New Things Are Sneaking Out For The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Gollum Gameplay for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum is out there now with a little more showing off just how Gollum will play out Just as the character that the game will be revolving around, a little more is sneaking out there for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum. This time in the way of a little bit of extra gameplay for it all and not the cinematics we have seen from Daedalic Entertainment up to now. This time we have a whole whopping 40-seconds of gameplay to look at. It, thankfully, does offer up quite a bit on how Gollum could be playing and handling. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Oddworld New gameplay for Oddworld: Soulstorm is here with the announcement that physical editions for Oddworld: Soulstorm will be coming this Summer The gameplay keeps flowing with the latest for Oddworld: Soulstorm hitting us from the big Future Games Showcase that has gone down. With April 6th not too far off for us to see the game hit the PS4, PS5, and PC, we will certainly need all we can get to see how Oddworld Inhabitants have mixed things up in this new installment to the IP. There have been many changes over the years for Oddworld and it does feel like this one will expand upon it all. More so when you have a solid look at the latest gameplay we have that helps to show how some of the story will be told in the background actions and other elements besides just exposition. Back 4 Blood Is Now Pushed Out Just A Bit Longer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood A delay has hit Back 4 Blood shortly after the alpha test and now we will see Back 4 Blood launching in October of this year Here we go with another delay, but this one I am not too shocked by with the way that the team has been working with Back 4 Blood. Yes, this is the title that is now delayed a bit more and instead of hitting us in June, it looks like Turtle Rock is aiming for a new October release date for it all. With a nice little beta test to go down during this Summer before Back 4 Blood hits all the platforms out there. All so we can get one of the best games out there for us to experience and enjoy when it does finally come. Read More...

Biomutant Brings The Combat With A New Pre-Order Class To The Mix
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Biomutant The pre-orders for Biomutant are now open and to go with that we have some new combat gameplay for Biomutant with a DLC tease Many of us have been waiting patiently for more for Biomutant after the release announcement not too long ago, and now we are back with some actual gameplay. Some solid combat gameplay for the game that shows off how pretty it will all look and flow. It might be a little hard to figure out exactly how Experiment 101 will have it set via the controls and motions, but it is just as pretty as we should have assumed for Biomutant thus far. Given that it is a new IP coming out there, there is a lot riding on it not just looking good but something we will want to pick up many times over. Read More...

The Mystic Is Bringing A Little Inquisition To Hood: Outlaws & Legends
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of March 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Hood The fourth character for Hood: Outlaws & Legends is out there with the Mystic bringing some of the religion into Hood in general Things are getting a little more magical in Hood: Outlaws & Legends with the showing of the final character class we will have to play in the game. Well, magical is a bit of a misnomer as it does look like Sumo Newcastle is still trying to keep things a bit more grounded and the Mystic is using more of the natural things to explain some of the magic out there. All of which by inhaling incense or tossing out an inhaled poison to mess with all of the minds out there in the matches. Not exactly what I was expecting in Hood but it is a great twist to have here and see play out with this version of Tooke in the universe. Read More...

Planet Zoo Is Offering Us Some More Animals From The Southeast
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 24th of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Planet Zoo The next update for Planet Zoo will bring us more animals from Southeast Asia and a few more things to experience in Planet Zoo in general More animals are on the way to Planet Zoo for those that are looking to add a bit of the Southeast Asian flair to the game with this new DLC. A new bit of DLC that is going to be bringing us eight new creatures to play with in the playgrounds that Frontier Developments has crafted for us over all of this time. Not all of them may be something you have been looking for in Planet Zoo but that does not mean we will not have the option to add them in on March 30th. It will give us some new gameplay to work with if we so chose to and that is always welcome to keep great games constantly flowing on our systems. Read More...

