A remaster for Kingdoms Of Amalur is on its way with the announcement of Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning after a slight leak out there
We finally know what is going on with Kingdoms Of Amalur after THQ Nordic picked up the IP a little while back. There was talk that there could be a sequel or more DLC on the way with this title that has had such a rocky cycle so far. Now, officially, we know that we are now getting a remaster of the game and we have the announcement of Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. Not the best of names but it is a thing to try to fit the "re" into the title in some way with all of these games out there. We cannot call it out too much as it means we are just getting the game out there again after the long time it has been sitting on shelves and sitting in the dark.
As with all of these remasters out there, Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is coming back with everything we have known from before but all in the high-end visuals and DLC that has been released out there to date. There is also mention of the gameplay and other features of the game that have been revamped and reworked to make Kingdoms Of Amalur a bit better, but there have been no specifics on what that will be. Hopefully, it will be something that fixes all of the issues that the game originally had and then allow for the lore to be built upon as it always felt like that was going to be the biggest thing the first time around.
