Soon We Will All Be Lost In The Horrors Of The Crow's Eye
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
The Crow's Eye A teaser for The Crow's Eye has been released to show off the dark environments of The Crow's Eye that we'll have to survive and solve puzzles in In the mix of all of the big horror going on today in gaming, let's take a moment to look at a smaller title that will be coming soon here in the way of The Crow's Eye. This is a new little title for the PC that will be launching here in Q1 of this year from 3D2 Entertainment and Nkidu Games that places us in a shutdown medical university with a very dark history. So dark that it was shut down in the game's world due to a lot of unexplained disappearances of students, police officers, and professors. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 21st of January 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site Put one more week in video games in the bag and then get ready for even more to come here in the next few weeks. Not only do we have some solid titles releasing like Resident Evil 7 and some new Early Access and betas with Conan Exiles and For Honor respectfully, but it looks like the ball has begun to roll on many other of those video games that we've been waiting to hear more about. Hells, we will also hopefully have a better view at Call Of Cthulhu and Werewolf: The Apocalypse during the big event from Focus Home at the start of February. It totally looks like things are trying to be made right in 2017 given how last year rolled out. Read More...

How was this all done? Well it was done with the announcement of The Misfits song for the franchise is now mixed into the game and can be heard on the campground radios during matches to distract Jason. Read More...

Guardians Of The Galaxy Could Be Landing As Soon As April
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Guardians Of The Galaxy A release date for Guardians Of The Galaxy's physical version popped up at GameStop and could point to when Guardians Of The Galaxy will launch this year It looks like we may have a timeline for when to expect Guardians Of The Galaxy to release; or at least the first episode of the season. It looks like there was yet another screw up over at GameStop and the release date for Telltale Games' physical version of the series popped up online. Given how they usually run their releases for digital and physical versions, we may be seeing Guardians Of The Galaxy landing sometime in late March or early April for the digital release as the physical version was listed as April 25th on the site before being pulled back down and hidden again. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of December 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th We were able to sit down and give Friday The 13th: The Game a run for its money in the latest beta. Here's our thought on where Friday The 13th currently is The beta for Friday The 13th: The Game has come and it has gone. A lot of gamers out there had a chance to check out the game that they helped pay Gun Media and Illfonic to build for them and in cases like ours, we also had a chance to share some of the gameplay from the beta for you all. Of course this is all based on the PC version of the game and this isn't like other betas that we all hear about before a game launches. No, Friday The 13th: The Game is still actively in development so please keep that all in mind when reading through this and/or watching the attached gameplay. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site It sure has been one cray week here for all of our video games; not like this isn't almost always the case. Generally this is when it all slows down and everyone is grasping for something to bring you. Hells, I've seen short tweets make headline news around the web during this time and we've tried to not dig into all of that. Instead we just dug in and were still able to find some great updates for Resident Evil and Watch Dogs 2 for you. Read More...

King's Quest Just Silently Received An Epilogue Episode For Us To Enjoy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
King's Quest A new episode for King's Quest has been released for all who happened to own the full season of King's Quest with very little notice given at all Here we go with yet another odd holiday gift, and seemingly out of nowhere, but a new episode of King's Quest has been released this week to those who have been playing close attention to the title the whole time. It looks like The Odd Gentlemen have given us one more episode in terms of an epilogue to the whole story and did so with nothing more than a mere tweet out there. Seems kind of strange to not boast this in any other form, especially given how Sierra Entertainment has been with King's Quest since they first brought it out so long ago, but none the less we have it and it is currently out there to download and hopefully enjoy. Review — Batman: The Telltale Series — City Of Light
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of December 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — City Of Light. This is the fifth episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did Here we go, and just before the holidays, but Batman: The Telltale Series' first season has come to a close and all of the mixed up lore that has been presented to us has all come to a head. It has been one interesting ride with Telltale Games' take on the beginning of the franchise and it has even brought us a few new bits of gameplay mechanics to go along with an epic story we've never really heard before. So far we've been rather impressed with Batman: The Telltale Series but now that the final episode is here, it is time to see if it is wrapped up nicely for us to want to look forward to another season or just something that should be left to rot in Arkham. King's Quest We sit down and review King's Quest: The Good Knight. This is the fifth episode of The Odd Gentlemen's reboot to the famed franchise from Sierra Entertainment. Here's our review of King's Quest: The Good Knight It seems like it took forever to get to, but we are finally here and we have the final episode of King's Quest and the epic conclusion to the story we've slowly been living out over the last year. That is one of the huge issues with episodic titles but The Odd Gentlemen made it to the end and we can all see how they did with the reboot to Sierra Entertainment's huge franchise. Also to see if it should be on your list of games to give a try now that you can experience King's Quest all in one solid sitting. Read More...

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Will Be Giving Us Many Ways To Start Off
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Details on how The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will carry over all the saved data from the previous The Walking Dead titles has been detailed out a bit more It feels like it was waiting until the last minute, but as it looks we have a clue as to how The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will be keeping our saved data from the last two seasons to bring it all over when we spin up the new episodes on December 20th. This has been something that I know I was curious on how Telltale Games was going to do it and now we have an answer of sorts. It looks like we will have three options as detailed and they will give us a large variable on where we will start the game off with Clementine and A. Read More...
