Dungeon Siege III is a little more than two months away and I can hardly contain my excitement. We recently got a video highlighting the latest ally that will be available in game and this girl is fierce. Katarina Vignette is a ranged death dealing machine and the third ally to be announced. Trained in the ways of nomads, she uses Guns, Magic and a black hound to pretty much eviscerate her enemies. The 10th legion did well when they recruited her. Armor progression is probably one of the most important factors in MMO's to date. It establishes your identity, your rank, your skill and possibly your luck, all just because your robe of +10 to "sexterity" is harder to get than anyone else. Star Wars: The Old Republic has given us a quick look into armor progression of the Jedi Knight and all I can say is "the force is strong with this one." The Unofficial Character Roster For Mortal Kombat

So if you had any questions on exactly who is going to be in Mortal Kombat, you may be able to get a look now as it may have been leaked out. As of this article, there has been no word on how official this image and roster is so do not get overly excited as of yet. I mean it does look pretty spot on from all the videos and announcements, not to mention it would be an amazing fake, but I'm waiting for word from Warner Bros. or NetherRealm first. Duke Nukem Delayed Again: Much Shorter This Time

Duke Nukem Forever being delayed again is like a nerd with a pocket protector - you know the joke, everyone knows the joke and the best you can muster is a half-hearted smile in one corner of your mouth in recognition the joke even existed. So, the fact 2K and Gearbox went with a more tongue-in-cheek approach to the announcement shows a true effort in good faith to the game and the franchise as a whole. Time To See How Kratos Will Handle The Mortal Kombat Universe

PS3 Mortal Kombat fans have been teased too long with the fact that Kratos will be a console exclusive character. Teased with the knowledge, but nothing as far as substantial in-game footage. That is until now as there is a new trailer out showing some of his moves and animations. Color me impressed with this new view of the character. From the looks of trailer, it is fully upgraded Kratos from God of War III that is know fighting against mortals for the pleasure of Shao Kahn and himself. At least that would be the only reason I can see him fighting in the tournament as Kratos really doesn't seem to care what happens to his world. Read More...

X-Men: Destiny Is Going To Be Filled With Teenage Angst

If there already wasn't enough of this or conflict in the X-Universe, it looks like new comer Aimi Yoshida will be bringing her own to X-Men: Destiny. Aimi being the most recent character brought out for the game's character roster. A small Asian female who was "abandoned" by her parents. Granted it was so she was not rounded up with all the other mutants in Japan, but what teenage girl would not hold onto those issues to give her a reason to be bitter and angry? Funny thing is I'd be bitterer about the thing that was forcing the label on me, the mutant power. Her power, from what has been given so far, is that she specializes in efficient mutant power usage. Prey 2 Live Action Trailer

Bethesda Softworks announced this week Prey 2, and the teaser will make you think twice about putting your cell phone on airplane mode. Prey, which was released back in July of 2006, was originally developed by Human Head Studios. Prey followed the sci-fi adventures of Cherokee Domasi "Tommy" Tawodi. The general story was that he, along with Girlfriend and Grandfather, were beamed up to an alien ship known only as The Sphere. The Sphere has this whole Galactacus complex, as it devours all materials, living or inanimate from our tiny blue planet. Read More...

The E.Nigmas Of Batman: Arkham City

In Batman: Arkham Asylum the Riddler had kind of a small role, even though it was one of the larger side missions in the game. It makes sense when you think about the fact that he didn't physically show up at all in the game. This looks like something that Rocksteady is going to be changing when it comes to Arkham City. Too good to be true is what I am sure you are thinking, but again you have your chance to get your art viewed. The submission period for this year's Into The Pixel exhibit is now open and will be open until April 15th. In case you are in the dark about this, Into The Pixel is an exploration and celebration of the art of video games from around the world that is put on by The Academy of Interactive Arts&Sciences (AIAS) and the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). PAX East Hands-On: The Darkness II

After waiting two hours in line at the booth for The Darkness II my friend and I finally made it in to get our grimy little hands on the demo. We were the last batch of the day and the seven of us were ushered into the heavily guarded and boxed in booth. Inside it was dark with black lights and heavy, clear curtains dividing the actually play area from the main section. The creepy ambiance and The Darkness occasionally chiming in reminding us of its evil and demonic intentions set the mood for this sequel; Dark, Grim and Scary. Before we were able to play the actual game the Producer, Seth, gathered us around and told us that there are twelve screenshots out right now and if there happens to be a thirteenth one there is going to be hell to pay. Batman Catches The Armed Man In Arkham City, Also A Release Date

When Did Jason Statham Join The Cast Of Uncharted 3?

The actor is not credited nor spoken of to lend V/O for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception but you have to admit that in the new GDC trailer for the game it is damn close. Mortal Kombat Has A New Challenge For You

Man we should have seen this coming. The "Test Your Might" mini-games of Mortal Kombat fame are coming with the new games launch. Only this time they are way more detailed and quite a few more than I remember. Like almost 299 more challenges than I remember from previous versions of the franchise I have played. I clearly remember only the block breaking challenges of the old arcade versions so please excuse if I don't know of any others.
