The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter Is Appearing On PS4 Real Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Looks like the wait is over as the PS4 version of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter is slated for a July 15th release date now Hopefully by now all of you reading this know about The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter as it released on PC last year and was well received by many. This would be that amazing looking supernatural adventure title created by The Astronauts that even we spoke highly of back in the day. This was also back when we heard it was being redone in the Unreal 4 engine and also getting a PS4 release scheduled but there was never any word on when after all the great reviews began pouring in for the first release of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. All of that changes now. Read More...

A Bit Of Story & A Trailer For Minecraft: Story Mode Have Released
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
During Minecon 2015 the first bit of story for Minecraft: Story Mode, as well as a trailer, have been released with all the Minecraft goodness included We've waited patiently for anything new for Minecraft: Story Mode since its first announcement and now we have a bit more to work with. It would make sense that Telltale would wait until Minecon to release all of this as it is the Minecraft convention and all. I never in this life cycle thought I would say that we needed or had a want for a Minecraft convention but we do and this is where Minecraft: Story Mode was first shown off to the world. That and the internet but that should be a given. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The official description for Batman: Arkham Knight story DLC featuring Batgirl now has a date and premises to see how she will help fight the Arkham Knight We all knew that we were getting a bit of story DLC featuring Batgirl in Batman: Arkham Knight. We just never knew when or in what capacity we would be getting her added to the mix. I am glad to say that while Rocksteady Games has been working on fixing those PC bugs and Warner Bros. have been aiming at the PS4 and Xbox One issues we now have more details on this story DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. Time For A Bit More Story On Tom Clancy's The Division
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 04:59 PM ]
We've seen a lot of gameplay for Tom Clancy's The Division but only a bit of story but thankfully here is a bit more on that for The Division There are a lot of people out there excited for The Division to finally launch on March 8th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I know I am excited to see if the visual quality is upheld by Ubisoft or just upgraded for E3 demos and such. I also know that a lot of people flipped over The Division after seeing the new gameplay at E3. Maybe not on my social accounts but it was all the buzz around the booths on the show floor. Fans Won't Let P.T. Die As We Have Allison Road As A Successor
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It looks like we have another contender for scariest horror title as Allison Road is in the works to take up the mantle that P.T. was forced to drop I'll be the first to admit that the loss of P.T. and Silent Hills was a kick to the nuts with spiked, steel-toed boot. Thankfully we have a lot of other passionate people out there working on solutions to that pain and we have another one in the way of Allison Road. It is another attempt to drive fear into our hearts while wandering around what we should all assume to be a safe place; our own home. Well the personal home of the unnamed protagonist we are controlling in Allison Road at least which of course has not only that in common with the aforementioned P. Read More...

See The Uncharted 4: A Thief's End E3 Demo Most Haven't Seen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Not all of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End E3 demo was shown to the world during the Sony Press Conference but we have that second half of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End goodness just for you I'm going to start this off with a small spoiler alert that not everyone at E3 gets to see the same demo and that was also the case when it came to the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End demo shown to the world during the Sony conference. Not to out of the norm as the powers that be like to give news sites and publications a little more to look at to spice up their coverage; not that Naughty Dog really needs any extra spice for Uncharted 4 here but that seems to always be the norm in the recent years. I could go on and on all day about that here but that isn't why we are here right now as we have something nice to look at for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End instead. Read More...

