The First Hitman: Agent 47 Trailer Has Been Released
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of February 2015 - 08:02 PM ]
Hitman: Agent 47 is the reboot film for the franchise and we have the first trailer now and it looks rather good Before you get too excited Hitman: Agent 47 is not the title for the new Hitman title being made by Square Enix and Io Interactive. We still have some time to wait for that trailer. Hitman: Agent 47 is the new film for the franchise that is more of a re-boot to the cinematic universe for the Hitman franchise. You may or may not have heard of the film before now but if this is your first time hearing about it then you are in for a treat as the first trailer for the film has been released and we have it just a little bit further down the page. I won't hold you Hitman fans back any longer. Read More...

The Season Pass For Dying Light Has Been Detailed Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of February 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
All of the DLC in the Season Pass for Dying Light has been detailed with a few release windows added so you know who you spent the money Dying Light has been out and the tires have been kicked a bit more by the gaming community. Techland has addressed a few issues and are even trying to help the modding community with altering the game further for the PC. Not for those pesky PS4 and Xbox One players though but that is the troubles console players have to take. All of that said, that means it is DLC SEASON for Dying Light now that the developers can focus more there instead of on patching the game. Read More...

Shadow Realms Has Officially Been Canceled
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
It was announced today that Shadow Realms is being canceled so BioWare Austin can focus on other franchises and IPs including Star Wars If there has been a game as of late with many ups and downs in terms or cancellations it has been Shadow Realms. It is this fact that I personally have stayed a little guarded when it came to the game as rumors about cancellations of the project by BioWare and/or EA have been all over the place shortly after the official announcement near the end of last year. I am kind of glad that I kept myself a bit distanced from Shadow Realms now as the game has been officially canceled by BioWare Austin and EA. Sad news for some and kind of background noise for others who were like me and didn't get too close to have felt the horrible sting of the cancellation. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV Has A Bit More Gameplay Being Shown
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
A little more gameplay for Final Fantasy XV has been released to help promote Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and the demo given with that game Square Enix is really pushing for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD to sell well. Especially when it comes with the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae demo in the mix. In fact in the latest trailer for the game there is quite a bit of new gameplay footage for Final Fantasy XV added to the end for all of us more excited for that game to watch with shock and awe. Well, more awe than shock as it all looks like more generic scenes for Final Fantasy XV but damn do they all look pretty. There is even a better look at Cidney and how spectacular and easy it can be to model and animate the female form even though her's is an idolized Western version of said form. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X Is Looking To Evolve The Online Play For The Franchise
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of February 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
New information for Mortal Kombat X's online play and meta-game have been revealed and looks like it will keep us all more kaptivated longer Back when Kung Lao was confirmed for Mortal Kombat X we caught a little bit of wind on the new online modes and factions for the game. There wasn't much to go on as it was more or less a footnote in the overall information release and all we knew was that there were five factions and you had to choose one at the start of Mortal Kombat X. The fact that all of your actions in single player and online play had an effect somehow wraps up all that we were given then. That was then and this is now and do we have a lot more to talk about these modes for Mortal Kombat X. Read More...

Dying Light Is Filled With As Many Easter Eggs As Zombies
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Dying Light Easter Eggs have been popping up all over the internet since its launch last week and here are some of the better ones Dying Light is full of all kinds of missions and things to experience. I played quite a bit of the game so we could bring you a great review to read and use as a deciding factor if you should give the game a play. In the process of it all though as I had to focus elsewhere I missed out on a lot of really cool little Easter Eggs that Techland placed in the mix of the core game. I feel bad and now need to replay Dying Light to go and find what else I may have missed but you don't have to as I've collected a couple of the cooler Easter Eggs that could go missed if you don't have all the time in the world to search the game's world or the internet. Review — Dying Light
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of February 2015 - 10:02 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Dying Light. They've nailed the open world zombie game already but can they do it again? Here's Our Review Dying Light has been one of those most anticipated titles for 2015 and the time has come to see if Techland could hit another home-run in the zombie outbreak genre of video games. This time it not only builds off a formula that they set up but adds in the mix of parkour and a day/night cycle aiming to make Dying Light a truly horrifying, exciting, and story driven title that we all will want to play for days and nights to come. Did they hit the mark again or does Dying Light just keep the genre shuffling on? Read More...

We have a new look at all of the options we are going to have when it comes to our characters in Bloodborne…and a bunch of new gameplay If you are looking to have your own special snowflake when it comes to Bloodborne it looks like you are going to be in luck. From Software has added in a whole mess of options into the game to customize your character however you want and they were so nice to give an exclusive look of all of that. At least an exclusive look for all of that to IGN so they could take us all through a quick minute version of all of the option Bloodborne will have to make you all nice and special. Hopefully so you don't look like any other character when you finally log in with you PS4 and play the game. Read More...

NightCry First Gameplay Looks Creepier Than The Short Film
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of February 2015 - 10:01 PM ]
The first bit of gameplay for NightCry has been added to the Kickstarter campaign by Nude Maker in the hopes to help fund the game more Last week we had a look at the live action trailer for NightCry, the Clock Tower spiritual successor, and it was okay. It was meant to help set the tone that Nude Maker is going for with NightCry. In my opinion it didn't do a great job as it felt like a really cheesy made for TV short film and nothing that could hold a candle to my memories of Clock Tower. Now we have the first bit of gameplay for NightCry and this is what they should have led with when starting up the Kickstarter for NightCry. Read More...

New Final Fantasy XV Screenshots Show Off Some Combat
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of January 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Some new Final Fantasy XV screenshots have found their way online and show off how pretty the in-game combat is going to look so far There may not be any new details for Final Fantasy XV but we do have a few new images to show off how pretty the game is going to be when killing monsters and enemies. Not like any of us would think that Final Fantasy XV wasn't going to be the bees knees when it comes to how awesome the in-game footage is going to be after all. It does seem to be one of the franchises that is always pushing the limits on visuals and photo-realism in video games. Read More...

Ermac Is Here To Corrupt Mortal Kombat X Now…In A Good Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of January 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Ermac is the next character to be announced for Mortal Kombat X via the Kombat Kast #2 today and we have some gameplay Keeping to their promise NetherRealm has given us our next character reveal for Mortal Kombat X this week and it is Ermac. I was thinking Noob Saibot given some of the hints thrown out there on the internet but it looks like I was a bit off. None the less though now we have Ermac to look at for Mortal Kombat X and not just an announcement but a look at his variations and gameplay for one. All of this of course lifted from the Mortal Kombat Kast where the developers showed all of this off to the world for equal footing. Read More...
