a dark world that we live in here and we do not need Hitman to bleed over. Read More...

This Is WWII Like We Have Never Seen Before In Battlefield V
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Battlefield Have a new rundown of Battlefield V and all of the modes we will be playing and discovering when this Battlefield game finally launches The wait for Battlefield V may have been made a little longer here recently, but it looks like we have something that should take the edge off of that a little bit. Not as much as EA surprise dropping the game on us, but it is a new look at a plethora of the new and old modes coming back to the game. We also get to see just how the single-player mode of Battlefield V will play out and focus on a whole lot of rarely told stories from WWII. Read More...

Pathfinder: Kingmaker Will Have Us Telling Tales Around The Taverns
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Pathfinder A new look at Pathfinder: Kingmaker shows off some new gameplay as well as how some of the grand Pathfinder adventures can be told in the game We have one more look at Pathfinder: Kingmaker here just weeks before it hits the PC on September 25th. I am not talking about the tabletop version of the adventure path here for those who have been left in the lurch about the video game version, but I am talking about the new game from Owlcat Games that was kickstarted and then picked up by Deep Silver. I hope you have been following along with it all so far as it has been looking like an insanely viable option to playing this adventure in the Pathfinder universe while not needing a set table and time to play it all. That can be the most difficult part of it all in the modern nights now. Read More...

Photo Mode Is Coming To Spider-Man On Day One Of Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Spider-Man We have a look at the photo mode that is coming to Spider-Man as a day one update as well as a look at another Spider-Man villain It would a be a weird thing if a Spider-Man game did not have a photo system in it of some sort given the franchise and character's history with snapping photos in general. We have seen things like it from the past but it looks like Insomniac Games is giving us a new version of the Photo Mode we have come to enjoy in many other games. Even if this one does not fully fit in the world of Spider-Man the way it should, it will be bringing us some new and interesting ways to look at the world and share. Read More...
