Paragon's Next Hero Is About To Join The Fight To Die
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Paragon The next hero to join Paragon is Greystone and we get to see him fight and die in Paragon only to come back and save the day The next and newest hero to come to Paragon has just been shown off and slated to come with the July 12th update for the game. I've said it before but it looks like Epic Games is really keeping to their schedule and now we have so many more characters on the list since the initial five we were shown back during the announcement of the game. I am curious when it will stop but for now we get to see Paragon's Greystone who is joining the fight on the battle field. Not only that but bringing something we've yet to see in the game. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Battlefield 1 Some new gameplay for Battlefield 1 has been released out of the closed alpha for Battlefield 1 and it shows off the Domination mode of the game If you have been pining for some new Battlefield 1 gameplay footage and have yet to have had personal access to the closed alpha for the game, then you are in luck. Of course some players out at E3 had the chance to play the game and DICE have given us all a closed beta. It also looks like EA hasn't been too stingy on allowing others to post gameplay of Battlefield 1 online. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty It looks like Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is making the rounds at SDCC and we'll get a look at the new Call Of Duty narrative coming for the game We've had a bit of Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare news and footage come out of E3 but it looks like that was only another small section as the game is making a showing at San Diego Comic Con in two weeks. While Infinity Ward may have focused more on the action and combat before it looks like this time it is a focus on the narrative that we are going to get here. Yes, Call Of Duty games have a story for those who are not all about the multiplayer only. Read More...

Fallout 4 Final DLC Looks To Be The Upcoming Nuka-World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 At E3 the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC was teased and shown off to the world but now it seems it will be the final Fallout 4 DLC too Hopefully you weren't banking on the Fallout 4 DLC to keep rolling out after the most recently teased one. As it seems the upcoming Nuka-World DLC teased at E3 is going to be the last bit of planned DLC that Bethesda has for the game. So get ready for the Fallout 4 content to stop flowing out after that hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime next month. By all of that I am only talking about the core game as I'm guessing focus is going toward the VR version of the game which is why this will be the last. Read More...

Paranautical Activity We sit down and review Paranautical Activity. Here's another procedurally generated FPS for us all to look at. Here's our review of Paranautical Activity In the mix of all the huge titles and events going on it looks like Paranautical Activity has slipped on out for cross buy on the PS4 and PS Vita. It has been released on the PC and Xbox One by Code Avarice in the past but here we go with yet another release platform for this procedurally generated FPS title. We were able to sit down and dig into the game a bit and now we are ready to give out thoughts. Read More...

Just How Will Friday The 13th: The Game's Counselors Play Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of July 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th New details on how Friday The 13th: The Game's counselors will handle in the game have popped up and it looks like Friday The 13th is going to break a few multiplayer molds here There is still a lot of time and information needing to be spread out for Friday The 13th: The Game and it looks like just a bit more has popped on up. While Illfonic has been giving us small little breakdowns of how some mechanics play out it looks like the guys from Gun Media have given us all a bit more on how the counselors in the game will handle and play out. Not only will they stay to the traditional Friday The 13th path in terms of stereotypes but it looks like we are not going to be limited to only having one of the stereotypes in action at one time. Review — Hard Reset Redux
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Hard Reset Redux We sit down and review Hard Reset Redux. It's another remaster of a classic title but it is one that needed to be done. Here's our review of Hard Reset Redux It's been some time coming but Hard Reset Redux has launched on consoles and has been given a full remaster on the PC. It only took five years for Flying Wild Hog's title made it to the PS4 and Xbox One. That is okay though as Gambitious had some great ambitions for all of this and now it has come to light. Thankfully we had a chance to sit back and give this remaster a shot from start to finish. Read More...

It's Time To Take South Park: The Fractured But Whole Seriously
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park In the wake of E3 we are still getting South Park: The Fractured But Whole details and this time it is just how the guys from South Park are taking the comedy a bit serious It sounds extremely weird and funny to hear that South Park: The Fractured But Whole is trying to take comedy seriously given the jokes about just that in the past. Of course we have to look past all of that as all of this comes from a recent interview about the game from some of the team out of Ubisoft. That and the fact that in terms of this South Park game this whole new revelation is in terms of the genre and not the specific jokes as the comedy genre in video games is on the light side. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Layers Of Fear A new Layers Of Fear experience is upon us as we have the first bit of DLC called Layers Of Fear: Inheritance that will expand more on the original story If you didn't get enough Layers Of Fear back when it first launched and then came to consoles, then it looks like good news is coming for you. It turns out that Bloober Team and Aspyr Media have been working on a bit of DLC for the game and it adds a whole new story into the mix. Yes, we are getting more story for the game as Layers Of Fear: Inheritance is coming this August for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC version of the game and it aims to expand more on the overall story as well as give us a little closure on things…maybe… All we have as of now is that Layers Of Fear: Inheritance will be continuing the story of the original game only that this time it will be from the perspective of the protagonist's daughter. Hitman We sit down and review Hitman — Marrakesh. This is the third episode of Io Interactive's latest addition to the Hitman franchise. Here's our review on how they did. The world is ever expanding for Hitman and here we go with another episode and location to explore and kill many people that we are told to target. That is just how Io Interactive has everything set up in the game and that is just we have to do. All with a nice little story around it all but mostly just for the mechanics. Read More...

Friday The 13th The virtual cabin for Friday The 13th: The Game is out now and we have a few new looks at the Friday The 13th goodness it contains At the beginning of the week we all got news that Friday The 13th: The Game was getting its virtual cabin soon. Left 4 Dead 3 Might Have Just Been Revealed On Accident
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 30th of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Left 4 Dead 3 We may be shown that Left 4 Dead 3 is coming to us sometime as Left 4 Dead 3 was spotted on an employee's computer in some way If rumors and speculation are true it looks like Left 4 Dead 3 may be on its way here in some time. That time is still up in the air if it is truly being worked on but as it looks an employee has been spotted over at Valve with a directory structure showing files that point to the game being in production. Of course this doesn't dictate that Left 4 Dead 3 is going to be a solid release here in the developer's portfolio but it does kind of lend to it being in the works. Especially given all of the other weirdness that happen to be going on along with this supposed leak of the game. Read More...
