As we all know, Super Smash Bros. Brawl recently released in North America and hundreds to thousands of Smash Bros fans waited eagerly outside of their local GameStop’s to get themselves their copy. When they got home and threw their SSBB disc in their Nintendo Wii Consoles “a small percentage” of the fan base was let down by a “disc-read error”.According to Nintendo, who just sold 1 million copies in Japan, this is due to the high-capacity double-layer disc that is used for Super Smash Bros Brawl. GameStop is finally releasing the anxiously awaited Nintendo Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl this Sunday (3/9/08), but they have put a new twist on to the midnight release, a countrywide tournament. This tournament, which is free to play in, is absolutely huge! There are 45 pages of participating first round stores from all over the United States, which basically means that this is probably going to be one of the biggest tournaments ever.