Things Are Getting Furtherly Sinful In Hitman 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Hitman The next expansion for Hitman 3 is bringing us all the deadly sins as if we needed more to worry about when it comes to Hitman’s soul If you did not think that Hitman 3 was already filled with enough of the deadly sins from Christian Mythology, here we go with a whole new way to experience them all. This would all be part of the next big paid-expansion that IO Interactive has been cooking up for us and will all kick off on March 30th. Each sin will be its own little expansion for Hitman 3 and have us revisit some of the past locations with new escalations and gear for Agent 47 to use and survive. Read More...

Sherlock Holmes Chapter One Has Some More Action Gameplay To Inspect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of March 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Sherlock The first gameplay for Sherlock Holmes Chapter One is here to show how there will be more action for this Sherlock Holmes than expected If you had your preconceived notions on how Sherlock Holmes Chapter One was going to play out there, you might need to start rethinking things now. I say this as Frogwares has given us the first real bit of gameplay for the game and it does not flow the way that I was expecting to see it go. I say that in the best way, as I thought this Sherlock Holmes title was going to go with the basic narrative style with little action mixed in. This one looks like we are going to get a perfect blending between all of the aspects of the character and his abilities. Read More...

Review — DARQ: Complete Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
DARQ We sit down and review DARQ: Complete Edition. A next-gen upgrade for a dark puzzle game. Here is our review of the DARQ upgrade DARQ made a bit of a splash back in 2019 when it first brought its unique look and puzzle gameplay onto the scene. It also flew under the radars of quite a few gamers out there when Unfold Games offered it all up. It happens sometimes and we are all guilty of missing out on titles. That is why I am glad to be back with the DARQ: Complete Edition now that Feardemic wanted to make sure that it was brought to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch again. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Evil Genius A new breakdown for each of the Evil Genius characters is here to prep us for Evil Genius 2: World Domination to launch Since we all first heard and saw that Evil Genius 2: World Domination was going to be a title out there, we have had nice little looks at the four various geniuses we will be using to take over the world. Now that we are just over a week out from getting to dive into this base-building title, it looks like Rebellion is ready to give us a bit more for each of them so we can better choose. Given that each will have their own unique campaign to go through and survive in Evil Genius 2 this could be a make-or-break kind of choice. Read More...

Six Days In Fallujah Will Make Things Procedurally More Realistic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of March 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallujah Six Days In Fallujah will be offering us all procedural maps and neighborhoods to add extra realism to this version of Fallujah Those thinking that Six Days In Fallujah is going to be another shooter that will just be using some real-world settings will soon be wrong on that assumption here. A new gameplay element from Highwire Games is listed for the game that will add an extra level of realism to the game maps that we generally do not see. It looks as if all of the buildings and neighborhoods in this version of Fallujah will be procedurally generated to keep things fresh and the same level of uncertainty that would truly be out there in the unfamiliar environments. Atomic Heart Will Be Getting Its Own Photo Mode In-Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Atomic Heart New footage for Atomic Heart is out there and it highlights the Ultra Detailed 4K Photo Mode that Atomic Heart will have in the mix So many out there are still waiting for something new and big to come for Atomic Heart since we have had mostly teases and clips up to now. This is not a huge or hidden secret as even Mundfish has been a little lacking on the details of it all for a while now. That is why we are always glad to share what we can for Atomic Heart no matter how massive or small it may be. Even if it would be vastly better to be able to share a final date that we will see the game hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Read More...

The Fabled Woods Will Be Offering Up Some Higher-End Visuals
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Fabled Woods Have a look at The Fabled Woods as we get to see how using the NVIDIA enhancements to make The Fabled Woods shine just a bit more This week we get to see The Fabled Woods finally hint our PCs out there and then we can dive deeper into all it has to offer. For those out there that seem to have a bit more power on their side when it comes to their machines, it does look like CyberPunch and Headup are ready to deliver on all of that with a few cool looking features we can activate. More than just the basics of ray-tracing and lighting, but it does look as if The Fabled Woods will be among the first titles out there to utilize some of these new capabilities to enhance how our video games will look and interact in the space. As long as you are still able to get the hardware that is required for all of this. Read More...
