by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 12th of March 2016 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with another week of video games in the bag. It was a bit more on the slow side given the proximity to GDC but that doesn't mean there wasn't much to see and experience in gaming. We had more to look at for Vampyr and we have more to look forward to for Portal. We are all prepped for DOOM's beta that is upcoming and it looks like Overwatch will be entering an early access as well. Like I said, all kind of news and updates on this slow week for video games. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Of course this isn't the only thing to take away from this latest trailer for the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New Quantum Break gameplay footage was shown off at Gamescom as well as a release date for when we can expect Quantum Break to hit the Xbox One We finally got what we have all been promised and that is more footage of Quantum Break right from Gamescom this year. During the Microsoft press event the team from Remedy Games not only showed a new trailer but also showed another good chunk of Quantum Break gameplay as well as showing us the level of star power that the developer and publisher were able to get on board for Quantum Break. I am sure you'll see quite a few familiar faces in the videos below at least if you are a fan of anything in the geek/nerd genre of culture. Quantum Break Is Officially Delayed Until 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of April 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Microsoft Studios has officially announced that Quantum Break will be coming in 2016 now instead of the original release window It was rumored and "misunderstood" before that Quantum Break was on the delayed list for titles this year. Remedy Games made sure that we were all corrected at the time and led us to believe that Quantum Break was still going to be hitting the Xbox One sometime this year. Most likely late this year. Sadly though it looks like Microsoft Studios is reneging on those statements and has officially put Quantum Break on the 2016 bench now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of October 2014 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games I am glad this week in video games is over. Not for any particular reason outside of getting to play all those video games that we've been writing about and covering her eon the site. Even though the review for Styx: Master Of Shadows went live this week I see myself diving back in just for fun and trophy clean up. Need to get as many of those as I can before the PlayStation Experience hits and all. I want to be able to have a higher level to brag about while mixing it up with everyone else who will be attending. Read More...

Let's Get Teased For Quantum Break As There Is Nothing More Until Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Remedy Entertainment has given us a tease for Quantum Break with nothing more coming until Gamescom in August So everyone seems to be announcing everything just before E3 or, in the case of Quantum Break, telling us that there will be nothing new until a later date. In the case of Quantum Break that would happen to be Gamescom in August this year. Not too far off but for us State-side that means that most of us will have to be remote to see what Remedy has up their sleeves for us for the game. On the plus side we do have a bit of a tease for what will be shown off for Quantum Break in August. Read More...
