by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 24th of November 2018 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Such a great week for video games here, yet again, even with one of the bigger North American holidays going on. Further proof that we should be looking at the industry as a global thing and not a local one. Kind of like how Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus all played out here. Just to name a few of the video games we had a chance to review this week. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts It looks like Kingdom Hearts III has wrapped up development and we have a new trailer to look at Kingdom Hearts III to celebrate it all Here we go with some great news for Kingdom Hearts III as it looks like the game has wrapped development and poised to hit that January 29th release date for the PS4 and Xbox One. It did not seem like it was going to be a huge issue for Square Enix to hit the mark, but it is now confirmed and we can set the date in stone for ourselves now. That is unless there is some reason they find to push out the date for Kingdom Hearts III a bit longer. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week By the gods it is a busy time for video games and gamers out there. By my estimations, we are in for a bit more before we hit that end of the year lull that usually kills us all. Not the gamers, but those of us bringing you all of these updates. Not that we will not have more to share for Spider-Man or Kingdom Hearts III, but we will be in a break mode all around. Read More...

Here Is A Deeper Delve Into The World Of Arca’s Path
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path The next developer diary for Arca’s Path is here to take us deeper into the lore and world of Arca’s Path just a little bit ahead of launch Here we go with another look at Arca’s Path just ahead of it hitting the Oculus, Vive, and PSVR on December 4th. It has been an interesting title in my eyes since I first had a chance to experience what Dream Reality Interactive has been working on and now we all get a better sense of what is going on the world of the game. Besides the rolling of a ball using your head as the controller and trying to solve the different puzzles in Arca’s Path. There is more story behind it all is where I am going with this and the latest developer diary Rebellion has up for us goes right into all of that. Read More...

Kingdom Hearts III Will Be Getting The Big Hero 6 Cast Back Together
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of November 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts The voice cast of Big Hero 6 will be back for Kingdom Hearts III as we get one more general update for how this Kingdom Hearts game is going It looks like we have one more update for Kingdom Hearts III this week as it has been confirmed that the voice cast of Big Hero 6 will be back to make sure the game is as close to the source as possible. This really comes as no surprise given the voices that Square Enix has already secured for the game, but it is worth noting that they are coming back. This should add another level of "immersion" into Kingdom Hearts III as we will be able to hear all of the same cast talks at us just as they did in the film. Read More...

Beat Saber Is Getting A Few Changes For The PS VR Version
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Beat Saber The release date for Beat Saber is coming up soon and it looks like the PS VR version of Beat Saber is getting a few “exclusives” The release of Beat Saber on the PS4 is almost here as November 20th is the set date. Sure, it has been out there for many other VR platforms so far, but now we get to see how Beat Games has altered things to make it work for the PSVR. Not everyone has a Vive or Oculus, so it is just another chance for Beat Saber to hit a broader audience with its new and unique take on rhythm games. I know I have been enjoying it thus far and am eying the new platform to make sure more can play it and enjoy everything about it. Read More...

The Walking Dead The PC version of Overkill’s The Walking Dead is here and we can get a cinematic feel for how this version of The Walking Dead will play out Today is the big day for all of those PC gamers out there who have been waiting for Overkill’s The Walking Dead to finally land. We have all been treated to a bit of a beta and demo of the game, as it definitely feels like Overkill put in a whole lot of time and effort in already, but now we can go fully live and own the full game. All via Steam. I am hammering this home as Overkill’s The Walking Dead will not be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One until February 6th of next year. Read More...

Arca’s Path Rolls Out A New Developer Diary For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path A new developer diary for Arca’s Path is here to go into the basics of Arca’s Path and how we will be interacting with this VR title If you can think back to E3 when we first covered Arca’s Path, you will remember the basics of it all. Maybe… It is another VR title coming at us for so many different platforms that looks to be using the basics of Marble Madness and games like that as inspiration. That is also what Dream Reality Interactive has thrown out there thus far. It is an interesting take on it all, but as my time and what we have brought to you so far has been based on a short demo from Rebellion so far, it is nice to have a solid developer diary to take in for it all.
