Kingdoms Of Amalur Kingdoms Of Amalur is making its way over to the Switch with the upcoming release for Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning on the system It was speculated over here, but we now have the final word that Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is indeed coming to the Switch and coming on March 16th for those that may have missed out on the game on the various other platforms or when it first launched so long ago. It has been a weird rollercoaster of events for this IP and it does look as if THQ Nordic has some great plans for it. The IP for Kingdoms Of Amalur has been acquired and finalized with many speculating on what could come next for the Kingdoms Of Amalur universe It is hard to think that it has been six and a half years since Kingdoms Of Amalur came at us and since then we have seen not only the game come and go, but also the developer and studio. We have also see the IP go through some legal battles and a myriad of other things as we had for THQ before it came back as THQ Nordic. Online Passes are apparently the new "Gaming Fad" even thought the majority of us gamers really dislike the over abundance of these online passes, especially when companies like EA are already starting to show some sketchy business models towards online passes. I'm going to be one-hundred percent honest: I fucking hate online passes and here are some reasons why: Online Passes are a new and "pricey" way to battle online piracy and used game sales, the latter being a joke in my opinion. A simple one use serial code that is required for access to certain online content such as Multiplayer and Co-op modes, or unlocks bonus content for a game. Although certain games such as Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and Batman: Arkham City require an online pass even though they are single player games and withhold on disc game content from the consumer if an online pass is not purchased. With the beginning of the end of the world behind us a bit, we at Aggrogamer would like to share with you guys what we are most looking forward to in the next year. So without further adieu here are the games we're most excited about in 2012. Darksiders II Developed by Vigil Games and published by THQ, Darksiders II takes place during the same time period as the original Darksiders; players will be taking control of Death who is War's fellow horseman and brother. Featuring a new location that is said to be twice as big as the original game, a single quest hub will be connecting to a numerous amount of dungeons, one certain city area will feature more dungeons than the original Darksiders. The game will also feature some Loot, dropping from encounters and as rewards for doing main and side quests. Read More...

Blizzard has released a new cinematic trailer for Diablo III featuring some very scary atmosphere and demons. The new trailer also shows off some of the story we can expect in Diablo III, such as Asmodon trying to acquire the Black Soulstone to rule as the true prime evil. If my memory serves me correct there are seven prime evils and in Diablo II we killed three of them: Mephisto, Diablo and Baal. The trailer also shows us a new character, who I believe is Deckard Cain's niece, whose name I do not know at this point. But enough of my rambling, enjoy the trailer. Read More...