The Assassin's Creed Experience Is Returning For SDCC 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Just in case you couldn't prove your Assassin's Creed merit at last year's SDCC Assassin's Creed Experience, the event is returning and coming with a new Victorian London vibe If there is one great way to promote an Assassin's Creed title it was definitely the Assassin's Creed Experience at SDCC last year. Sadly though if you were not able to attend San Diego Comic Con or you didn't want to stand in the long line for a short experience that was the only way to experience it. If you want another chance though it looks like the Assassin's Creed Experience is returning again and this time it has the Assassin's Creed Syndicate makeover added into the mix with this time ending in a Leap Of Faith out of the Tower Of London. Rumor Mill: A Rise Of The Tomb Raider PS4 Release Window Announced?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new rumor has been cropped up around Rise Of The Tomb Raider from the guys over at The Know placing Rise Of The Tomb Raider's PS4 launch in late 2016 Nothing gets the morning juices flowing like a good old fashioned rumor and this one here is for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. This time it is all over the release date for the game. No, not the already announced release date of November 10th that Crystal Dynamics is aiming to hit for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of the game but about when we might be seeing Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the PS4. I'm also guessing that this would also cover the PS3 version of the game as I am sure that Square Enix wouldn't want to miss out on the funds and whole other platform to market too. Read More...

Here's That Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain 2015 E3 Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
For those who were not able to see Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in action at E3 2015 we have you covered with over 40 minutes of The Phantom Pain gameplay Not too surprising was the fact that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was one of the big titles that Konami had on the show floor for many to see at E3. What was a bit surprising, especially given all of the Kojima Productions drama, was the fact that their main demo was out in the open for all to see at specific intervals during the show. I would have thought that they would have had The Phantom Pain behind closed doors to keep questions to a minimum as they have in the past but I guess with the September 1st release date coming they wanted as many players seeing why they should pick up The Phantom Pain for their PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or PC. We Have Some Hot Mortal Kombat X Predator Action Going On Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It looks like some gameplay for the upcoming Predator DLC for Mortal Kombat X has made its way online so we can all see the apex Predator killing all that Mortal Kombat X has to offer If you couldn't wait until sometime in July to see Predator in action for Mortal Kombat X then boy are you in luck. It looks like there is about 20 minutes or so of said gameplay out there in the wild that NetherRealm and Warner Bros. have yet to shut down in their tracks. Read More...

Our First Look At The Upgrades To The Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We have the first batch of screen shots to compare Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition to the original Darksiders 2 version to see how far the game has evolved Not that long ago now we had the official announcement for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition coming from Gunfire Games to bring the franchise to a new generation of fans out there wanting to give the franchise a chance but only got into things at the start of the PS4 and Xbox One days. That wasn't too long ago but you know, money and the want to push the Darksiders franchise forward require a new version of Darksiders 2 to be pumped out there. I won't complain as it will give me another new reason to don the Death mask and hop back into the fun and amazing universe designed by Nordic Games; even though this is another HD remaster of sorts. A Not So Full Review — Batman: Arkham Knight [PC]
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 29th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We Tried To Sit Down And Review Batman: Arkham Knight but sadly the PC version has made that impossibility. Here's what I have to say on the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight I received my copy of Batman: Arkham Knight when I bought my new GTX 960 SCC 4GB edition. I had never played the previous three Arkham games or any spin-offs and was quite looking forward to diving in to such a praised franchise from Rocksteady Games to review it without having the others to compare it to. Though after spending a day downloading the game… it crashed on startup. I'm not the only one who has been burned by the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

E3 2015 Hands On — Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Was Able To See Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It Two years ago we had a huge splash with the Plants Vs. Zombies franchise during EA's big E3 showcasing and again they have blown it out of the potted plant again with Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2. Not only has Pop Cap been working on all their other IPs and keeping the original up and running but now we are getting a sequel to the amazing arena shooter that a lot of people may have never knew they wanted. E3 2015 Impressions — LEGO Dimensions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Was Able To See LEGO Dimensions In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It The other toy-to-life games had their huge showings at E3 and now it is time for LEGO Dimensions, the latest one, to try and make its mark on the world. TT Games has a lot to live up to as not only do they have all of their other winning LEGO titles out there to compete with but also all of the other toy-to-life games that have had years of practice before LEGO Dimensions releases on September 27th for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC. There are only so many games and toys we will all buy so there has to be something that will spark us to choose LEGO Dimensions over the others and thankfully out of E3 and what was shown I think Warner Bros. may have just that answer.
